相信大家都有聽過頂級美食 (Fondue) 🧀啦，其實就係Gruyere Cheese + Emmental Cheese合制地。 Gruyere Cheese 奶味十足，同 Chorizo + 蛋配搭，中和了Chorizo的鹹香，Cheese 容易融化，所以就會有拉絲的效果。
蟹肉 🦀 +蛋+ Cheese 就會令肉質口感更加厚實，加上菠菜等沙律菜，令蟹肉的清甜更爲突出。

🥯🍓 Rasberry Macaron
平時食Macaron好怕食到死甜...但係Le Salon係以Macaron聞名，點都要Try Try!! 好彩好彩，三星的確有其原因，整體上哩個紅莓馬克龍都超出預期，不但顔色鮮艷，口感都酸甜適中。
馬卡龍外殼薄脆，口感細膩。内餡除了有紅莓醬，也加了少許檸檬汁，中和了整體的甜度。

🧁🍨 Chartreuse Souffle with Vanilla Ice Cream ($160)
見到隔離台點左哩個梳乎厘，貌似不錯，所以就跟風，果然冇跟錯。朱古力濃度高，口感濃厚；整個梳乎厘外層空氣感十足，内裏則柔軟濕潤，口感輕盈蓬鬆，入口即融化。Vanilla Ice Cream佈滿Vanilla籽，口感綿密。
