今日係寶琳上完堂之後 係附近見到間麻辣雞煲烤魚 於是乎入去試一試一入到去已經聞到好勁既麻香味 餐廳環境寬敞 一坐低就叫左一個半隻雞煲、麻辣燒生蠔、匙仁、雙拼丸同寬粉重慶雞煲佢地個雞煲醬好出色,唔會一味死辣,可以食到其他唔同既味道,雞肉亦都無被辣醬遮蓋左個鮮雞味,口感嫩滑,值得一讚麻辣燒生蠔肥美既生蠔上面鋪滿燒過既蒜蓉,再配上麻辣汁,食落好惹味匙仁匙仁係牛肩胛骨上方既嫩肉,成隻牛切出黎得好少,咁特別既部位一定要叫黎試下。碌熟食落口嫩滑得黎又有少少爽口,口感好特別,未試過既朋友仔可以見一碟黎試下寬粉、雙拼丸寬粉真係粉如其名,夠哂寬,碌完之後仲要再寬啲。由於都屬於薯粉類,食落口非常煙靭,再配埋個雙拼丸,真係要捧住個肚走

紀念日同老公去食,揀呢間係因為我哋鍾意食酸菜魚同埋串燒,又唔想專登去深圳食,所以見屋企附近呢間食評又唔錯,就滿心期待嚟食喇。QR code落單,登記會員送一隻燒蠔。點咗酸菜海鱸魚,之後搵極都搵唔到串燒嗰part。問侍應先至話串燒停咗,燒蠔亦都冇供應!「昆」咗我登記會員,冇燒蠔都算,本身專登嚟就係想食串燒,入座時侍應又唔講話冇🙄勁掃興😑冇計啦,手快快酸菜魚落咗單,唯有食完嗱嗱臨走。條魚都幾「嚡」同埋有雪藏味。

聽朋友講,呢度嘅雞煲好好食,果然名不虛傳。雞肉非常嫩滑,而且非常入味,個汁真係超級好食,非常惹味、香辣,鍾意食雞煲嘅人千祈唔可以錯過!雞煲入面有好多蒜頭,啲蒜頭煮到好粉,撈埋啲汁食真係無敵,大大話話起碼有十幾廿粒我哋全部清曬!加咗碟肥牛、豬肉片同埋百頁豆腐。肥牛都唔錯,百幾蚊算抵食。個人鍾意豬肉片多啲,豬味比較出,必點嘅應該係百葉豆腐,因為可以索曬雞煲啲汁,好鬼正!最後想讚下啲服務,有兩個女侍應見到有警察嚟抄牌,即刻提我哋揸走架車!
