新都會加埋葵涌廣場,食肆多到令人眼花撩亂,必然誘發選擇困難症,這店因為就近戲院,又有位,就試試吧。菜牌也是令人心花怒放,最吸引還是小火煱,鴨血是無可置疑最吸引,等了不久,便送來未煲熱蓋着的小鍋,店不算大,但也不致於擠迫,所以我太明白為什麼會怕小煱會造成危險。打開蓋,是眼前一亮,金菇紹菜冬菇豆腐鴨血魚卷蘿蔔粉絲辣椒堆得滿滿,其實對細食者來說,绝對是二人份。火一點也弱,一會兒已大滾,火猛得令湯汁翻出煱外,卜卜聲,金菇在熱煱裡的煙跳動,煙又在各種食物縫隙之間竄動,好不熱鬧,本來不太餓的我也變得胃口大閞,熱辣辣,濃濃的湯汁伴比着較清淡的食物,非常滋味,我竟可以吃到半碗飯。滾滾滾,好一段時間後,湯汁更濃,今時不同往日的我,這辣度對我來說已開始有點過火,油也已是我的極限,我問店員取了一杯熱水放進煱中,又變得很滋味。當最後祇吃剩辣椒和湯汁,我放進那塊方方正正、新鮮香脆的腐皮,看着它浮在煙和湯汁上,慢慢吸滿湯汁沉進鍋底,由方正變成一束,放進口中那熱那辣那香,是充滿儀式感的韻味悠長。

最近天氣凍左,想走去食吓打邊爐,見到呢度一人一煲好似幾吸引,叫咗個養生花雕雞煲 開始,個煲未到其實未熱晒,仲要等多10幾分鐘先至滾 ,趕時間真係唔推薦!所謂花雕雞湯勁淡冇味,雞肉冇味唔新鮮 ,佢哋唔會同你加湯,淨係會同你加水加完水之後個湯仲淡好似烚滾水咁,都算!仲未食完侍應就趕住要熄火,好似好趕住趕你走咁樣,但係其實又冇人等 冬瓜茶一陣化學味俾得呢個價錢應該有好啲嘅選擇,好少對台灣嘢失望,呢間真係徹底失望呀!

「師大燈籠滷味鍋」主打食材當然係佢哋嘅 #滷味食物,裡面包括蜂巢牛肚、大腸、蹄膀,樣樣都滷得非常入味🤤 尤其係牛肚嘅口感同味道都相當出色,入口腍滑充滿滷水汁嘅香氣🤤 配料方面仲有甜白蘿蔔、娃娃菜、大豆皮、台式粉絲,都係一啲用嚟放湯同索汁嘅食物,配埋碗 #白飯 一齊人口,簡直係絕配🤤 跟餐仲會有杯 #冬瓜茶 幫手解膩,老闆真係相當細心🙏🏼

另外我哋叫咗 #狼牙炸雞棒、#香脆酥炸牡蠣 做小食🤤

🍗 狼牙炸雞棒炸得皮脆肉嫩,師傅喺雞皮上撲上一層薄薄嘅椒鹽粉,好惹味🤤 而我就建議配埋碟上嘅沙律菜一齊食,可以減低油膩感之餘,口味更清新🌱

🦪 香脆酥炸牡蠣入口酥脆,肥美嘅蚝肉配上柚子沙拉醬,味道估唔到會咁夾🤤
