第一次食豬鞍,本身想試下龍蝦,但已經食了不少海鮮,就試下其他,就叫了這家店舖的招牌菜「西班牙豬鞍」。
西班牙豬鞍位於豬的頸部和肩部之間,估不到那麼豐富多汁。外皮經過7成熟烹烤,非常酥脆,同時不會油膩,亦保持到肉質的嫩滑和味道的豐富,搭配獨特香橙醬汁,增添了不少風味。

杯果汁仲過份,呢啲西餐廳不嬲都用現成果汁我知啦,現成果汁都可以無我真係呆左,最尾焗住叫蘋果汁
個招牌都寫到明龍蝦即係主打賣龍蝦啦 但係主打都唔好食 可唔可以反省下,同埋唔好成日行埋黎吹水加問好唔好食,唔通我講唔好食咩 自己觀察下啦,雖然我都大鄉里出城好少食西餐,但係好唔好食我都分得出唔會因為你扮走中高檔路線就盲誇你好食(真中高檔路線侍應唔會著到件衫好似對面街酒吧咁露曬肚又噴多多香水)
