今日去呢度食飯,本來諗住佢係銅鑼灣市中心,佢間餐廳又開左幾年,捱得過Covid,啲裝修又靚靚地,諗住啲嘢食都應該唔會差得去邊。但係佢啲brunch真係唔得:個楊桃沙律又酸又唔好食,嗰杯所謂既越南蒸漏咖啡我懷疑佢係冲粉既,完全唔係嗰隻味道。最大鑊係個牛肉湯河啲粉好爛,因為佢係啲湯入面浸得太耐先上,老人家食得好唔開心。兩個人食咗600幾蚊brunch,平均300幾蚊一個人,以越南嘢食嚟講實在太貴,一啲都唔值得去。

平常經過銅鑼灣抬頭看到這家用彩色燈籠佈置的陽台十分漂亮,一直想來試一試。地面是他們的手搖飲品店,樓上是用餐區,樓梯的牆壁上有佈置,有很多小車車在你邊上樓梯時帶你遊覽越南不同城市,非常可愛。去越南餐廳一定要吃越南河粉,這個河粉的湯底清味道不算太濃,因而有很多配料,最有趣的是,竟然有牛皮,我從來都沒有吃過。平常聽到牛皮只會想到應該是堅韌的東西,但原來可以煮來吃的。牛皮吃起來有點像很厚的豬皮,一點點膠質,形狀比久煮的豬皮完整。是一個有趣的體驗。另外越南法包很香脆,今天想吃肉點了有香茅豬肉片的法包,明顯吃到香茅味,肉也不算太鬆軟經常會整塊扯出來。裡面的餡料滿滿,又塗滿了豬肝醬,很喜歡這個部分。如果喜歡打卡的話,記得要選戶外坐位,因為漂亮的燈籠裝飾只有外面有喔。

我們和主食一同order不過都要等一段時間,
可能因為星期五晚餐廳都比較忙,
上桌的時候法包熱烘烘的,
外皮非常香脆,內裡布甸是軟滑流心的程度,
而且好香好香班蘭味,
友人覺得稍甜,
但我個人是好喜歡,
加上椰子雪糕味道天然不膩,
我覺得實在是值得為了它來一趟
