屋企人食饭,打算平平地叫几味餸。家人唔食得牛,见菜单上有个茄子斑头腩煲,想叫,但在qr code菜单上找了半天也找不到,唯有叫伙计帮手落。点知埋单变左炆斑头腩改茄子,价钱系其他煲仔类嘅2.5倍。菜单纸上果味茄子炆斑头腩煲原来从来唔存在(佢仲要摆第一位)。问个伙计咩回事,佢仲要讲大话唔认我叫左系茄子炆斑头腩煲。虽然唔完全算货不对板(少嘅只系个煲),但系d咁嘅销售手法,真系难言诚实。只能话,唔怪得d人北上消费。(同买个教训,去呢d熟食档记得要check单。。。) continue reading

和朋友5個人,點了滷水鵝頸,椒鹽魷魚,蠔仔粥,炒通菜,冬菜九肚魚,加兩大支啤酒,一共500元不到。重覆一次,是5個菜,還點了啤酒,500元不到。滷水鵝頸滷得入味,椒鹽魷魚鮮炸略嫌油未"索乾",蠔仔粥沒有太多葱和香菜我很喜歡,炒通菜正常發揮,冬菜九肚魚嫰滑鮮香。試了一輪,覺得味道很不錯,鑊氣可以,鮮味猶在。整體味道偏鹹,只是想要你多點兩瓶啤酒。最後見還不到500元有點過意不去,再點了個168的花甲王。味道還是很鮮,偏鹹,花甲肉很肥,很好吃。只是脱肉得有點多,感覺看上去都是吉殼,份量沒有多少,對比小炒的質素和份量較為失色。當然花甲王你新鮮買一斤也得100元,它這裡半斤左右,性價比其實不錯的了。 continue reading

夜晚八點去到都唔少人,約三分之二滿座,座位較為迫,一般街市大廈大排檔格局,而家真係進步用qr code點餸,叫咗椒鹽鮮魷、沙拉骨、蝦醬炒通菜、脆皮炸大腸、乾炒牛肉伊麵、韭王黃鱔球。椒鹽鮮魷:魷魚幾新鮮但唔夠香口,粉漿唔脆口;蝦醬通菜炒到水汪汪,鑊氣唔夠;沙拉骨用豬扒去做已經係失敗,而且覺得唔熱,好似用沙律醬撈豬扒一樣;脆皮炸大腸一啲都唔脆而且唔覺得熱;韭王黃鱔球味道一般;牛肉炒伊麵唔夠乾身味道正常!總括嚟講:可能大部分食物都係預製組件方式製造,唔會有第二次。廟街x記食好好多。 continue reading

好耐冇食過。好味嘅大排檔。朋友介紹紅磡街市入邊有一間兩盒海鮮飯店,主打小菜,滷水,羊腩煲、各款以前大排檔應有盡有嘅嘢都會有👍🏻👍🏻諗住夜晚可能要排隊,但係冇諗過佢真係要排一陣隊,但好快哥哥已經安排座位俾我哋我一家四口,寄咗幾款餸菜清蒸花螺、鹹蛋蒸肉餅、豉椒炒蜆、油鹽水沙薑雞腳、蒜蓉蒸海蝦、韭菜豬紅清蒸花螺鮮甜,唔會太韌煮到啱啱好鹹蛋蒸肉餅正常,但唔會差豉椒炒蜆惹味,但我嫌佢唔夠辣可以再辣啲下次,油鹽水沙薑雞腳好味,我個女食咗好多隻😂蒜蓉蒸海蝦新鮮、韭菜豬紅,基本上我見每枱都必點,夠味夠濃好味終於知道佢點解要排隊,因為真係幾好食 continue reading

自己一直好少係家中煮粉絲菜式! 最主要係份量問題,一買就一大包,只係用小小浸完煮完又食淨一大包,粉絲又唔係成日煮,平時都係用小小係蒸扇貝上,掉又浪費,索性唔買唔煮.今日女友小熊突然話想食粉絲! 我又順路出差去旺角朗豪坊,於是偷跳去隔離旺角街巿買九隻扇貝,攞過去紅磡街巿兩合大排檔來料加工海鮮開餐!樓上有以兩間大排檔,上次幫襯文記,質素變差,於是轉去兩合試試.上到去見到文記無開以為褶埋,原來只係休息.兩合話來料加工段斤計,每斤$130,不足一斤都計一斤,我地D扇貝計2斤,咁當然係蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝啦!另外再叫南乳串燒鱔,椒鹽墨魚咀同滷水鵝腸拼墨魚.優點:1, 香港大排檔 Feel,放工同朋友落去吹水 Relax 好正地方又闊落.2, 依家D政府街市嘅熟食中心進步了,有冷氣! 買海鮮來料加工又方便! 樓下就係大大個街巿,不過今次我去咗旺角街市買扇貝,100蚊就有9隻,平過紅磡街市,咁平就買多D買9隻囉!3, 椒鹽墨魚咀熱到辣咀! 夠哂香脆!4, 滷水鵝腸同墨魚同樣彈牙. 5, 主角蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝出場! 廚師控制時間啱啱好, 扇貝熟透之餘肉質鮮甜又嫩滑,同蒜蓉粉絲一同入口,粉絲吸收豉油味,又有蒜蓉香,口感味覺都大滿足!缺點 : 1, 秤海鮮重量,仲用舊式天秤,夠哂復古囉! 而且來料收費不足一斤都計一斤好似有點.....2, 大排檔 Feel 夠哂風味,其中一種風味就係,總係有D污污糟糟,自問D什麼嚴重潔癖人士就免去嚕!3, 滷水鵝腸切得太短,好似食緊碎鵝腸.4, 我絕少食辣,但潮州菜係唯一例外,果碟辣椒油辣度恰到好處唔會辣到死死吓,又重蒜味,但兩合嘅辣油就失色! 毫無蒜香又過辣.5, 燒鱔唔夾自己口味,鱔肉無入口即溶感,我都係欣賞日式燒鱔方式.6, 食扇貝又好,蒸魚又好,香港D餐廳提供嘅玻璃匙羹總係厚一厚,根本𢳂唔到豉油! 台灣就醒喇! 用D薄身金屬匙羹,𢳂豉油不知幾方便,今次兩合直頭匙羹都無俾㖭!7, 裝花生嘅碟,碟面仍然乾淨,但碟底肥立立,洗得唔乾淨!兩合話好又未至於好好,雖然好過文記但問題不少,俾個 okay 吧!食完之後緊係邀吓功啦!"咁大只扇貝我買咗成四舊水㗎! 嗱! 食飯埋單我俾,扇貝AA一人一半!" 我同女友小熊講....幫補吓家用嘛! continue reading
