和朋友5個人,點了滷水鵝頸,椒鹽魷魚,蠔仔粥,炒通菜,冬菜九肚魚,加兩大支啤酒,一共500元不到。重覆一次,是5個菜,還點了啤酒,500元不到。滷水鵝頸滷得入味,椒鹽魷魚鮮炸略嫌油未"索乾",蠔仔粥沒有太多葱和香菜我很喜歡,炒通菜正常發揮,冬菜九肚魚嫰滑鮮香。試了一輪,覺得味道很不錯,鑊氣可以,鮮味猶在。整體味道偏鹹,只是想要你多點兩瓶啤酒。最後見還不到500元有點過意不去,再點了個168的花甲王。味道還是很鮮,偏鹹,花甲肉很肥,很好吃。只是脱肉得有點多,感覺看上去都是吉殼,份量沒有多少,對比小炒的質素和份量較為失色。當然花甲王你新鮮買一斤也得100元,它這裡半斤左右,性價比其實不錯的了。

樓上有以兩間大排檔,上次幫襯文記,質素變差,於是轉去兩合試試.

上到去見到文記無開以為褶埋,原來只係休息.

兩合話來料加工段斤計,每斤$130,不足一斤都計一斤,我地D扇貝計2斤,咁當然係蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝啦!

另外再叫南乳串燒鱔,椒鹽墨魚咀同滷水鵝腸拼墨魚.

優點:

1, 香港大排檔 Feel,放工同朋友落去吹水 Relax 好正地方又闊落.

2, 依家D政府街市嘅熟食中心進步了,有冷氣! 買海鮮來料加工又方便! 樓下就係大大個街巿,不過今次我去咗旺角街市買扇貝,100蚊就有9隻,平過紅磡街市,咁平就買多D買9隻囉!

3, 椒鹽墨魚咀熱到辣咀! 夠哂香脆!

4, 滷水鵝腸同墨魚同樣彈牙.

5, 主角蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝出場! 廚師控制時間啱啱好, 扇貝熟透之餘肉質鮮甜又嫩滑,同蒜蓉粉絲一同入口,粉絲吸收豉油味,又有蒜蓉香,口感味覺都大滿足!

缺點 :

1, 秤海鮮重量,仲用舊式天秤,夠哂復古囉! 而且來料收費不足一斤都計一斤好似有點.....

2, 大排檔 Feel 夠哂風味,其中一種風味就係,總係有D污污糟糟,自問D什麼嚴重潔癖人士就免去嚕!

3, 滷水鵝腸切得太短,好似食緊碎鵝腸.

4, 我絕少食辣,但潮州菜係唯一例外,果碟辣椒油辣度恰到好處唔會辣到死死吓,又重蒜味,但兩合嘅辣油就失色! 毫無蒜香又過辣.

5, 燒鱔唔夾自己口味,鱔肉無入口即溶感,我都係欣賞日式燒鱔方式.

6, 食扇貝又好,蒸魚又好,香港D餐廳提供嘅玻璃匙羹總係厚一厚,根本𢳂唔到豉油! 台灣就醒喇! 用D薄身金屬匙羹,𢳂豉油不知幾方便,今次兩合直頭匙羹都無俾㖭!

7, 裝花生嘅碟,碟面仍然乾淨,但碟底肥立立,洗得唔乾淨!

兩合話好又未至於好好,雖然好過文記但問題不少,俾個 okay 吧!

食完之後緊係邀吓功啦!

"咁大只扇貝我買咗成四舊水㗎! 嗱! 食飯埋單我俾,扇貝AA一人一半!" 我同女友小熊講....

the rest are normal without complaint. except.......




the fries soy sauce shrimps. looks nice when it arrived the table. we trusted their brand 海鮮 seafood resto. and wanna order this shrimps.
$360 for a single dish is not cheap. we expected the shrimps are fresh but turn out a bunch of dead shrimps with meat quality bad, we all CANNOT taste chewy shrimp meat with rebounce texture in mouth.
that means they are NOT FRESH!!!!


we wave their boss to come and tell him the quality bad. he insist the shrimp are swimming and right kill before cook it, well, that is the BIGGEST LIE ever.
he lied right in front of us. fxxk it.


WE WONT COME BACK AGAIN.

朋友介紹呢一個位於紅磡街市二樓熟食中心的大排檔,今天終於試到,真的不錯。先來一個潮州三寶︰花生、菜脯加鹹酸菜,免費贈送的。我們兩個人點了三道菜,分別有潮州鹵水拼盤、鹹魚煎肉餅同埋椒絲腐乳炒通菜。因為兩個人,所以個潮州鹵水拼盤只可以叫個細Size的,否則實食唔晒,入面有紅腸、鹵水蛋、豬耳、豬頭肉、墨魚、生腸仲有鹵水炸豆腐,雖然佢個鹵水又唔係真係好香,不過勝在唔會好鹹,收貨。椒絲腐乳通菜就好難失手嘅,不過呢度嘅份量算大碟,抵食。三椒野食之中以鹹魚煎肉餅最出色,肉餅煎得香煎得透,鹹魚同肉餅的比例都幾好,唔會太鹹,又唔會食唔到鹹魚味,呢個真心推介。

1.生魚皮
生魚皮好抵食70幾蚊一大碟,生魚片其實唔係她多地方有得食,再夾埋蔥絲花生點d 辣豉油一齊食,口感係超爽脆,好有咸鮮味。
2.牛柏葉 配鵝腸
必叫既呢個又係,佢係黑牛柏葉來既又係點 豉油或者醋來食,佢個底係芽菜來 ,搭埋 一齊食又係好爽口, 鵝腸就唔使講, 潮州打冷必叫
3.胡椒蝦
呢個胡椒蝦我都超級推介, 首先將個蝦炸到脆曬,佢係可以連殼一齊食, 我唔知佢用啲咩蝦,但蝦身真係好大隻, 再加埋好惹味嘅黑椒味,食落去好香口又少少辣咁

5月27日約咗前政府部門上司食晚飯,因之前都係食海鮮所以今次呢餐决轉吓口味食小菜,從傳媒得知此食肆嘅小菜有不俗水準,所以就到此用膳,是晚我和靚媽及前上司两夫婦合共4人,共點了五款小菜及一窩蚝仔肉鬆粥,所點小菜包括有,鷄旦焗魚腸,三鮮炆骨髓,白肥鵝腸呢三個現時在一般飯店,甚少供應傳統小菜,再加上涼瓜炒牛肉和通菜炒鮮魷呢兩個尋常百姓家小菜,真係估都估唔到在這五款小菜中,此店做得味道最差嘅竟是呢兩個平凡小菜,唔講得難食但一定唔會係好食個隻,至於個白肥鵝腸及三鮮炆骨髓都有上佳水準,可以講好食,講到全晚最正嘅食品,就一定係個砵鷄旦焗魚腸,直情係可以用好好味呀呢句對日來形容呢樣傳統小菜,若閣下來此店食晚飯,冇點呢款菜就係走寶
