逐Part講:
Staff

一到reception ,兩個staff 已經無笑容,俾人感覺好唔welcoming,近乎黑面感覺。 去fine dining area 會經過一條長走廊,個staff 完全無理過客人,自己一馬當先,中間已拉開有5-6尺距離 (因為中間有道門,我阿媽唔夠力推,所以我地慢咗)。

以往經驗,一張檯會有兩個staff serve ,但當晚係一個 staff serve 四張檯。其中一檯食扒(二人份),個waiter 當面即場切,切咗十分鐘,變相十分鐘三張檯D 野無人跟。 其實塊扒係出面切咁耐,乜都凍哂啦。

另外,個waiter 問我地需唔需要睇 wine list ,我話好。Waiter 話轉頭攞俾我,於是我去洗手間。返到位,到頭盤上都無俾個wine list 我,要我再request ,但食物已經上咗。最奇怪係由頭到尾都無見過 Sommelier 。

每道菜中間,waiter 都無掃檯,直至完成 main course 上甜品,所以由頭到尾成檯都係麵包碎,搞到我周身唔聚財。

去到食甜品,我落order 時已叫定梳乎厘,因為要等20 分鐘,另外兩位客人未order 。但到完成 main course 後,個waiter 俾咗隻匙羹我同我阿媽,我地覺得奇怪。再等一陣,我朋友忍唔住問waiter攞menu ,個waiter 有D 驚訝,然後say sorry,話以為我地 share 。事實係你從來都無問,而我地都無打算share; 更何況就算係 share ,點解我朋友又無匙羹呢?  你點知邊個同邊個share呢?  作為一間三星餐廳,咁嘅 service 真係唔得囉。

到我個friend 睇緊menu ,有問題想問,咁啱有另一個waiter 收碟,我地順便問佢問題,但佢竟然唔識答。(個問題係: 依個(指住其中一款甜品)係乜呢架?)

最後,可能我係雞蛋裡挑骨頭,負責我地張檯個waiter 有兩隻手指甲係黑色的,係成隻黑色。Waiter
係男士來的,相信不是指甲油,我估是指甲瘀了。由於他每次上菜都用瘀了那隻手,再加上我視點係檯水平,所以每次上菜,我就會見到兩隻黑色指甲加上我的食物,感覺反胃。

食物:

食物選擇不算多, 我book 7 點, 但已經話第一道菜’魚’ 賣哂。 但我阿媽想食魚, 結果被迫要點超濃味嘅麵豉清酒醃魚,個魚又實又濃味,真心頂唔順同覺得嘥咗塊魚。

最最最重要係所有食物上檯都唔熱! 依個係好基本嘅要求,但係咁都做唔到?咁樣真係好差。有同Waiter 反映,佢話佢地D 碟係無一般美國餐廳D 碟咁熱,因為試過有同事受傷=.=!  其實碟唔係好熱,食物都唔會唔熱囉。

我懷疑因為餐廳人手不足,所以食物煮咗好耐都無人攞。 事實餐廳冷氣不算好凍,我都唔明點解所有食物都係lukewarm。咁樣無論幾有心機煮都浪費咗。

味道: 
當所有食物都唔熱嘅時候,真係會影響食慾。加上味道無乜特別,亦無好delicate 嘅感覺。擺盤、餐具配色亦十分平庸。整體係無特色,無驚喜,我會話同一間普通餐廳差不多,除了位置優越之外。

環境:
當日無落雨,但面向的玻璃滿佈水漬,又扣分。唔好意思,我對三星嘅要求係嚴格。

總結: 絕對有被騙嘅感覺,一路食都會問點解佢會攞到三星?中環 Robuchon 係我食過嘅米芝蓮中最差嘅餐廳,好失望。

這間是香港法國菜界別我最喜歡的fine dine restaurant 之一,是其中一間會一去再去的餐廳。第一次去是去台北的分店,台北的分店都去過兩次了,我喜歡這間的最大的原因,就是無限refill 的芝士包,芝士包做得很出色,每次去都可以吃五個以上當然其他菜式每道都做得很好,龍蝦意粉很好吃,鵝肝也是很好吃。六百多元的fine lunch, 味道環境服務都做得好,非常值得!

Self picked trio dessert platter is awesome. We can choose three out of 10+ signature desserts. Napoleons + rose cake + fig tart are all delicious.

Petit four is top notch again

Service is great, they even take photo of us and print as gift for us.

Ambience is much better than bar table and worth the surcharge if you are on special occasion.

I'll be back for sure!

