🎡 知名的三星米芝蓮基本上無人不知,餐廳更被譽為是香港最佳法式茶座之一 ,以精巧別緻的下午茶套餐,自家手工製作的牛角包和馬卡龍聞名。 之前係Element一樓,因應業務擴張,宜家搬左去2樓,店面比之前大左好多。座位望正海景,食住下午茶等日落,真係好Chill ~🥢🍽️  由於已經食左午餐,所以就決定order輕食,但係好多好多都太吸引了,最後order得有點兒多。🥞 Chorizo Gruyere Cheese Crepe ($160)Chorizo, Egg, Gruyere Cheese, Tomato Coulis and Basil🥞 Crabmeat Gruyere Cheese Crepe ($180)Crabmeat, Egg, Gruyere Cheese, Tomato Spinach and Green Salad相信大家都有聽過頂級美食 (Fondue) 🧀啦,其實就係Gruyere Cheese + Emmental Cheese合制地。 Gruyere Cheese 奶味十足,同 Chorizo + 蛋配搭,中和了Chorizo的鹹香,Cheese 容易融化,所以就會有拉絲的效果。蟹肉 🦀 +蛋+ Cheese 就會令肉質口感更加厚實,加上菠菜等沙律菜,令蟹肉的清甜更爲突出。🥯🍓 Rasberry Macaron 平時食Macaron好怕食到死甜...但係Le Salon係以Macaron聞名,點都要Try Try!! 好彩好彩,三星的確有其原因,整體上哩個紅莓馬克龍都超出預期,不但顔色鮮艷,口感都酸甜適中。馬卡龍外殼薄脆,口感細膩。内餡除了有紅莓醬,也加了少許檸檬汁,中和了整體的甜度。🧁🍨 Chartreuse Souffle with Vanilla Ice Cream ($160)見到隔離台點左哩個梳乎厘,貌似不錯,所以就跟風,果然冇跟錯。朱古力濃度高,口感濃厚;整個梳乎厘外層空氣感十足,内裏則柔軟濕潤,口感輕盈蓬鬆,入口即融化。Vanilla Ice Cream佈滿Vanilla籽,口感綿密。下午4-5點坐窗邊位可以欣賞到日落。 continue reading

大師級廚師Joël Robuchon旗下的優雅下午茶館。置身其中,優雅迷人的裝潢和寧靜的氛圍讓人彷彿置身於法式田園。精緻可口的下午茶點心是這裡最大的亮點。首推「朱古力疏乎厘」,外層酥脆的巧克力外殼,包裹著濃郁順滑的朱古力餡料,入口即化,回味無窮。搭配香醇濃郁的檸檬茶,清新爽口,正好中和了甜膩感。鮮榨「橙汁」,,帶有些許酸甜的平衡。現場烘焙的麵包也同樣令人驚艷。金黃酥脆的外皮,內裡綿軟香甜,與濃郁順滑的無鹽牛油完美搭配。儘管價格不菲,但Le Salon De Thé de Joël Robuchon絕對值得一試。無論是與親朋好友聚會,還是獨自品味法式優雅,這裡都能帶給你難忘的用餐體驗。 continue reading

一直覺得呢度既洋蔥湯都幾好味,搬左上2樓嚟左2次,第一次lunch味道勉強但係服務欠佳,唔係無禮貌,而係好冷淡,唔抽唔睬咁。第二次仲差個洋蔥湯窿味,好似急凍湯包溝水咗,田螺好似急凍翻熱,乾。油鴨難食,食完覺得唔舒服添,羊就幾好,以後我都唔會嚟,晚餐服務稍微好dd,水又無,紙巾又無,濕紙巾又無,全部要問先有,我到底去左邊度lol我要彈埋中環個間添,以前係我心目中既神級餐廳,宜家真係差。 continue reading

行完M+貝聿銘展去Element無意中發現Robuchon搬咗新鋪,入去買包同cake,cake買咗mango cake,都要$80,價錢僅次於Ritz Carlton,面包🥯買咗杏仁牛角包🥐($30)第二朝食。Mango cake有盒載,杏仁牛角包🥐有袋載。夜晚🎑食完飯食Mango Cake,外觀真係芒果🥭咁,外皮係朱古力🍫,入面係海綿🧽蛋糕🍰+熱情❤️‍🔥果醬,平時我怕酸既都食到。第二朝食杏仁牛角包🥐,杏仁第二🥈朝都好脆,牛角包🥐都ok,唔算好冧,入面有d醬,正👍🏻 continue reading
