📍灣仔Les Saveurs 2018年曾經幫襯過,當時佢哋店喺灣仔告士打道海旁,望到維港無敵大海景,而家搬咗新舖,地方大咗,座位多咗,採光度充足,裝修明亮簡潔,反而更加舒服👍主廚Eric曾經喺法國藍帶學院畢業,廚藝精湛今日試咗佢哋嘅set lunch menu, 一共四道菜頭盤先嚟一份劍魚和吞拿魚他他,賣相精美;劍魚同吞拿魚口感新鮮,非常開胃然後soup of the day, 有特濃蘑菇湯 - 熱辣辣香噴噴, 十分好飲主菜有四款選擇,我同朋友分別揀咗M5和牛同埋雞肉,兩款都好美味,尤其是份和牛 - 鮮嫩多汁,再加上淋上去嘅牛肉汁,大愛🥰之後我哋再加多份signature dish - 42度煙燻三文魚,上面鋪滿魚子醬,旁邊加上分子醬汁,果然係鎮店之寶😋而到最後甜品亦都唔馬虎,我哋分別揀咗椰子雪糕拼芒果慕絲同埋朱古力撻;全部都係廚師親手製造,感覺完美

我們一行三人,點了三個晚餐套餐,頭盤來了西班牙黑毛豬火腿乾,油分高而香,配上一瓶法國2016年紅酒,絕對是絕配,然後來了自家麵包配冷凍牛油,包又軟又有咬口,牛油就淡而香,好好味,再來一口三文魚子穌,頭盤還未完,之後來份煙熏三文魚,朋友點了鱘魚子帶子,鮮味超出,頭盤完送來柚子雪杷,好清新,之後來牛扒、友人點日本慢煮豬和魚,也是高水準的主菜,之後加了芝士拼盤,六款芝士,芝士控不能錯過,之後點品就蛋布甸和朱古力,蛋會較特別,然後點了餐茶,整個晚餐完美結束

如大部分私房菜一樣,到訪前需要預先選擇食物。Lunch Menu 有三道菜及四道菜可選,亦可加點Signature Dish 及Cheese Plater。餐前有麪包小食餐湯薯仔湯非常美味😋睇食評見好多人推介Signature Dish 🐟42°C Fresh Smoked Salmon,品嚐後確實是一道很優秀的菜式👍🏽 三文魚以蘋果木煙燻,打開時仙氣滿滿,非常ig-able❤️ 三文魚配以魚子,味道十分匹配😋 主菜方面,慢煮牛肉肉質很細嫩同行朋友點了豬腩肉,坐在旁邊都聽到脆皮咬開時索索聲,十分香脆🤣 整體而言,餐廳環境不錯,採光度十足,食物精緻並非常美味,值得再次到訪。唯一的美中不足,是餐廳食材準備得不夠周詳。午飯尾聲點餐飲時,同行3位朋友分別點了檸水及檸茶,店員端上一杯檸茶後,告知已沒有檸檬,其他人需選擇其他飲品。檸檬是廚房裏很基本的食材,而大廈旁邊也有駱克道街市及超市,臨時要檸檬也不會很難。雖然只是小事,卻令我對此餐廳扣了少許分數。

果日係慶祝生日,所以餐廳都特別為我哋喺甜品上面加咗Happy birthday祝福字眼


欣賞呢間餐廳環境比較清幽,部份枱係近大玻璃窗旁邊,可以清晰望到街景。而當日我哋上到去只有兩台客,有柔和嘅燭光,成個環境氣氛唔錯,好有食法國菜慢慢享受嘅感覺


另外每上一道菜待應都會講解食材同埋食法,非常細心
問過餐廳職員呢度嘅Menu會定期更新/加新菜式,都感受到呢間餐廳係用心去經營!


希望大家都支持下小店啦,宜家經濟唔好,都希望小店可以持續有人去幫襯吓令到飲食業繼續百花齊放
