7. 新西蘭羊仔架 - 用料上乘,比City Super的還要靚,沒有肥肉,肉質嫩滑及有鮮味,有羊肉的美味,不會太過蘚,燒得好靚!這個主要食肉的美味及質素,香料方面不是特別怎麼秘製。

8. 和牛串 - 用料上乘,肉質細嫩,燒烤的技巧很高,美味得很。

9. 燒魔鬼魚乾 - 味道很好,只係好似甜左少少

10. 燒雞泡魚干 - 味道很好,只係好似甜左少少同埋硬左少少

11. 蜜糖雞翼 - 雞中翼的size細咗啲,味道一般

12. 腐乳雞翼 - 雞中翼的size細咗啲,味道一般

13. 蘿蔔牛腩湯米線 - 啲蘿蔔牛腩好味過九記牛腩好多,無論味道及用料方面都很出色,係呢度最好食嘅菜式!!湯米線份量亦都很大,只是湯米線的湯太深色及味道不太出色。

14. 蜜汁白鱔炒飯 - 蜜汁燒白鱔好好味,炒飯雖幾好味但係偏甜。伴有碗仔翅,太杰!

15. 和牛炒飯 - 和還是燒至半生熟才最好食。伴有碗仔翅,太杰!

16. 章魚雞粒蒸飯 - ok

17. 甜品 - 老爺香芒班cake卷 (唔得),食到麵粉的粉粒,皮太厚。

18. 老爺燕窩流沙煎堆 - 燕窩用在這個菜色有啲多餘,因為唔係太夾,如果未食過「裕滿人家」的奶黃煎堆,都可能以為呢個OK。

由於三位朋友都覺得一壺中國茶要80至$120太貴,所以我們淨飲滾水。

整體而言,每位$310在星期五由下午六時半食到9:45,真係算係待客如賓,點心質素比一般酒樓好很多,服務又好,份量有足夠,裝修又有格調,座位又夠寬闊,食物是新鮮做的夠熱,餐具精美,蘿蔔牛腩是靈魂!

原本想吃旁边的越南菜,但是春节假期后第一天依然没有营业,就随便选了街角第一家,没想到有意外惊喜!先上来的鸡汤就很美味,所以对后面的菜更是期待!但是真的是等了很久,邻桌的dimsum都已经上了,我们的饭还没有好。。加上等位时间,大概总共等了半小时,终于好了!我只想说这个味道值得等!鸡爪的味道太好了,是我最喜欢的港式味道!排骨也特别好吃!最最关键是还有一点菜心!送了一个dimsum,这个我觉得味道一般,下次可以尝尝其他的味道。去皮西红柿也还不错,甜甜的。是处理过的。

We've walked passed LoYe a couple of times and thought it was just a cheap dimsum option and never went upstairs (their main dining area). One day we finally decided to check it out and it was nothing like we expected (in a good way!). The draft beers (think it was german) were crisp & fresh and probably the best beers we've had with chinese food in awhile. It was a nice afternoon dim sum / drinks type of place overall.

大節日同致愛灣仔飲茶,又想食新派點心,二話不說,齊話去老爺先講格局,要中西文化交流感覺,店舗裝飾係叫人一絕,相信老爺花下不少心機,門外復古鐵閘,精緻點心架,獨特茶壼,懷舊碗碟,另有一番風味。我只講一個點心,老爺紫薯流沙包,包外有老爺鬍子,很可愛,一口咬落盡享上等麵粉,夠鬆軟,口感好,紫薯流沙薯味濃烈,不太甜,感覺紫薯與麵包特別夾,越食越開胃,同奶皇流沙包完全不同,百食不厭。我剩係這點心,已能食到老爺嘅要求甚高。真係值得一試。

我只講一個點心,老爺紫薯流沙包,包外有老爺鬍子,很可愛,一口咬落盡享上等麵粉,夠鬆軟,口感好,紫薯流沙薯味濃烈,不太甜,感覺紫薯與麵包特別夾,越食越開胃,同奶皇流沙包完全不同,百食不厭。

