芥菜膽浸得腍腍的,有上湯浸住非常好味。素千層好似豆卜咁,香口美味
廚師將葉部份除去,只用最嫩爽口芥菜身,以上湯煮成,菜膽顏色碧綠,素千層以多層腐皮造成,粒狀吸收了上湯精華,非常入味。
豆味幾濃郁 一層層咁疊埋但都食得出好夠滑身😀 芥菜膽浸係高湯中 食落好軟身 加埋幾粒杞子 甜甜地咁吊味 成碟口感都好豐富

Deep fried chicken wing stuffed with bird's nest - This dish was quite interesting as i have never seen it being presented this way. 今晚亞sir請食飯呢個廣告對白對於有返咁上下年紀既人應該一點也不陌生而今晚的確係有人請食飯,就係我老闆,雖然佢唔係呀sir, 係位miss但都係一句,有好野食我就一定會出席來到晚膳地食,排場門面十分大體,而怖置格局亦十分舒適點選了set dinner, 而我選這個原因確是因為燕窩釀雞翼,待會再介紹迷你鮑多士鮑魚十分淋身,而且用刀叉据鮑魚確實十分興奮,而多士簿脆,跟鮑魚軟硬口感有很大對比燕窩釀雞翼其待的一道餸,雞翼到來時十分漲卜卜甚為有趣,而內裡谷滿了一絲絲燕窩,融許我用谷字,因為滿滿也不能表達出勁多的感覺羊肚菌燉螺頭懂得保身既女人對燉湯特別鍾愛,每份燉湯也十分足料,味道清澈,女人當然要好好滋補一下鮮蟹肉大良炒鮮奶個人認為點醋味道較為突出,但同行男同事認為不點醋較好,或者是女人愛吃醋吧紅燒花膠花膠十小適中,補充一下骨膠原南瓜燴安格斯牛腩十分淋身,入口有種溶化的感覺素千層浸芥菜膽清淡素菜,可隔一下油膩 ,十分易入口禮賓傅炒飯不經不覺食到最後一道菜,雖則每款份量不多,但食到一半本人已經感到飽了,或許是因為慢吃的關係,而這道炒飯我就讓我身旁同事替我吃完,當然回饋也是正面的鮮百雪耳冰糖糖水漏丟
