ia m a student from happy valley. today i order the food for lunch time. and we ask them to send the food to us at 12:30 but they send to us at about 12:50. i think i really can't accept that and because of the wrong amount of the money, we telephone to the resturant , the 老闆娘scolded at us and also say some rude word to us.. so i would never go there again.. the 老闆娘is so imploite and uneduated ......so if u want good services, please never go there..... there will only provide you the worst ser

Rude owner at times. There are other times when she's funny and nice. Never know when she will explode! That is why I decide to order delivery instead of eating there. I can't resist the 炸兩because it's the best in Happy Valley! Other stuff...congee & noodle, not too special.

You got it - probably the rudest restaurant owner that i have came across!! Perhaps she's just too frustrated having to be stuck in her tiny restaurant which is always full-house and while she never gets a chance to get off work and de-stress....The noodles are pretty good, so as other stuff in the menu (the "cheung fun" shld be good, but i have not tried it yet cus it's always sold out or i go there too late!).be sure to bring a ear plug to this restaurant !

All the reviews are correct - the female owner is the rudest and most impolite person I have ever encountered in a restaurant. She yells at her own employees, she yells at customers, she talks to herself to voice displeases...I still go there every week though. Why? Because the food is very good. Most reviews already mentioned 炸兩and yes it's a must-try. I especially like its egg noodles (which nobody has mentioned?). It's chewy with great texture and tastes really good.I don't like most of

係去過食嘅人心目中, 最有印象可能真係老闆娘! 幾年前第一次去真係差少少俾佢嚇窒! 寸爆!! 但係.......熟咗後, 有講有笑, 佢都唔係咁差啦! 我係跑馬地住都同佢成日碰到面. 同佢熟D就自然覺得易相處. 佢老公文靜D.唔好講佢, 講吓食...不得不提佢嘅炸兩!! 真係好得! 其他食物都幾好. 炸鯪魚球都不錯. 呢間未必係山長水遠都要去試嘅食肆, 但係如果去開跑馬地, 或者可以試吓!

嘩，乜原來阿老闆娘咁出名，可惜我去之前，無上黎睇下食評先，結果俾佢激到一肚氣！琴日同男友去蓮園食晏，因為我事先已經食左野，去到真係食唔落，本來諗住去到嗌杯野飲下，點知餐牌又無寫野飲，結果就叫男友order左佢食o既套飯先，諗住自己再慢慢睇下有咩叫。其實自己都知齋坐唔好意思，已經好considerate咁，諗住再叫d小食呀、飲品呀咁。點知男友個套飯一到，我仲未有心水再嗌d乜，阿老闆娘開始黎料！佢先問：d野係咪到齊？我答：到齊喇佢竟然用行動俾面色我睇，好粗暴咁收晒檯面上我地無用過的碗碟筷子，連我面前張餐單（亦即墊檯紙）收埋！我當時仲睇緊有咩好食架！嘩，真係火都黎埋我男友講左句：喂，睇緊架佢先放返低張墊檯紙俾我查實張墊檯紙已經沾濕左，佢無可能再俾第二個客用，佢擺明睇面色我睇當時我已經叫唔落，只係想鬧佢我見下面有食評話，老闆娘好有趣係，我都見佢對隔離檯好好唔知同阿離檯係兩位後生高大的男士有關，定係同佢兩位嗌得比較多野食有關，佢對呢檯男士真係既客氣又風趣真係想鬧多一次！咁o既服務態度，d野有幾好食都無用啦！

個老板娘，　唔洗講啦，又話係咩明星成日去，應該見過下大場面，學到啲教養架啦，冇架，你諗都唔洗諗地方細少，個感覺坐得好唔舒服，啲野食，　真係好麻麻囉，食左個粥，食完感覺係不如去海皇．．．．．記得好耐之前雜誌介紹過紅荳糕．．．．想叫，又話冇既．．．．．吹漲

