明天就開學,為了讓這個暑假有個美好的完結,吃完Lunch到這兒吃Dessert 之前已經試過Chocolate Puff 和 Cake,今次都應該試試Chocolate Tart啦!!總是覺得意大利餐廳很浪費,即使是包裝也很美 ^_^這間的服務員真是很有禮貌,又有笑容!值得一讚!雖然是Tart,但這個Chocolate Tart當然不會是熱哄哄的朱古力是Dark Chocolate (我最愛)Tart是牛油皮,不是酥皮啊!好味!朱古力味道依然好香濃,入口味道苦中帶甘,而且很滑撻皮有香的牛油味,並且好脆,跌到周圍餅醉 一向我都不喜歡吃Tart,是因為總覺得Tart很油膩,吃完會覺得非常"漏"但這個Chocolate Tart的特點就是一點也不會膩!!因為黑朱古力本身比起Milk Chocolate無咁膩口,加上這個牛油皮比酥皮少很多油,現在口感像牛油曲奇呢!大家要試試 ^_^下次我又再試其他朱古力 P.S.這個是一人份量,還有4人份量等等的,可以和幾位朋友Share吃~

勉強說服自己 間中一次半次食下超高級甜品,上次試過paul lafeyet, 今次到你啦!靠elements既地圖先搵到呢間店, d高級商場的格局真係令我有d混亂...去到先睇櫥窗櫃既朱古力cake, 款式唔算多, 連macaroon都係放得個3幾款...唔係就要box set店員小姐的服務好好, 問我食開牛奶定黑朱古力多, 介紹左幾款不過可能5點幾已經賣左好多, 有我最想試既濃朱古力, 但macaroon淨係得番榛子,開心果同熱情果, 最後都冇試到...小姐仲話d朱古力原材料由法國進口, 跟足當地配方, 每日係香港新鮮製造跟住再係鋪入面個D貴到可以用黎送禮既朱古力, 睇睇下佢仲問我想食咩黑朱古力, 仲請左粒外層有脆皮既純黑朱古力比我試>3<....正~~最後店小姐又好好人咁送我到門口先走=) 開頭睇咦咁dup本送隻鐵叉?? 拎上手發展原來好輕咋喎~ 是銀色的膠叉先岩~~最上層黑朱古力夠濃,應該有70-8X%, 好滿足~ 下面6層口感較軟, 又有唔同甜度配合, 可以中和番上層朱古力醬較實同黏的口感

after dinner in elements,it was dessert time again~!although i didn't like their chocolate( too sweet for me, i like jean-paul hevin more ),i came for a visit.but seemed that i was too late,only three pastry was left~!i picked the $60 pistachio cake,as i've already tried their raspberry chocolate cake and also original chocolate cake,and believed that no where's tiramisu will be better than that from mandarin cake shop.they provide new design folk~!!!before was brown but today,it was silver like that we have at home~!the cake was with ten layers,much more than epoch's seven layer cake,and i definitely thought that this was their best cake i've tasted,as their original chocolate cake was too boring of same flavor and dry sponge,while their raspberry chocolate cake was a bit too sweet,not sour enough.it amazed me that the dacquoise base will further polished with chocolate crisp,which add one more layer to the cake.so should i call it a eleven-layer cake?super amazing dessert and i love to enjoy it layer by layer.ah.nut on top of cake was not fresh, bad.

