難得食fine dine而且價錢又ok, 我地決定叫4-course + signature dish, 一於試曬佢。

早排睇d 煮食比賽成日見佢地 confit , 好奇究竟係點。confit 油封, 係源自法國的料理技巧, 將食材放入油脂中以慢火烹調, 讓食材的水分和風味被完整保留。

心諗: 點樣可以有禮儀地食呢? 

切落去個下, 腿肉好易同骨分離, 但又唔會淋到一pat 野咁, 都會食到肉ge 質感。入口幾香, 鵪鶉有dd 膻味, 不過唔會接受唔到。伴碟ge hazelnut 好香好食, 仲有d 蘑菇(而家先知原來可以生食), 同松露蛋黃醬, 不過個醬就唔太重松露味。

擺盤已經好吸睛, 店員拎起個蓋之前會問你ready 好影相未, 同想自己拎定佢幫你拎。玻璃蓋入面係蘋果木煙, 一打開好想煙燻味。係煙下係舖滿左魚子醬ge 三文魚(第一次食魚子醬)。旁邊有青蘋果分子料理, 紅菜頭蓉同yogurt。店員建議可以一半就咁食, 一半就點側邊ge 醬。

第一啖: 魚子醬+三文魚。三文魚好淋, 好濃三文魚味 (廢話), 我覺得有d 似出面一片片煙三文魚個隻味但又冇咁喊。不過魚子醬個味就唔太突出, 但整體感覺好和諧, 更鮮味。
第二啖: 就咁食魚子醬。魚子醬有d 似平時食三文魚籽個隻味, 咸咸鮮鮮。我以為會好腥, 但唔會喎。又幾好食。
第三啖: 配紅菜頭蓉。食落幾出個味, 會bling 左一下又唔會俾三文魚遮左個味, 喜歡。
第四啖: 配yogurt。個人覺得口感太cream, 但男朋友就喜歡呢個多d。
第五啖: 配青蘋果分子料理。甜甜地, 幾清新, 但都係中意紅菜頭多d 。

最後仲有 Tea or Coffee, 叫左杯 Mocha +$15, 不過不失, 唔識品啡。
離開時仲見到店員會用熨斗熨直個枱布, 係格調啊。

成餐埋單 $998, 慢慢嘆慢慢食(都唔算好慢, 一道接一道), 食到棒住個肚走(份量比想像中多, 下次可以唔洗食咁多), 可以話係法國菜ge 一個入門版吧。

最後最後, 枝水要 $80, 好貴 lol

生日時朋友訂了這間法國菜,初時想法,法國菜應該不會吃得飽,但吃了這間餐廳後令我改觀。首先每道菜都非常精美 味道也是不錯,然後服務員也非常談笑風生,氣氛很好,每上一道菜都會逐一介紹,而我最喜歡的一道菜是煙熏魚子醬三文魚、薯仔湯及田雞腿,據服務員說三文魚可是他們的招牌菜,而在最後也會介紹自費的芝士,不過我們沒有點,但服務員也是很好的把芝士介紹完,再送上花茶,好像有6款可選,埋單4個人也只是2千多,因我們有點了一瓶餐酒,在這個價錢來說是非常好,性價比超級高,服務質素一流,食物質素也非常好,改變了我對法國菜的想法,絕對是平民高質法國菜,最後我們4個人都是捧着肚離開,店員也送了我們出去搭電梯,下次絕對會再去!

I have been here several times, for normal meals and also special wine pairing events. Wine selection is great as I know its wine consultant / vendor is good. Menu is seasonal with signature dishes. Presentation and taste both well delivered. It’s not over fancy or exaggerating, while you still have the fine dining feel and each dish has its appeal. The chef’s skills show.

蘆筍果凍晶凝通透,特別高級。上層爆珠係經過特別處理嘅橄欖油,下層拖左一下青醬,配上巴約訥火腿同鵪鶉蛋,切開仲要流心架!

