To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日想吃越南菜式,知道永吉街開左一間新嘅越南餐廳,所以就約埋朋友一齊去試下一入到去,見到餐廳嘅裝修都好有心思,以簡約嘅風格配埋牆上幾幅好似係以越南街道為風格嘅油畫,簡約得黎都吾會冇左格調我簡簡單單點左一碗雞絲扎肉湯粉,一客蒜蓉包再加一杯越式檸檬茶之前我食過一啲越南餐廳,佢地嘅湯底都落左重味精。我對味精就較為敏感,食完啲重味精嘅食物之後,好多時都會好口喝同頭疼但今次呢間嘅湯底就應該無落味精因為食完之後感覺個湯清清地,幾鮮味但又吾會太咸,而且食完之後都吾會有口喝想大量飲水嘅感覺。侍應姨姨話蒜蓉包係即叫即整所以叫我試下;蒜容包俾我嘅感覺好脆,熱辣辣咁,幾好食,値得推薦杯越式檸檬茶,茶味都幾香濃,杯內有幾片青檸檬片,都幾有越南特色侍應姨姨們嘅態度都好親切,主動幫我追單感覺真係吾錯値得再去試下其他菜式

我簡簡單單點左一碗雞絲扎肉湯粉,一客蒜蓉包再加一杯越式檸檬茶


之前我食過一啲越南餐廳,佢地嘅湯底都落左重味精。我對味精就較為敏感,食完啲重味精嘅食物之後,好多時都會好口喝同頭疼
但今次呢間嘅湯底就應該無落味精
因為食完之後感覺個湯清清地,幾鮮味但又吾會太咸,而且食完之後都吾會有口喝想大量飲水嘅感覺。

侍應姨姨話蒜蓉包係即叫即整所以叫我試下;蒜容包俾我嘅感覺好脆,熱辣辣咁,幾好食,値得推薦


杯越式檸檬茶,茶味都幾香濃,杯內有幾片青檸檬片,都幾有越南特色


侍應姨姨們嘅態度都好親切,主動幫我追單
感覺真係吾錯
値得再去試下其他菜式

係呢頭返工返左咁耐日子,好明白係永吉街開食肆實在唔容易,雖然午間時段全店滿座仲要大排長龍,但晚市的確唔容易捱!但必須要強調,生意難做還難做,食物味道還味道,絕對是兩回事!如果因為成本關係,要犧牲食物味道,是不能接受的!!!今次冇影食物相,因為食物味道普通到一個點,接近難食嘅邊緣!先講頭盤嘅青木瓜沙律,其實係一味泰式沙律,竟然係標榜越式的小店「小河內」出現,真係笑大人個口!越式沙律應該係「牙車快」,唔係用青木瓜做底,而係用白椰菜到底。Any肥,呢個錯配嘅沙律要有嘅材料全部齊全:青木瓜絲、青瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、花生碎,全部都有,但一啲都唔爽脆而且帶韌,就算食材本來幾咁新鮮,依家口感上都好似變成唔夠新鮮的感覺了!點解嘅?點解嘅?會唔會係一早做定呢?就算係,都係無可厚非嘅 ... ... 但唔通一早落埋青檸魚露汁呢?咁樣會造成蔬菜脫水變韌喎!同時,沙律上枱時處於室溫,而沒有半點chill的感覺,是很失敗的!!!然後到香茅燒雞撈檬。逐個詞語解說返,首先係香茅 ... 香茅味一啲都唔香!然後呢燒雞,雞肉口感好鬆散腍到一個點,完全沒有咬口,可能雪藏雞,落醃料就煮熟,唔似用心處理過!最後係檬粉,口感死死實

其餘嘅食物,我已經完全無晒心機會去試第二次。真係要講一句:拜拜你條尾!最後嘅最後嘅最後,講到服務,幾位大媽侍應嘅服務水平真係麻木到一個點 ... ... 你哋咁唔願意做,不如唔好做,轉工把啦,塊面黑到咁為乜啫?

同事介紹,因為可以訂座同班同事一齊舒舒服服食個簡單既午餐。樓下裝飾得好靚,樓上雖然零裝修,但食得舒適。可能大家都食慣另一間,覺得呢間味道較淡(我都覺得味道係爭少少)。我揀左青木瓜沙律,味道真係欠奉,雖然個撈檬加左汁都少少淡,但我既香茅燒雞入口香脆,所以配少少淡既撈檬係okay 既。 另外我想讚個$10 lime&soda, 味道剛剛好!另外,同事話呢間生牛肉湯河最好食(比另一間),所以我相信環境+友善既服務+快迅上菜會令我想再黎試埋個生牛肉既!

早前經過永吉街,才發現有這新店。看了午餐餐牌挺吸引的,今天和朋友去試試。午餐包括前菜、主食和罐裝汽水,盛惠$62。前菜可選越式沙律或牛油雞翼。我選了雞翼。雞翼的皮非常鬆脆,雖然牛油味不太濃,但雞翼肉質挺嫩滑,味道可口。主菜我選擇了生牛肉湯河。上桌的時候,薄切牛肉真的是有點生 再浸一會湯,就剛剛熟了,不會太韌 河粉是較幼身的河粉,挺薄的,也很滑。值得一讚的是這湯粉不會太肥膩,湯面不會泛油。湯面放了香葉,湯裡還有洋蔥、芽菜、蔥等配料,洋蔥浸熟了一點,吃起來有點甜 好吃。侍應也很勤快,我吃完雞翼,我的主菜還沒有來(同伴的已經上了),侍應問我要的是甚麼,幫我跟單。