上星期經朋友介紹下去左.....佢d煲仔飯係幾好味...但係好味同受氣要我揀..我會揀唔再去！以下是老闆娘的其中兩個對答:1. 問: 有d咩菜! 答: 又咪個d菜 問: 咁要通菜啦 答: 冇通菜喎..........2. Order左梅菜滑雞飯..最後黎左梅菜肉片飯 問: 我叫梅菜滑雞飯呀 答: 冇雞喎....要雞就自己去街市買.....其他既好多評語裏面都有架啦.....你唔信既可以去睇下既....不過都係個句..一個人話你你未必有問題...個個都咁話佢就一定有問題!!佢d野唔係好食到要你受氣都去食個隻囉...我又唔會食到嘩嘩個隻呀....

個老板娘原全無受個教育.....一d禮貌都無!! 食物幾好味都無用,簡直趕客, 不知所謂!!! 一定無下次.....

上星期五第一次幫襯蓮園, 果個惡死老闆娘簡直係趕客, 心諗我一定post上來鬧衰佢, 點知原來佢咁出名。當日我11點零入去, 一坐低佢就不耐煩問左幾次食咩, 我問係咪有套餐, 佢大大聲指住張menu："呢度咪寫住law！"我呆一呆, 唔係化！咩態度？！即時還拖："喂, 唔該你喎！問聲都得掛！" 之前係度死催爛催, 我問一句都咁冇禮貌, 問多句可能唔做我生意添呀！。跟住個老闆娘全程口黑面黑眼啤啤。我唔需要佢唔該前多謝後, 但最起碼唔好喝人囉！仲有最衰係d o野又唔見得特別好味, $30碗牛筋米, 鬼咁細碗, d汁又"杰"到漿糊咁; 排骨蒸飯d排骨真係好骨, 飯又太濕........總之.......冇下次.........

The boss is quite funny, she will discuss the horse racing tips with customers.. may be she likes to gamble? actually she wanted to act like close friends with the customers, that's why she talked so loud and without thinking if she is talking to customers or not ...

晚上九點幾唔想吃得太飽，便來這裡吃水餃麵。水餃做得錯，幾大粒，Ｄ蝦又爽口。好味道。再叫雷沙湯丸同芝麻糊，兩樣都好好味噃！這對我而言是一個難忘的晚餐！

作為一個消費者又好，或者是好吃人士又好！我真的很想在這裡發表一下．　　因為家住跑馬地，有地利之便，故此已不是第一次到蓮園吃飯．之前去了一次．今天是第二次惠顧．也“非常盼望”是最後一次．　　這間店子，地方不算大，約可容納十多二十人．食物味道尚算不錯，但不算特別好吃．價錢一般，不算太貴，也不便宜．正如其他網友所言此店有兩樣東西相當出名！　　其一是"炸兩"，質量不錯，皮滑，油炸鬼也很脆．另一樣不可不談的是此店的老板娘，她個子胖胖的，臉上永遠架著四十五度下垂粗框眼鏡，在店內她永遠是聲音最響亮的一個，別試圖挑戰她．也別試圖"想"挑戰她．因為挑不得．我曾親眼目睹有客人慘敗於她手下．另外她的咀巴也是鎮店一絕，倘若有員工手腳慢一丁點，或是有人客稍為嗺促，她便會施展成名絕學，給你來一個"點心全體大會"．什麼蝦餃，燒賣，蛋散，粉皮，油雞，鹵味全部一次送上．你說多精彩，好痛快呢！　　另外，光顧此店必須注意下列各點：1.不要問為什麼，因為店主喜歡什麼就什麼．"你究竟黎食野定問野?"2.不要選擇座位位置，因為不到你選，尤其是一個人去．“得一個人黎食，仲左揀右揀，唔好食啦！”3.不要更改或意徒更改菜牌上的任何菜式

THe lady boss at this Lotus restaurant is very impoliet and un-educated, I saw her shouting her workers very loud in front of all the customers. Don't think is worth to go there. Food is average, even though the food is great, you don't like to face this kind of people when you're dinning.Don't go there!