Salmon 以 42°C slow cook,上枱後,用蘋果木焗煙燻左1分鐘,第一啖食落去超級軟熟,Salmon 同smoked caviar好perfect match, 呢個slow cook咁滑咁軟,除左係42度慢煮之外,秘訣在於佢地事先用油浸過,口感同味道都好特別😋

🍄Daily Soup-松露雜菌湯
首先有幾粒菇喺碗底,然後再喺面前到想熱辣辣嘅湯,個湯夠晒濃,入口順滑👍🏻

🦀Main- Snow Crab Meat Risotto
啖啖雪蟹肉mix埋意大利飯,配埋d雜菜,完全唔膩😚

🐟Main-Fish of the Day
用日本嘅金目鯛配以龍蝦汁,魚外皮煎得非常鬆脆,魚肉非常滑🧡

Strawberry cake 好fresh,甜左少少,不過不失😋
Chocolate cake 濃郁既朱古力,鍾意食朱古力嘅一定唔可以錯過🧡


總括嚟講每道菜都相當精緻令人驚嘆到底自己係咪真係咁平就食到咁好嘅美食,擺盤一流味道亦佳價錢公道。各方面都令人大滿足的一餐🈵

Excellent presentation too. We came here for my mom's birthday lunch on a Sunday afternoon. 🥳🎉 I booked it just a few days prior after seeing some glowing reviews. Asked the staff for their current menu and about bringing our own bottle of wine.🍷  Everything was in-check 
 They helped me store the birthday cake upon arrival too.

There was 3 courses (HK$288) or 4 courses (HK$318) lunch sets. The extra course was Daily Soup (tomato soup that day). 

First greeted with Amuse Bouche, it was either a Prawn Jelly or Sea Urchin Jelly (if order the Sea Urchin Royale for appetizer). They were both OK but nothing outstanding.  Least favorite from the entire meal, maybe because I'm not a fan of chilled savory jelly.

For appetizers, there were 3 options and it was an easy choice for us to just order different ones to try. 


King Fish Carpaccio 🐟 with salmon roe, citrus salsa and orange reduction sauce was very refreshing 
 It was light and flavorful, easy on every bite. 


Sea Urchin Royale (with an upgrade of extra HK$88) was very umami with miso brioche, salmon roe and fennel foam. It was perfect for uni lovers!

My favorite starter was Kataifi Prawn 🦐 with bell pepper chutney, lemongrass cappuccino and caviar. 
It was crispy and well-balanced with the tasty sauce. Not feeling oily at all.

Their Tomato soup with bacon bites was very delicious. Not too thick or acidic with just the right amount of seasoning. The staff brought out a gigantic pepper grinder too for additional flavoring!

All of us added their Signature Dish (HK$ 188)  which was 42 Degrees Fresh Smoked Salmon with smoked caviar, apple and horseradish pearls, yogurt and beetroot puree. It was quite theatrical to watch!

For mains, we ordered Suckling Pig 🐖with pork croquette, green apple puree and mustard cream sauce, USDA Beef Short Rib🥩 with baked cauliflower, black garlic puree and seasonal vegetables and Fish of the Day 🐟. 

The skin of the Amadai fish and Suckling Pig were very crispy and cooked to perfection together with the delightful sauce.
We cleared  both places very quickly. The Beef Short Ribs were tender and juicy with a stronger and thicker sauce.

Then came desserts to conclude our big meal, which was chocolate cake and vanilla meringue tart. Their desserts were mediocre. A little bland. Could be improved! 

There was also tea and coffee with the lunch set. We were too full that we couldn't even eat the birthday cake 🎂 and brought it home instead.

All of the dishes looked spectacular
Very fine-dining sort of plating. Good portion size as well. 

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very polite with attentive to serving their customers. They also waived our corkage fee for ordering a bottle of water, which was agreed previously. Thank you!!

Overall, a lovely experience for semi-fine dining at an excellent value! Could work on their amuse bouche and desserts. Worth to try for sure 
 Will come back!

這是餐廳招牌菜⭐️,上菜時用玻璃蓋蓋住煙燻1分鐘,之後侍應慢慢打開蓋。煙燻香味隨即撲鼻而來,亦好有視覺效果。

三文魚味道偏淡食出本身鮮味,配上面鋪滿的魚子醬,味道剛剛好👍🏻碟邊粒啫喱是蘋果分子料理做的醬汁,可醮魚吃。

精緻法式私房菜.除了上碟精緻外..味道也對辦..從未吃過咁鬆化嘅牛角包..忍不住要encore😆.貌似蘿蔔絲酥餅嘅田雞腿..原來切開入口好嫩滑美味😋..最欣賞佢用嚟裝蠔湯嘅 container..是蠔的外形..蠔湯亦鮮甜且不帶半點腥味👍🏼
