頭先個班朋友諗去邊度食飯, 咁0岩又要拎番D野比另一個friend, 而呢個friend0係呢間野食緊飯,咁我地就順更0係呢度食埋, 上到去同幾位網友遇倒0既一樣, 都係得一張台有客(呢台客咪就係我D friends囉)起初睇過menu完全唔覺有咩問題, 咁就點0左個頭盤, 主菜+ 飲品, 味道唔錯啦, 好好又未算, 但係D波菜鹹都爆, 我食開重味野都頂唔順。之後一路食唔知發生咩事, 到最後埋單先知出事, 我另一班朋友先埋單, 先發覺比個menu誤導0左, 事前亦冇人同我地解釋過, 我問我兩個法國番0黎0既朋友,法國D menu係咪咁0既, 佢地都話唔係, 另一個0係日本, NY一段時間0既, 都未見過D咁0既menu, 而且呢度係香港食0左廿幾年飯都未見過呢D咁0既menu, 唔係比唔起錢,但係咁樣比錢條氣就唔係好順。最後得出個結論, 下次去度咩餐廳都好, 見冇人好走喇!亦都終於知道0左點解間咁靚0既餐廳, 0係旺角人流咁高0既地方可以得一台客

之後一路食唔知發生咩事, 到最後埋單先知出事, 我另一班朋友先埋單, 先發覺比個menu誤導0左, 事前亦冇人同我地解釋過, 我問我兩個法國番0黎0既朋友,法國D menu係咪咁0既, 佢地都話唔係, 另一個0係日本, NY一段時間0既, 都未見過D咁0既menu, 而且呢度係香港
食0左廿幾年飯都未見過呢D咁0既menu, 唔係比唔起錢,
但係咁樣比錢條氣就唔係好順。
最後得出個結論, 下次去度咩餐廳都好, 見冇人好走喇!
亦都終於知道0左點解間咁靚0既餐廳, 0係旺角人流咁高0既地方可以得一台客

(3/3/06)一入店,木造的陳設,感覺似入左瑞士雪地中的小屋。我地四個人,大家都是第一次食芝士火鍋。咁漏既野,叫個二人餐$380。選左格魯耶爾芝士,配麵包及冷切肉。(其實大家都驚芝士會"so"得滯)但出奇地好味喎!好香好香,帶有一點酒味。而肉片點過芝士,片片都係一樣架喇。套餐仲有兩杯傳統山區紅酒,暖暖的,又有果肉,非常極之好味!!另外兩個dinner set,appetizer揀左鵝肝忌廉配法式牛油面包伴無花果醬,杯鵝肝因為係忌廉,唔係mousse,會稀d,我覺得有朕"so"味,而無花果醬就好好味。酥皮焗勃艮地蝸牛,酥皮盒裡蝸牛份量算多,蝸牛應該好正宗,因為同平時食的唔同味。主菜:牛柳配法式薯餅烤蕃茄及香炒鮮菌伴紅蔥頭紅酒汁,牛柳無乜特別,法式薯餅,薯絲煎成,好油。鮮菌好多汁,紅蔥頭都幾得意。香煎海鱸配甜豆蓉伴檸檬汁,海鱸煎得o岩o岩好,青豆蓉好味,用來墊底。等左好耐既甜品,法式焦糖燉蛋,暖心朱古力蛋糕,都ok。亞爾薩斯蘋果批,因為火鍋餐,同dinner set都有蘋果批,但來到係唔同類型既。黑mun mun o個個好味d,好似提子酥加糖膠再焗,好香,但應該焗過龍,有些部份硬到o趙唔

等左好耐既甜品,法式焦糖燉蛋,暖心朱古力蛋糕,都ok。亞爾薩斯蘋果批,因為火鍋餐,同dinner set都有蘋果批,但來到係唔同類型既。黑mun mun o個個好味d,好似提子酥加糖膠再焗,好香,但應該焗過龍,有些部份硬到o趙唔郁。另一個蘋果批,好普通,又唔熱,蘋果un 晒呀。
總括黎講,食物質素真唔差,服務仲好好添,如果嫌貴一點,見佢有lunch set平d,都會再來食。美中不足係,長台的木椅無得"唉",有點累。同埋有幾台人,食"燒"既話,會令到店內/成個人"嗅"晒。

