偶爾發掘到一間位於灣仔的fine dining餐廳,食物質素很有驚喜喔

💭第一道前菜:松露鵝肝千層酥
酥餅內餡是有蘑菇粒的鵝肝醬,食起來很creamy 有些蘑菇增加口感。表面有黑松露磨片,有淡淡的菌菇香味。整件千層酥吃起來鵝肝味濃厚,但一點也不膩!碟邊有朱古力醬及朱古力粉,但個人覺得不太喜歡又鹹又甜的感覺。

可能是前菜比較驚艷,主菜就顯得有點失色,沒有驚艷的味道,不過不失。

不過不失啦

果日係慶祝生日,所以餐廳都特別為我哋喺甜品上面加咗Happy birthday祝福字眼


欣賞呢間餐廳環境比較清幽,部份枱係近大玻璃窗旁邊,可以清晰望到街景。而當日我哋上到去只有兩台客,有柔和嘅燭光,成個環境氣氛唔錯,好有食法國菜慢慢享受嘅感覺


另外每上一道菜待應都會講解食材同埋食法,非常細心
問過餐廳職員呢度嘅Menu會定期更新/加新菜式,都感受到呢間餐廳係用心去經營!
