今日一於試下來到市民都讚的La Maison du Chocolat. 首先,個Maracuja Island簡直係藝術品,現場見到真係即刻心動🥰。外層個朱古力ganache,滑得嚟又唔膩口,犀利哂!夾雜嘅椰絲蓉同熱情果mousse,層次分明,椰香飄逸,熱情果的酸甜排隊入味。朱古力mousse雖然係主角,但俾果味做咗支援,有種好味道嘅互補,真係好過癮!至於decaf latte,老實講,飲完之後,個人咖啡癮真係得到滿足。啱啱好嘅bitterness,先唔講咖啡嘅芬芳,光係個順滑嘅口感,都已經贏嗮好多咖啡店。😋最後,要提一提佢哋嘅雪糕——就算冇試到人氣爆燈嘅caramel口味,個Tokaji Spice嘅雪糕都絕對唔會令你失望。個濃厚嘅朱古力本色無得輸,加埋Tokaji香料嘅微妙提香,每一啖都係味蕾嘅享受。試完之後,只會令你更加期待下一次嘅味道探險🍨!呢次嘅食評,真係要讚佢哋嘅產品,都係咁能夠keep住咁高質素,夠晒精緻,絕對係巧克力愛好者唔可錯過嘅據點!

食物方面,雖然馬卡龍非品牌主打食物,質素和味道卻叫人驚喜回味,比起那些自稱為馬卡龍專門店更為出色!

男朋友為我挑選了六款味道,分別為牛奶朱古力、榛子、焦糖、熱情果、雲尼拿,還有一款忘記了XD

微甜的表層,加上一咬開那鬆脆的口感實在叫人痛快。外表看起來雖然有點乾巴巴,但咬開濕度適中,一點也不「痴牙」。濃郁的朱古力加上不同配料,兩者味道十分配合。

總括而言,價錢雖較貴,但食物味道和質素確是出色,可回購率非常高。

--- 咁樣肯定出唔到啦, 雖然最簡單直接的就是以上所言, 都唯有乖乖的寫落去...

[La Maison du Chocolat是世界知名的高級朱古力品牌,專門店現已進註巴黎、倫敦、紐約及東京。所有朱古力均於巴黎以人手製造,而糕點則於香港焗製。。。] 以上的是隨便從網上找到的介紹, 相比起G記在香港, L的店子實在很少, 只有三數間, 曝光率不高, 價錢比起G記有過之而無不及!   而G記近年的大眾化已使它在我心中成為一個普通品牌, 吃得多了, 近年收到也不會有什麼期望.  反而之前在此見過其他食家寫的食評, 對L品牌的印象偏向好!  何況我睇過有網絡文章內文大意上寫道: [巧克力迷如果覺得G記是名牌, 肯定未見識過L這種絕色美人, 見過的只會覺得G是庸姿俗粉!]   嘩~ 真的嗎?!    咁這盒朱古力棒又加上是第一次食, 始終有點期待, 加晒分啦!  況且阿弟買得俾我的, 肯定是"好嘢", 我知的~  多謝阿弟!

其實關於朱古力, 於我來說, 除了那些花樣多多的包裝朱古力我會'為食'好想試吓之外, 我最喜歡的始終是黑朱古力, 無論有無果仁/乾果, 牛奶朱古力及白朱古力都不是我杯茶! 因為阿弟唔知我對朱古力的偏好, 所以他送我的這一盒朱古力棒, 內有3款味, 分別是椰子味/牛奶/及黑朱古力。如果我自己買, 根本不會買有椰子味的, 嘻-嘻, 阿弟送的, 點都要試呢!   椰子味很濃, 如不好椰子的, 真是不要試了...牛奶朱古力棒, 朱古力入口很順滑, 其實是不錯的, 以上兩款都偏甜但真的很滑, 靚嘢真係靚! 這兩款口味雖然都不是我所好, 但不得不承認確是幾好味的!   剩下來的黑朱古力的味道香濃亦很滑,當然不會有苦澀味, 食吓一支又一支, 轉眼間一盒就俾我清理好了。 Honey試了一支後話: [朱古力我一向o麻o麻地, 轉頭先啦, 妳自己食住先啦~]  OK!  收到, 明晒! ...轉過頭我不自覺清晒呢盒喇, Sorry!!!!  下次請早~

今次聖誕節La Maison Du Chocolat推出了"仲冬夜之夢"禮盒,盒內有六款全新口味的朱古力,朱古力迷絕對不能錯過!個人最鍾意食牛奶朱古力,今次以牛奶朱古力做成的有梨子牛奶朱古力蓉和牛奶鳥結糖。梨子牛奶朱古力的餡料是糖煮阿爾卑斯山脈威廉梨,帶清香的梨味,不過我有同事就覺得似藥水味,這感覺則見人見智。至於牛奶鳥結糖,入口煙煙韌韌,朱古力味蓋過了鳥結糖的牛奶味,可謂美中不足。至於純黑朱古力就有Noire de noir、純黑榛子、"Blanc de Noirs"香檳和純黑鳥結糖。純黑鳥結糖毋須多作解釋,純黑榛子則是則是不少同事的心頭好,無他,帶Nuts的朱古力永遠受歡迎。至於有鹿仔圖案的Noire de noir便是純黑朱古力配純黑朱古力蓉,黑鬥黑的選擇,黑朱古力粉絲又點可以錯過呢?至於"Blanc de Noirs"香檳就係我的至愛,酒味不算太濃,隱隱嚐到葡萄的酸味,而朱古力面的糖粒則是不錯的點綴,令朱古力味更加突出。

