星期六晚友人介紹左一間環境清靜,好舒適嘅環境食飯,一入去見到燈光暗暗地,感覺好有格調及懷舊,座位舒服,絕對係傾計談心好去處。食物方面,先嚟幾個前菜,最鍾意食係香草芝士焗蠔同蟹粉蟹籽一口酥,因為本人係蠔同芝士控,加上個味道烹調得恰到好處,好味,而蟹粉蟹籽一口酥,不但香脆,伴隨著蟹粉蟹籽,更覺有層次。另外黑松露野菌湯更加有驚喜,味道不但夠濃,配上大量磨菇,令人想一飲再飲。最後主菜揀左牛肝菌烤羊架,羊架烤得剛剛好,不會太生,又不會太老,肉質嫩滑,又保留到牛肝菌本身味道,抵讚。而配菜有薯仔蕃茄仔,法豆,燒蒜,睇得出個廚師好有心思。食完這個其實已經好飽,之後再食埋個甜品西米奶凍配芒果雪糕,真係好滿足。客人食飯最緊要食得開心,滿足,這間食物質素吾錯,下次我都會再來幫襯。