我剩係這點心,已能食到老爺嘅要求甚高。

真係值得一試。

同事早喺一個星期前相約去呢間 老爺點心 ,見到新假期都介紹,所以更加期待。餐廳裝修特別,係舊香港嘅感覺,睇得出老闆嘅用心。特別嘅裝修當然要配襯精緻嘅美食,呢間餐廳嘅食物就係出名造型特別,好彩食物質素味道都配得上!我地5個女仔嗌咗3個午餐同3個小食,份量岩岩好。黑蒜肉餅飯 同 臘腸蒸雞飯 係屬於穩陣派食物,多數煮熟晒就唔會出事。老爺風味雞飯 啲雞記得點風味醬,否則同平常貴妃雞無分別架!我想講嘅係佢壺湯~ 好特另嘅盛器,食到一半先記得飲,仲能 keep 到暖意。湯當然唔係味精湯,平時無乜湯水嘅朋可以飲多啲。飲得出佢唔係貪快用壓力煲煲,啲味唔會太濃太膠。黑白芝心蝦多士 係黑芝麻白芝麻面嘅多士,內裡係蝦膠及芝士。熱辣辣食就食到芝士溶溶地嘅口感,但有芝士拉絲效果!蘿蔔糕脆脆 就相對比較普通,可能細細粒加上啲餡料都切到好細,食落無乜口感,加埋面嗰層,佢只係一個脆面嘅粉頭。壓軸出場嘅係 炭裏香。呢個真係要相機食先,美觀指數爆燈。佢除咗個盤,所有野都食得。蘿蔔係甘荀味咸水角,啲泥土係用食用炭包住嘅排骨,個底係炸米粉脆脆。

Our first visit with our visitors. It was a nice experience...food was delicious; with a nice touch on the food presentation. Milk tea was excellent (I'm particular on this point) and ambience was relaxing (until a big loud crowd came in). Will be back!!

真正令在下一改「服務對象是遊客或外籍人仕」印象,還數那杯奶茶,確實是港式奶茶,茶味濃,入口滑,如真要挑剔,大概就只是杯身大剌剌印上了「金茶王」三字,稍嫌落了說得太白的俗套。店員奉上時,滿有信心說,我們飲過必然再多點一杯。只是當日早前已喝了兩杯咖啡,免太刺激,還是忍住了。

一提:店內除了二人、四人方桌之外,亦有卡位,但最有趣是竟有一排面壁吧檯式座位,一個人,獨自來個一盅兩件,似乎頗合適。

中菜館播住聖誕歌,已經好有fusion感午餐選擇都唔少,不過我們遲來了葱油雞已經賣晒叫咗個黑蒜蒸肉餅午餐介紹下佢製作有幾用心同精緻黑蒜蒸肉餅lunch set老火湯好香甜,完全唔係味精味!好好飲呀!仲有橙同不粒燒賣幾健康,而且light啲,罪疚感沒太重肉餅面頭有幾粒黑蒜碎,甜甜哋肉餅鹹度適中,不過我就喜歡加啲甜豉油落肉餅同白飯一齊食下次會再返嚟!店員仲送咗$30優惠券,不過3點後先可以用睇下有冇機會來食晚飯啦~

今天同屋企人來到老爺點心食野,當然叫了我次次都要食的叉燒包,來到的時候原來都比其他酒家的大一點,甜甜的,很鬆軟,之後喝了一種茶,是我第一次喝的,一般的酒樓都沒有這一個選擇,這個茶店員介紹叫碧螺春,真的很好飲,入口很清,而且沒有一般茶葉的那一種苦溼味,應該是上等的茶,而且用的那個杯子很特別,像是水上人的帽子設計,之後有一種深刻印象的叫頭獎包,外形是小龍包的大少,這一款包的外觀像一個紳士的設計,不知吃了是否真的會中頭獎呢,但貪佢個名好意頭,味道也不錯!還未試過這店的串燒,下次要約埋朋友再來食好西.

剛開業時,我跟朋友去過食點心。當晚去找回這間餐廳,找來找去都不見。原來門口已轉了新裝修,害了我們來回找幾趟。裡面裝修看得出花很大心機去設計,充滿懷舊色彩,獨一無二。坐位很闊落,不會感焗促,三五知己談天說地的好地方。當晚諗住來嘆靚茶跟食點心。但見到佢地推出任食燒烤跟另加$可以任飲。我地都好有興趣嘗試。任食燒烤,每人先黎一隻大蝦及扇貝。大大粒扇貝,非常甜美,而且配合埋自家醬料,鮮味更突出好食。當落單叫燒大蝦,無諗到隻蝦,係超級大隻,肉質結實,淡淡肉;非常香同好味,記得唔好掛住傾計,趁熱先好食;好想叫多幾隻食;可惜超級大蝦同大大粒扇貝每個人只可以食一隻。鐵板燒肋骨,好有驚喜,肉嫩多汁,加埋蔥花,非常好食。燒青魚,肉質鮮甜,落調味料同燒時間岩岩好,唔會掩過魚味道。煙肉包山竹牛肉串燒-兩者味道非常夾,送酒一流和牛串燒,燒得岩岩好,肉嫩惹味總結:師傅控制燒烤時間好好,全部都唔會燒過濃,食材新鮮,所以師傅只係落左簡單調味料,已經好好味,好滿足而有驚喜既一餐。