個人最鍾意食牛奶朱古力,今次以牛奶朱古力做成的有梨子牛奶朱古力蓉和牛奶鳥結糖。梨子牛奶朱古力的餡料是糖煮阿爾卑斯山脈威廉梨,帶清香的梨味,不過我有同事就覺得似藥水味,這感覺則見人見智。至於牛奶鳥結糖,入口煙煙韌韌,朱古力味蓋過了鳥結糖的牛奶味,可謂美中不足。

Andalousie,餡料充滿檸檬皮香氣的黑朱古力蓉;Chiberta,朱古力蓉更軟滑,口腔會瀰漫橙香,令我像置身西班牙的橙花樹林中;Zagora,黑朱古力蓉夾雜清新薄荷葉的味道。三款味道都和諧有層次,不會太苦,太甜或太突兀。

不過此店的朱古力撻及Eclair更得我心!

今次黎到 La Maison du Chocolat, 試佢既朱古力甜品。店鋪出面有一個 sitting area, 環境唔錯, 買完可以即刻享用 點了一款 chocolate and raspberry 既甜品。$60 一件有點貴, 不過 La Maison du Chocolat 既產品係比其他既地方貴少少,所以還可以接受, 畢竟我久仰佢既大名好耐! 而且, 並唔係間間店鋪都有甜品售賣,既然一場黎到, 一定要試一試。呢件蛋糕既造型做成圓筒形, chocolate tube 幾特別。裡面既 chocolate mousse 同 fruit jelly 好冰凍, 食落涼涼地, 好 refreshing。值得一讚既係 chocolate mousse 好滑, 好 rich 既朱古力味道。外面既朱古力漿好濃好黏, 不過偏甜了少少。

$60 一件有點貴, 不過 La Maison du Chocolat 既產品係比其他既地方貴少少,
所以還可以接受, 畢竟我久仰佢既大名好耐!
而且, 並唔係間間店鋪都有甜品售賣,

朱古力口味的éclair, 好味到不能形容!朱古力味濃厚又香, 尤其中間的cream很香滑, 不會過甜又不會苦, 而且質感薄薄的, 明顯沒有太多空氣夾雜, 順滑到不得了 絕對要一試!($50)栗子朱古力蛋糕也很好吃, 整體不錯, 但卻沒有期望中那麼有驚喜而且要60多元, 覺得有點不值

一份小心意......是在3月7日收到的, 目的是什麼? 竟然係因為3。8婦女節!ANYWAY, 送禮的人, 其實都係巧立個名目, 送禮的原因, 事實上, 是因為有事相求嘛~ 幫到的都幫~ 入正題, 個朱古力, 唔好睇佢細細盒, 食起上來, 都有點HEAVY, 因為個朱朱力超RICH, 食落口, 覺得好有POWER. ANYWAY, 送禮的人, 其實都係巧立個名目, 送禮的原因, 事實上, 是因為有事相求嘛~ 幫到的都幫~

入正題, 個朱古力, 唔好睇佢細細盒, 食起上來, 都有點HEAVY, 因為個朱朱力超RICH, 食落口, 覺得好有POWER.

礙於上一次的經驗,喝之前還是先打開看看
果然表層仍是滿滿的可可脂...

自己去學做朱古力甜點時,老師曾解釋過朱古力要融得滑,就一定要耐心隔水融

隔水融出來的熱朱古力質感很滑很漿,而且冷卻以後就會凝固成固體朱古力
老師還補充如果用微波爐融的話,便會融出一層可可脂...質感便會下降...

很明顯地...La Maison的熱朱古力冷卻以後就算能凝固...質感也會變得很不同
既然朱古力融到可可脂被分融,濃滑感便明顯下降
始終可可脂就是朱古力潤滑的關鍵
說白一點...就是會分別喝到一層油和有點粗(白話就是「鞋」)的熱朱古力
當然,可可香仍在,而且甜度也很適中(畢竟真的是用高質素朱古力製成的)
但為何融朱古力的技術卻讓口感變得這麼不討好...?

雖然這杯熱朱古力證明了La Maison用來做熱朱古力的是真材實料的巧克力而不是即沖朱古力粉...
但既然反正要走到太子大廈買一杯HKD50但口感欠奉的熱朱古力
倒不如在置地買一杯不用HKD40但香濃滑且有特色的熱朱古力了...

喝完之後忍不住立刻約朋友找日去分域碼頭...

Caramel éclairMmmmmmm The cold, creamy filling oozing out and the layer of rich, sticky caramel coating on top blend together in your mouth and is just pure yumminess. It also was not as sweet as I had expected/ worried it would be. There was also enough filling to occupy the whole length of the eclair. However, I felt that the puff pastry could be ‘puffier’… And, $45 is quite steep, even if it comes in a cute takeaway box.

Another Friday indulgence for me, Chocolate Raspberry Bûche, La Maison du Chocolate's Christmas 2010 creation. What can I say? It's every bit as fantastic as it looks! A perfect balance of textures and flavors. Soft, smooth, crunchy, chewy, sweet, rich, chocolatey, sharp, with an explosion of runny tangy raspberry in the middle. The combination of textures and chestnut flavor is there...but in comparison to the chocolate raspberry bûche, this is a lot more...subtle.

It was perfect. Not too sweet, not too rich, not too creamy. It's perfectly light, with just enough sweetness, but still chocolatey and smooth. I find the HK$56 per pot pricing steep, so it is not something I will be having every day.

It was a perfect treat for a busy Friday nonetheless ;)
