Bookmarked咗呢間田園風法式餐廳好耐今次朋友生日終於有得試餐廳環境裝修⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️不過食物覺得有點overrated,set dinner除了signature的黃油烤雞,其他的菜式都不是很特別呢個價錢的法餐絕對有更好的選擇。不過如果想搵個安靜環境舒服嘅餐廳慶祝特別日子都可以試一次 !Louise嘅環境相對比較casual & chill,無咁熱嘅時候仲可以坐室外黃油雞飯其他的菜式就略顯普通

,雨天早到唔會有位坐之外,晚餐中途其實仲有一段小插曲反映出服務生如何不一視同仁:話說細佬收到嘅訂座確認短訊中清楚注明服裝要求為「Ladies : Elegant ''Smart Causal'' attire is suggested.  Refrain from wearing beach shorts, beach sandals and sportswear. Gentleman: Elegant ''Smart Causal’' attire is suggested. Refrain from wearing beach shorts, beach sandals, open toed shoes, sleeveless shirts and sportswear.」,真係估唔到隔離枱正正就有兩位身穿短褲及波鞋嘅男食客用餐,明顯不符合上述嘅服裝要求!講真好難斷定是否接待員失職,定係兩位VIP有特權,不過飯後問及外籍經理時,佢就話明白當中嘅矛盾,要了解過事件後方才能作出解釋;執著嘅長輩刻意留下卡片等待回覆,可惜事隔咗兩個多星期,至今仍未有人聯絡跟進,似乎有欠專業

Steamed line caught meager, a large fish that's similar in look and texture to wild sea bass. Grenobloise (butter and lemon) sabayon and confit French potatoes (cooked slowly at a low temperature in oil) on the side. Meat tasted mild, delicate and firm in texture. Visited Louise a while ago for my friend’s birthday. Nothing really special. Beef tartare is soso. And the pate was really disappointing. The duck was the best among all the dishes. 限聚解封前嘅一餐都好輕鬆book到一樓室外嘅位置再加上當日有少少雨涼浸浸更加舒適店員服務到位,笑容親切沒有硬搭訕又冇不瞅不睬自在Sourdough bread加french butter w/ sourcream n pumpkin seeds 前菜都係清新為主花了心思,前菜個white asparagus 比主菜更有驚喜主菜個魚細份咗少少但個pigeon breast係ok嘅最估唔到嘅係甜品係大份過個main整體而言都會再試下次約多幾個朋友再食賣招牌菜