早聞這裡優質的法國巧克力,只是交通不便才遲遲不能來這裡一嚐,今天特意轉乘數次地鐵才能達到這裡。陳列櫃內的甜點都非常吸引,無論是Macarons、巧克力、冰淇淋還是巧克力製的甜餅,款款都非常精緻。最後買了兩顆巧克力和六件Macarons,後來店員奉上一款未推出的巧克力供試食,大概只有購買巧克力的客人才能試吃。大部分巧克力每粒售二十元,另外有的以克計。這次買了Bacchus(酒神)和Sylvia(希爾薇婭),每顆巧克力以人名命名,始創人把每顆巧克力都當作人來看待,這種認真和尊重巧克力的態度實在難得。Bacchus(酒神)由純黑朱古力蓉裹住沾了Rum的提子乾,黑朱古力的濃度不會太高,甜度適中,質感很軟滑,而其內的Rum酒非常香醇,酒味不會過份強烈,比起上星期在Venchi Chocolate吃的櫻桃酒心酒精濃度低數倍,當然各有各好,這裡的比較容易入喉,容易接受,提子乾比正常的小顆,吸收的酒比較均勻,甜度較一般低。Sylvia(希爾薇婭)由純牛奶巧克力蓉製成,比上者更要柔滑,奶味特濃,甜度亦較高,但由於單單由牛奶巧克力製成,比較單調,顯得比較普通。若愛輕微的酒味朱古力個人推薦前者,喜愛柔滑質感可嚐後者。前圖為Bacchus,後圖為Sylvia。Macarons的味道都是大路的,這次選了開心果、雲呢拿(香草)、巧克力、焦糖、咖啡和檸檬味,所有的夾心均是純黑朱古力醬,甜而不膩,吃六件也沒膩感,外皮脆口,內裡帶黏感,是稱職的Macarons。開心果,味道特濃,但比以往在別處吃的比較容易接受,這種開心果味比較非一般,有種接近杏仁的味道。雲呢拿,起初以為雲呢拿味會像普遍的餅店一樣,把沒添加便當作雲呢拿味,怎料這裡的雲呢拿味非常突出,即使中心濃郁的朱古力醬也不能蓋過其雲呢拿味,估計亦不會由純香油製成,因為過量雲呢拿香油會帶來苦味,不管怎樣,至少比聲稱是雲呢拿味卻又不是的好。巧克力,巧克力口味的Macaron共有三款,另外兩款分別是牛奶巧克力和另一款純味巧克力,另一款純味巧克力今天沒售,只好嚐嚐這款。裡裡外外都是巧克力,但層次依然分別,外皮的可可味明顯地比較濃厚。焦糖,外皮的深褐色是濃焦的象徵,焦糖味並沒預期的濃,亦沒預期的甜,說實話有點失望,是正常的甜味,焦糖味不太明顯,但期望的焦糖是比一般口味甜。咖啡,咖啡味是出乎意料的濃郁,是接近Espresso的程度,有輕微的苦澀味,像是前兩天吃過Loacker的Espresso餅乾一樣,絕對是出色的咖啡味。檸檬,要數最失望的不外乎是這種口味,可能本身對檸檬味有太大期望,亦太愛它,在這件Macaron上,除了嗅到的微微檸檬香味,初嚐的微微酸味,後來的檸檬完完全全地被中央的朱古力醬蓋過,最不推薦的一款。總觀Macarons,值得一嚐的有開心果、雲呢拿、巧克力和咖啡味。包裝上非常有心思,是送禮的好選擇,只是男店員包裝時比較粗心大意,其中兩顆出現不少裂痕。前起:雲呢拿 檸檬 巧克力 咖啡 焦糖 開心果下次到訪必嚐其冰淇淋。

早於兩年前已經嚐過La Maison Du Chcoclat 的馬卡龍,對它一直念念不忘 來到店中已八時多,看到櫥櫃內放滿各式各樣的朱古力,很齊整的排放着,很吸引!但是次我只為馬卡龍而來,於是我便向店員表明來意,由於接近關門的關係,只剩下三盒六件裝的馬卡龍,我挑了其一,內有香草,咖啡,焦糖,紅桑莓,朱奶朱古力和朱古力味道,其實它們的內餡全部都是一樣--朱古力松露,它們味道都是源於馬卡龍本身!說真的,每一粒都滲出杏仁香,而每款味道也很出色,尤其焦糖味最誘人,最配松露內餡了,雖然我不是朱古力迷,但如果要我選擇一款我愛的,必然是松露,它在口裡溶化的口感教我甘拜它腳下呢 雖然這六小粒東東便索價$130元,但偶爾買來滿足一下口腹也不過份啊!
