貌似蘿蔔絲嘅酥炸田雞腿,咬落好嫩滑,外脆內軟,重點推薦‼️

🦐 Appetizer- Aburi Spot Shrimp
牡丹蝦煎到香脆,配左d caviar,蝦肉略嫌太熟, 要額外加$88就不太值🥺

🐟Signature Dish- 42°C Fresh Smoke Salmon
Salmon 以 42°C slow cook,上枱後,用蘋果木焗煙燻左1分鐘,第一啖食落去超級軟熟,Salmon 同smoked caviar好perfect match, 呢個slow cook咁滑咁軟,除左係42度慢煮之外,秘訣在於佢地事先用油浸過,口感同味道都好特別😋

🍄Daily Soup-松露雜菌湯
首先有幾粒菇喺碗底,然後再喺面前到想熱辣辣嘅湯,個湯夠晒濃,入口順滑👍🏻

🦀Main- Snow Crab Meat Risotto
啖啖雪蟹肉mix埋意大利飯,配埋d雜菜,完全唔膩😚

🐟Main-Fish of the Day
用日本嘅金目鯛配以龍蝦汁,魚外皮煎得非常鬆脆,魚肉非常滑🧡

🍰Daily Dessert
Strawberry cake 好fresh,甜左少少,不過不失😋
Chocolate cake 濃郁既朱古力,鍾意食朱古力嘅一定唔可以錯過🧡


總括嚟講每道菜都相當精緻令人驚嘆到底自己係咪真係咁平就食到咁好嘅美食,擺盤一流味道亦佳價錢公道。各方面都令人大滿足的一餐🈵