燈光有點昏暗 但waiter的服務非常好
首先上了超豐富的麵包籃 剩下的吃完整餐waiter會問你打不打包 所以不急要全部試一遍

我們點了 tasting menu 每一道菜都令人驚喜非常 不像Caprice味道那麼濃 卻都是淡淡的在味蕾上跳舞

安排了餐廳在我朋友的甜品上寫Happy Birthday 餐廳還為我們拍照 再放在卡套內 麵包亦用紙盒紙袋盛好!

整次用餐經驗都非常愉快!

香港有很多著名西餐廳都以法國菜為主打,但叮噹頭馬則非米芝蘭三星餐廳Le Jardin de Joel Robuchon莫屬了。慕名已久,直至最近由於友人轉到那裡做行政工作,特別邀請我們幾個閨蜜前往試菜,還特別為我們安排角落四人Bar 枱。餐廳環境舒適,燈光柔和,佈置高雅。我們入座後,經理立即殷勤遞上餐牌,並詳細介紹每一道菜,服務態度極佳。午餐價錢由五百元至千多元,根據選擇多少道菜而定。我們各自選了不同的頭盆、主菜及甜品。每一道菜都精緻美味,賞心悅目,牛肉鮮嫩,西班牙豬甘香豐腴,汁香味濃,甚至醬汁配料都是精心泡製,務使色香味俱全。麵包籃尤其令人動容,一見傾心!真是完美愉快的午餐約會!

再一次來到這間餐廳, 仍是不會令人失望。 無論services, 食物質素依舊keep 得很好。 每一次總是食到好飽好飽, 已經不敢叫太大份,仍是食得好full. 它的食物質素, 是即使你已經很full, 但仍會好努力去食哂去。 因為, 真係每一樣都好好食, 就算一個普通的法包, 都十分香口。比起一些新進的米芝連餐廳, 真的要向這間學習學習, 收客人的價錢, 絕對是物有所值, 不是持米芝連牌頭而去亂定價。

Robuchon is my most favour 3 Stars Michelin Restaurant ! We had our dinner last night in the private room ! Every course was just like an Art, the decoration and the detail displayed on the plate and food was gorgeous and fantastic! The chef is called David from France, he is so talent and friendly to us. We would love to come back again.

I wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday with a bang, and it sure given her and me the best dining experience so far in 2017. Food was great, and tasty, service was exceptional. The birthday cake they made was tasty. They had earned their 3 stars.Would definitely go back again.

Late post on our wonderful dinner experience at this Michelin Star restaurants. We are a group of four and it's a birthday occasion.

We ordered a la carte. Started off with a jolly bread basket. My starter is foie gras with warm toast. My fds have scallops and tomato layered appetiser.

Main course is A5 Wagyu beef. The portion is bigger than I expected and very filling. My friends have beef tartare which is their signature dish.

I was particularly impressed by their desserts. The big sugar pearl with pineapple sorbet inside captured our hearts and taste really good.

The overall ambience is very quiet and comfortable. Although the restaurant is 80% full, it's still very quiet. The waiters are highly professional, knowledgable and attentive. Compared a more casual ambience in Paris Étoile. HK is definately more formal.

Highly recommended this restaurant for formal occasions and celebration. They have a private room.

一直想去試試這家3星,於是提前訂了位,只是還是只能訂到吧檯位。不過能看到廚師製作過程,也是很不錯的。於是就約了好姐妹去嚐嚐。餐廳在置地廣場,很好找。去吃的人很多,看來真的是來對地方了環境不錯,紅黑搭配很特別。每人各叫了一個set.吃得很飽

一人fine dine 真係第一次有時都想對自己好d. 尤其一日long streeful workin day 後佢嘅high tea 食過唔少次  dinner 就真係第一次randomlly walk in 好好彩有位 坐bar 檯叫了個sea urchins pasta. 好creamy, 好好 但portion 好細lol 海膽嘅分量都算好多 海水味 上面 d金就攪到好土豪feel LOL有沖動叫個  a la carte... main course 叫了signature La Caille.分量不大  但係講真 fine dine 嚟講算係咁quail 肉質算滑甜甜的 加上入面嘅鵝肝.. 每啖食落都好有幸福感 hehe而我最愛嘅 係碟隔嚟嘅 truffle mashed potato... 好香truffle 味好滑 但係太少了  (又complain:love 佢呢個mashed potato 可以講係成晚我嘅最愛 最後就有dessert. 但係比起上嚟就無乜special最後仲有成盒麵包比我 take away
