今日下班到了新都會廣場,燈籠滷味,現在不單止吃滷味了,看到餐牌仲有美味的台式人鍋,看到十分滋味,又多選擇。一人台式鍋有多款口味,酸菜白肉鍋、麻辣鴨血鍋、花雕雞鍋、麻油雞鍋、古法羊腩鍋。今晚點了一客古法羊腩鍋,羊腩鍋相當豐盛,鍋類放滿了食材,有很多件的美味羊腩、枝竹、馬蹄、冬菇、蓮藕、唐生菜,仲有一件大豆皮,豆皮脆卜卜的,而且大大件,放入鍋裏慢慢烹調,大豆皮會吸入了羊腩的香味,變得又軟熟又美味,口感好像腐竹一樣,超正。這個鍋物暖笠笠加熱着來吃,冬天啱晒。羊腩啖啖肉滋味無比。沾埋腐乳醬來食更能提鮮。這個一人鍋份量豐富,而且仲配了一碗白飯相當飽肚。套餐還跟了飲品的,點了一杯古早冬瓜茶,甜甜的帶有青青的冬瓜香氣,相當滋潤暖入心。另外還點了一些美味小吃,滷肉青菜,這天做緊推廣,$18相當抵吃,青菜上鋪滿了滷肉,滷肉用來拌菜吃十分惹味,而且我們還把這些滷肉來拌飯吃,變成了自家製的滷肉飯,超美味。青菜嫩綠,爽口新鮮抵食。啖啖肉鹽酥雞,一整籃子脆卜卜金黃色的鹽酥雞,非常惹味,仲配有山葵醬,沾上後更惹味。仲有脆卜卜份量又多的薯條。這客小食令人愛不釋手,超有地道台灣夜市感覺。狼牙棒雞棒,這個小食又是做緊推廣優惠,只需$18便可以品嚐大大隻脆卜卜的雞棒。雞棒金黃色的外皮脆卜卜,帶點微辣超惹味,中間肉質部份超嫩滑多汁,一口咬下去啖啖肉滋味無比,正。 continue reading

餐廳在新都會廣場L1層,半開放式,牆上放了台灣特色的燈箱招牌做裝飾,有街頭小食檔的氣氛。時間正值下午茶時段,我便點了兩個下午茶套餐和台灣特色一個小食。這裏用QR CODE掃碼下單,雖然選項繁多,但也清晰易用,快捷方便。“香菇滷肉飯”配祕傳滷雞翅膀、黃金甜不辣香菇滷肉飯非常香口,啖啖滋味。滷水雞中翼,肉質鮮嫩多汁,滷水入味。黃金甜不辣,甜中有鹹,外脆內軟,蔫靭口感,味道不錯。“招牌燈籠滷味(自選4款)”+手工烏龍麵有多種滷味可供選擇,我選了“雞翅膀”、“豬耳朵”、“麻吉燒”、“香菇”四款,豬耳朵爽脆而入味,麻吉燒是釀了麻薯餡的炸豆腐,口感特別。手工烏龍麵麵質爽滑彈牙,十分可口。“人氣蔥抓蛋餅卷”(火腿、玉米、起司)我最喜愛的台灣美食:蛋餅,外皮香脆有咬口,餡料有火腿、玉米、起司和蔥等,多重口感。“台式奶茶”,味道比較清香,不如港式奶茶般濃烈。“古早冬瓜茶”,甜甜的冬瓜茶,夏日消暑佳品。 continue reading

新都會加埋葵涌廣場,食肆多到令人眼花撩亂,必然誘發選擇困難症,這店因為就近戲院,又有位,就試試吧。菜牌也是令人心花怒放,最吸引還是小火煱,鴨血是無可置疑最吸引,等了不久,便送來未煲熱蓋着的小鍋,店不算大,但也不致於擠迫,所以我太明白為什麼會怕小煱會造成危險。打開蓋,是眼前一亮,金菇紹菜冬菇豆腐鴨血魚卷蘿蔔粉絲辣椒堆得滿滿,其實對細食者來說,绝對是二人份。火一點也弱,一會兒已大滾,火猛得令湯汁翻出煱外,卜卜聲,金菇在熱煱裡的煙跳動,煙又在各種食物縫隙之間竄動,好不熱鬧,本來不太餓的我也變得胃口大閞,熱辣辣,濃濃的湯汁伴比着較清淡的食物,非常滋味,我竟可以吃到半碗飯。滾滾滾,好一段時間後,湯汁更濃,今時不同往日的我,這辣度對我來說已開始有點過火,油也已是我的極限,我問店員取了一杯熱水放進煱中,又變得很滋味。當最後祇吃剩辣椒和湯汁,我放進那塊方方正正、新鮮香脆的腐皮,看着它浮在煙和湯汁上,慢慢吸滿湯汁沉進鍋底,由方正變成一束,放進口中那熱那辣那香,是充滿儀式感的韻味悠長。 continue reading

今日朋友到葵芳食飯,去到餐廳不需要等位就可以入座 。我們叫了滷味「台灣至尊」-雞翅膀、黑輪條、凍豆腐、烏蛋、大豆皮、空心菜(通菜)配冬粉和玉米豬肉蒜香醬油手工餃子、蜂蜜荔枝紅茶和養生花雕雞鍋 。首先,滷味「台灣至尊」的組合令人驚喜,雞翅膀的肉質鮮嫩,滷汁的香氣渾然天成,帶有淡淡的八角香味,讓人一口接一口。黑輪條的口感彈牙,凍豆腐吸附了滷汁的精華,讓每一口都充滿風味。特別是烏蛋,外皮光滑,內裡的蛋黃綿密,搭配大豆皮和空心菜,讓整道菜品的層次感更加豐富。接著,玉米豬肉蒜香醬油手工餃子更是讓我驚艷,餃子皮薄而不破,內餡的豬肉與玉米的甜味交融,蒜香味撲鼻而來,令人垂涎。搭配的蜂蜜荔枝紅茶,清新解膩,讓人倍感舒爽。最後,養生花雕雞鍋的湯底清澈,雞肉經過低溫慢煮,肉質滑嫩,湯頭鮮美,帶有淡淡的花雕酒香。整體而言,味道不錯,價格相宜 。 continue reading
