被門口廣告的椰皇鮑魚鴛鴦雞飯吸引入來。椰皇細細個,飯有濃香椰皇味,雞肉都滑,鮑魚也是小小的,一啖一個,整體都好味,但份量少,啱輕食女生。黑椒和牛酥有驚喜,牛牛造型好可愛。酥皮做得很好,很香脆,吃得出一層層,內裏和牛的汁,甜甜辣辣,惹味。陳醋排骨菜飯即咕嚕肉飯,肉炸得香脆可口,個人喜歡這飯多於椰皇鮑魚雞飯。

Cheesy baked mushroom
A dollop of mayo has been put on top before it gets baked to perfection. To me, there is too much mayo which is too sweet for me, the baked mushroom itself would be much nicer.

「老爺」一個德高望重的名字!毫不考慮走進去吃個簡便午餐。很吸引的裝修, 因為我喜歡磚。那些磚用在枱上感覺舒服。店面設計除金錢壺蘆沒有外、就是魚、蝦、蟹同鷄😆。有趣?這個老爺是那家集團的呢?令人興奮而喜出望外的是一盅兩件在我面前出來了。我只點了蝦乾排骨飯、怎送這個叉燒包那個冬菇包及桂花糕。一時之間陣容鼎盛起來。哈哈!真開心有誠意。好了!我吾客氣喇😊⋯⋯色相已蓋過一切味蕾。驚喜的是碗例湯及凍檸茶走檸就勁「得」👍為左杯凍冰茶同店面裝潢我會再來的。哈哈☺️

我們是在金鐘返工的見到開咗間新嘢梗係要去試下,因為金鐘及灣仔已經食到好悶了,我們是下午二時去用餐的,上到去環境及擺設都幾好,我們看到餐牌好多都是特色名字,於是乎我們叫了一個侍應來介紹下,誰不知道問三款有兩款都唔識得答內裹是甚麼餡料,只說自己無食過所以唔知道,這点我覺得非常離譜無法接受,雖然是新開但是公司沒教導員工嗎?沒有同所有員工講解嗎?我們叫了黑白蝦多士$98,蜂巢荔芋角$38,黑椒和牛酥$48,老爺燒賣皇&38,班蘭脆薄卷$48.結脹共$270如果這樣食物質素這樣招呼一點都不值得,我們平時去開金鐘天一飲茶都是這樣價錢招呼又好又可雖再來幫襯!

現在已很少去飲茶。因為經常只有兩三人。都點唔到幾多點心。這新開店賣的是中午套餐,可選點心拼盤。內有三種款式。第二次黎先記得拍照發點評。首先套餐有多款可選,由炒飯面到蒸飯都有水準。不是茶餐廳貨色。而點心拼更值一讚,除了夠熱外,炸的都脆。而且東菇包非常可愛好食別家沒試過。新店唯一不足是店員十分努力收碟,驚你食完唔走咁。未食完問你要唔要。差了一點。不過地方小,做午餐為主也十分明白。可以改善一下。

Although Hong Kong is famous for dimsum, a good majority are not as good as the dimsums in UK because the dumpling skin is weak, the quality of the fillings are not fresh and they are oily and spiked with too much MSG.I was attracted to this place because one of the reviews showed these cute dimsums and I don’t mind paying more if it is good.They offer traditional dimsums as well but I was more interested in the modern dimsums.The restaurant décor was really nice, it had a Western Oriental touch

They were playing old Chinese music that people listen to in the UK.

Tried both the traditional and modern dimsums and personally I liked the modern whereas the traditional dimsums are more suited to local tastes.
I think expats will like this place but a better English menu is needed.

This is how duck is served in UK, the duck is fried but it is still soft and silky in the middle with crispy skin on the outside.
Overall, it was nice but it would be perfect if they came with pancakes.
Ironically, Charlie's place a few doors away also had this duck but the owners have gone back to UK and now this place has popped up.

When it came, it looked like green tea fried rice with red beans but it was actually grounded spring onion that gave it the green colour with pieces of black garlic.
The taste was interesting because it reminded me of the spring onion and ginger oil that you get with roast chicken.

鮮蝦翠竹卷(兩食 - $48),外皮炸到似腐皮卷,方便吸湯是不錯的,蝦也是新鮮的,同金魚餃一樣可能做得更彈牙,點蝦個湯應該落咗胡椒,我直頭飲咗啲,少少辣同鹹,係用心機整的,不過用嚟點咗蝦係食唔出呢個湯嘅味道,整體上是不錯的。

其實都好飽,最後諗住只叫一個甜品,可能經理見我哋都食咗咁多嘢,所以送咗每人一個薑汁撞奶凍($18)同楊貴妃甘露($58)。

薑汁撞奶凍,雖然好細杯,但堅係成杯仔都食到薑汁味,上面之碎啫喱已經食唔到乜味,唔係求其整的,奶凍夠凍又算夠滑,好食;楊貴妃甘露,夠凍,食到係新鮮芒果、柚子,西米無黐埋一齊,椰奶及芒果汁份量做得不錯。

整體水準算不錯,不過都算幾貴,經理已經送咗點品同計咗八折(可能試業關係)後都要$365,下次叫多啲人食可能平啲,另提提大家,大廈業主立案法團正維修走廊之男廁,所以要大家一齊共用女廁,都幾唔方便,希望可快些完成工程,另某食物水準能夠保持及某些可以做得好些,就係咁老爺點心來了難道佳(蘭杜街)?日後會更佳。
