喝完,剛好給加了東加豆作香料的舌古力雪糕解了涷,店員說這個toka帶少少杏味但我反而覺得它有些豆寇的香,質感柔滑...朱古力味很濃.是很久以前'黑仁帶'的味道可能更好.
這一杯真的由花都來的?而今天的'黑人'是改由舊法租界來的這也是價錢的高下原因?
其實這品牌的朱古力豆我買過回家,想自作一杯巧克力的,用過十字奶加熱放入朱古力粒最後失敗告終...今次問過店員她們是從工場一包包的運來再在店中加熱所以是不同的.
而如果用朱古力粒也不可單單加奶也要加水要煮才可以出現瓊漿的狀況.真的原來很多小東西也有大學問.

Didn't think so.

The eclair was my favorite. It's delicate, not overwhelmingly sweet, absolutely creamy, chocolatey and totally delicious!

The cake was super rich, perfect for chocolate lovers. It's a tad pricey, but sometimes, it's ok because we're worth it

一位好客的同事今天在這裡買了小小茶點,跟大家一起分享。隨意的選了Caramel 和 raspberry macaron。macaron 很香,皮很脆。caramel 比我想像中清淡,既品嘗到焦糖的香味,但又不算太甜,難得。raspberry 有莓的香味,很清新。可惜只有兩件,有點意猶未盡。聽說這裡的甜點很貴,要在這裡謝謝好客的同事。下次自費再試別的口味。

一位好客的同事今天在這裡買了小小茶點,跟大家一起分享。

隨意的選了Caramel 和 raspberry macaron。macaron 很香,皮很脆。caramel 比我想像中清淡,既品嘗到焦糖的香味,但又不算太甜,難得。raspberry 有莓的香味,很清新。

可惜只有兩件,有點意猶未盡。聽說這裡的甜點很貴,要在這裡謝謝好客的同事。

下次自費再試別的口味。

Especially about the Louis Steck House so you will knwo why I am buying this cake~!

I bought 'Delices' for 4-6 ppl at $250!

What a nice bargain!



I bought it for my aunt's bday and brought it to her~

The bag and the box is well made and we like it~~

At the same night we had 3 cakes in a row - one from the restaurant, one from patiserie tony wong, and the last one from La Maison du Chocolat.



My aunt was so surprised and she loved the cake so much!

She is a cake chef so she enjoys all cakes a lot!

She likes the taste and the quality of the cake so much!



So, if you are gonna need a cake somehow, go grab one from there!

Highly recommended=]

話說果日又係等男朋友收工~去尖沙咀行harbour city~見到有朱古力展~有好多間甜品店都有係度擺booth因為呢間冇我最愛吃的mille-feuille,所以一直冇留意到呢間店的存在..caramel eclair $50見佢話from paris,又好似好好味咁!一條泡芙姐其實.....真係洗唔洗賣到50蚊????puff部份真係麻麻地...我自己整既都好似唔止咁既水準..不過d caramel custard就好得!!又香又滑!好香既caramel味~岩哂我d愛甜之人~custard唔會話好水又唔會話好實果種~smooth既程度又岩岩好~不過原來佢有個擠custard既小孔....搞到我食既時候另一面擠哂d custard出黎~食到我...有少少樣衰...d手指甲...............不過$50一條eclair.....我覺得都唔係咁值....$30就acceptable..

Chocolate Macaron
This fared better than LGB. texturally (slightly chewier and not just 'crunch') and taste-wise. It had a dark chocolate ganache as filling, and because cocoa was probably used in the macaron shell it also reduced the sweetness of the almond/egg-white meringue.

Raspberry Macaron
This was quite a disappointment. Whilst it was like what the lady in the shop said - 'a little sour', i couldn't make out the taste of raspberry....it wasn't bad, but after eating the chocolate one this was a disappointment. The filling was also the chocolate ganache as above, but it just didn't work as well here.

Overall the flavours here were quite......uninspiring. At 20 for each I guess I was expecting a little more excitement?

The people here were polite and professional, would come back to try their pastries =)

本想試OpenRice內食評家所介紹的Maracuja Island和Sable Rigoletto,可惜都沒有供應,只有Macaron 、Éclair及一種已忘記名字的黑朱古力蛋糕,見樣子不吸引,所以就點了當天限量供應的Apple Éclair、Raspberry Macaron、Caramel Macaron、一顆Jolika朱古力和一顆Affinity朱古力及Mariage Frères Marco Polo Tea(本身雖對咖啡因敏感,但因店內沒有Decaffeinated Tea供應,又不想要水,所以就只好點茶了)是一種黑茶,含中國及西藏花果令茶味獨特,用來與朱古力同吃,不但可以提升食味,也不會令人覺得過膩。

先試Raspberry Macaron ─ 小圓餅很脆,不過Raspberry的味道不太明顯,裏面的餡料很滑,除此之外沒有甚麼特別之處。

Caramel Macaron ─ 反而令我覺得有驚喜,Caramel與餡料在口中混和後,那種甜香軟滑,產生令人產生想再添吃的衝動。

Apple Éclair ─ 其實是長條型的Puff,不過如果可以再酥香鬆脆一點就更好,內面的蘋果餡料也頗澀。

Jolika ─ 餡是杏仁糖,雖說加了開心果,然而杏仁的香味完全蓋過開心果味,搞到我以為自己的味覺有問題呢!

Affinity ─ 是該店的新出品,味道很特別,除了有我喜歡的炒香果仁外(那種油香和細脆的特別口感很是叫人一試難忘),還有海鹽,所以吃到最後有少許鹹味,非常有趣。


今天算是償了心願,總算為超過十天的長假期,劃上完滿的句號。

一路喝一路想,今天的quota又超標了,常說偶一為之,其實每次也總是這樣放縱自己。這樣下去....... 難怪媽咪總說常聽到我嚷著要減肥,卻總不見我實際行動。

生日豈能待薄自己!況且要返工兼收夜,心血來潮買個蛋糕來自己嘆吓!特地到IFC "La Maison Du Chocolat"買了一個朱古力慕絲蛋糕"Delice"及28粒朱古力 " Coffret Maison" 可真重手!先說蛋糕口感,蛋糕鬆軟,朱古力好rich又滑又不太甜,好幸福um.....!至於Coffret Maison,則給Delice比下去....可能種類太多,分不清楚!如下次再嚐,定要逐樣品嚐,才不枉此生!幸福是要自己爭取的!