話說要同女朋友補祝情人節,諗住試D有特色既野,所以揀左呢間野。而其實去之前亦有上呢個網睇,見到唔少劣評,但心諗自己未試過,都應該值得一試掛。點知......一入去,得一張檯有客,係成間餐廳喎!開始心知不妙。跟住侍應遞餐牌,女朋友一睇,見到兩個courses價錢$158,覺得都幾抵,點知侍應解釋兩個courses係指appetizer同main course,或者main course同dessert,佢直刻黑面,我就面都青埋。算!唔叫dinner set,可以叫芝士火鍋。跟餐送兩杯紅酒,諗住睇下有無得轉其他野飲,點知又無,搞到我地要飲兩杯似葡萄汁多過似酒既物體。好喇,到芝士火鍋上場,希望可以一洗頹風啦,又點知佢跟餐既肉煙薰完之後已經鹹到無倫,加埋個鹹到抽筋既芝士火鍋,簡直係味覺大轟炸。如果你同我講呢D係法國山區特色,咁我會同你講如果我有機會去法國山區,我一定唔食芝士火鍋。所以,我覺得呢間野真係就摺得。

跟住侍應遞餐牌,女朋友一睇,見到兩個courses價錢$158,覺得都幾抵,點知侍應解釋兩個courses係指appetizer同main course,或者main course同dessert,佢直刻黑面,我就面都青埋。

算!唔叫dinner set,可以叫芝士火鍋。跟餐送兩杯紅酒,諗住睇下有無得轉其他野飲,點知又無,搞到我地要飲兩杯似葡萄汁多過似酒既物體。

好喇,到芝士火鍋上場,希望可以一洗頹風啦,又點知佢跟餐既肉煙薰完之後已經鹹到無倫,加埋個鹹到抽筋既芝士火鍋,簡直係味覺大轟炸。

如果你同我講呢D係法國山區特色,咁我會同你講如果我有機會去法國山區,我一定唔食芝士火鍋

所以,我覺得呢間野真係就摺得。

回應下面食評, 老實講, 我又唔覺得個menu有問題, 食西餐, 不嬲都係appertizer, main course 同dessert分別各計算為一個course. 點會話三個course等如三個main course呢?我都去過呢間Lafuma Cafe, 我覺得食物水準唔錯, 不過旺角區就真係貴D囉

Miss A_A,To be fair to the Restaurant, "course" in western cuisine and in English mean what exactly the waitress said. It means, how many dishes in a meal, i.e. salad, soup, main course etc. The waitress is correct. It does not mean you can have all 3 main courses. It is against common sense anyway. I respectfully suggest you to look up dictionary.

1月14日中午同男朋友係旺角見到呢間餐廳個MENU,$78有1個COURSE,$108就有3個COURSES,睇落好似幾抵,有APPETIZER,又有MAIN COURSE,又有DESSERT,咁咪去試吓。入到去得一枱人,坐低之後,唸住叫$108個隻可以試哂三隻MAIN,點知個WAITRESS話3個COURSES的意思係APPETIZER+MAIN DISH+DESSERT,唔可以係同一個CATERGORY裡面選多過一種!而且要3個COURSES應該要$118而唔係$108。我想有好多人睇完個MENU都會覺得$78已經有APPETIZER+1個MAIN COURSE+DESSERT,EVEN係大的HOTEL,佢哋的COURSES係講緊MAIN COURSE/DISH。我有同個WAITRESS反映我哋的理解,但佢唔係好明。咁我哋叫咗個肉眼扒同龍脷柳,味道一般,個肉眼扒有牛展味,最好味係個薯蓉。仲有就係要杯水都要錢,好難接受可以係旺角區咁做。最尾要個APPLE TART,係最值得一讚,不過咖啡唔好飲。相信以後都唔會再去,尤其係佢個MENU有些騙人,食都食得唔係好開心。

昨晚一行5個人加1小孩去,裝修好靚,木檯木椅木吧檯,7:30pm 去到得3檯人。未試過芝士火鍋便叫了1個set. 再order了鱸魚餐、燒雞餐、肉眼扒餐。個芝士火鍋都幾大份,如果2人吃就不用再叫其他東西。啲芝士有酒味,都幾好味。盤火腿size都幾大,最後都冇吃完。甜品可選焦糖燉蛋及蘋果批。跟餐送2杯暖紅酒,ok la。餐湯有洋蔥湯及魚湯,2個都好味,尤其是洋蔥湯,好多洋蔥絲。鱸魚餐個魚柳好有魚的鮮甜,啲肉唔會“梅”,配菜是炸薯球,感覺有啲行貨。燒雞餐隻雞啲肉好嫩、燒得好香,配菜是意大利飯,都ok。肉眼扒都好香好嫩,配菜的焗薯千層好正。呢道消費唔平,唔知點解水都冇杯,一定要另外order drink或bottle water。去Mandarin Hotel嘅Vong,都會比杯冰水先,再等你慢慢落order啦,所以呢吓都幾唔高興。2個waitress都好似好怕羞,講嘢都要"air~~~"陣先,好"新人"。5大人1小童total$1,170。食物好好,若果d service 可以好啲就好la。

呢道消費唔平,唔知點解水都冇杯,一定要另外order drink或bottle water。去Mandarin Hotel嘅Vong,都會比杯冰水先,再等你慢慢落order啦,所以呢吓都幾唔高興。2個waitress都好似好怕羞,講嘢都要"air~~~"陣先,好"新人"。

5大人1小童total$1,170。食物好好,若果d service 可以好啲就好la。

睇得出老闆對佢既serive係有一定堅持(例如唔比水, 兩份甜品一定要叫同一様野) 如果佢係係中環或尖咀我都或者會buy 因為我expect間餐廳係會好有風格與別不同但當選址係旺角中心低檔地段人既expectation已經唔同呢d已經唔係叫風格而係叫賤格

p.s.當日係平日7點左右走個陣時個餐廳只有不足1/3滿座........

For sure...this restaurant will not be on my list anymore!

午飯時間人客相當少,除我外,只有3位人客,這相信與價錢有很大關係。食物雖以法國菜為主,但當中大部份的食物均不是fancy的菜式,較casual,而且製作不難,但據侍應及chef說,因很多材料都是來自法國,故價錢較高(尤其在旺角區來說)。1. 自製法飽(免費): 外脆內軟,相當有水準。2. Pumpkin soup: 濃郁,味道相當不錯。3. 黑法國薩瓦薯餅伴沙律: 其實即是芝士煙肉焗薯仔片,用一個細的sauce pan上,味道確實不錯,而且份量不算太多,女孩子就OK,但男士們就可能不夠。4. Rum酒蛋糕仔: 最初以為蛋糕內充滿rum酒味,但原來只是把一個柸形的sponge cake浸一浸在syrup水內,然後才"淋"上少少rum酒,而周邊就圍上vanilla cream。Rum酒的味實在少得很,而且不是想像般那麼甜,都可以啦!其實不算特別,但要$58一份!服務相當不俗,經理/主任和那位法國executive chef(來自法國東部)都會親自和人客交談,了解人客對其食物的意見。

2005.7.13 星期二晚女朋友推介呢間法國(但係我感覺幾瑞士) 的餐廳, 的確唔錯. 餐廳在旺角最迫的波鞋街近旺電十字路口,不過感覺好唔旺角, 餐廳可能新, 唔多人, 亦都好有空間感, 好悠閒. 佢特色係有個特別的電爐可以上層石頭燒下層有好多個小鑊仔焗o野.d staff 好nice. 我地叫了:Lafuma Cafe Cocktail (有酒精), 好似$68, 我估係用救就來凍死的人, 因為幾重酒精, 都幾難飲下, 紅色一杯好似藥水.Lafuma 特色山區特飲(冇酒精), 好似$58, 幾好飲, 酸酸地好清新的味道一份雞石燒, 好似$150, 幾"un" 下, 後來我地唔燒, 用下層焗, 但係都係"un"一份牛石燒, 好似$160, 好味的, 不過唔好燒得咁熟加一份Rachette, 好似$68 (大約係咁串) 芝士, 好好味的.石燒會跟一盤蔬菜, 一個小沙拉, 一個焗薯仔, 幾個bread 咁.果個男國人waiter 都好好笑, 又神出鬼沒, 一開始灑一堆鹽上石燒扮占卜, 跟住食完又無拉拉話"喂陣間去滑雪lor" (原來佢係想話在法國通常食完呢餐就會去滑雪), 臨走落lift

Lafuma Cafe Cocktail (有酒精), 好似$68, 我估係用救就來凍死的人, 因為幾重酒精, 都幾難飲下, 紅色一杯好似藥水.
Lafuma 特色山區特飲(冇酒精), 好似$58, 幾好飲, 酸酸地好清新的味道
一份雞石燒, 好似$150, 幾"un" 下, 後來我地唔燒, 用下層焗, 但係都係"un"
一份牛石燒, 好似$160, 好味的, 不過唔好燒得咁熟
加一份Rachette, 好似$68 (大約係咁串) 芝士, 好好味的.

果個男國人waiter 都好好笑, 又神出鬼沒, 一開始灑一堆鹽上石燒扮占卜, 跟住食完又無拉拉話"喂陣間去滑雪lor" (原來佢係想話在法國通常食完呢餐就會去滑雪), 臨走落lift 又在lift 門閂埋前閃入lift 話送我地落去. 不過幾好人o既

d 芝士好好食, 芝士有三款揀的, 姐姐仔仲送o左埋另外果兩款o既幾舊俾我地試下, 不過我地覺得都係Rachette 最好食, 同d 蔬菜一齊焗好好食, 個過程都好得意.

果度最衰係d 座位好木, 又冇背, 不過有一個corner 係梳化仔, 好似好自成一閣好正咁, 下次book 位試下果度先。

overall 來說, 果個食法好得意, 好多變化。

個洗手間係唯一似旺角的, 好狹小

同埋好笑佢地d 人不時就又就有得抽獎又有飲品送俾你飲~ 所以呢餐真係食得好開心~
