呢間印尼餐廳想食好耐, 難得經過就坐低叫左印尼炒飯茶餐廳格局, 坐位逼環境一般, 不過主要係食好味食物叫左個印尼黃薑飯, 同我平時去其它印尼餐廳既食物有D吾同, 佢真係落足配料配料有好似飯側邊除左有花生之外,仲會有D炸魚肉碎甜得黎乾身, 同個充滿薑味既薑飯都幾襯。另外上面既炸菜, 右邊既青椒同豆角, 後面既青瓜都算多, 肉類方面 雞翼就正常煎冇乜特別, 後面有兩舊巴東牛幾林而且巴東汁都幾濃!食左呢個飯就好似食左印尼大雜會一樣!

行完Apm攰攰地,就索性去揾野食。上網睇完後就揀了這間。6點入到去時間尚早,人不多,地方都幾細。睇完餐牌,叫了4樣野,兩杯飲品。1)青檸梳打 & 珍多冰:比較細杯,冇乜特別,同平時飲既差不多。2)印尼黃錦飯:即係雜錦黃薑飯,材料好豐富,有蘿蔔絲,花生,肉鬆,酸辣椒,魚仔,牛肉,雞肉,青瓜,半隻蛋。牛肉好淋,雞都入味,咁多材料,好好食,值得推介。3)印尼燒雞:雞都幾嫰,就算雞胸位都唔‘鞋', 汁好味。4)椰汁菜:看似湯,有各種不同種類菜,其中一種,最特別,是青大樹波蘿,質感似,但完全沒有大樹波蘿味,反而覺得似菇菌類。想不到用椰汁煮菜都幾好味。5)粟米餅:粟米多,用麵粉做,不脆,質感不太喜歡,味道一般。這間餐廳總括來說,值得再去,價錢平,而且好食!

這間餐廳總括來說,值得再去,價錢平,而且好食!

無留意過呢間原來係米芝蓮餐廳,都係上黎睇食評先知,真係誤打誤撞黎左間好食店,啲野好食,店員又有禮貌,讚呀!黃薑飯,比預期中大碟,賣相唔錯,好香。食落果然無失望,好味,個汁尤其正。串燒,揀左豬,個沙嗲汁真係好正。燒得香口唔乾,好味。要左特飲,好香椰汁味,但杯野略淡得甜味,有啲失望。一個人食飽飽,時間尚早唔算好多客,可以坐陣hea一下。

料好多,牛腩有5大塊,一塊要可以分2次食,已經煮到好入味。薯仔好好味,好似薯條既味道,唔似一般既燜,同埋都有3片。咖哩味道唔算太出,因為味道比較辣,個汁比較稀,不過都夠曬成碗飯食,所以啲款真係比較抵錫

今天一行三人心血來潮去了觀塘的好運印尼餐廳食晚餐,晚夜時間入面人頭湧湧,不過等位等左5分鍾左右就有位了!服務員態度唔錯,好有笑容,第一次吃印尼野,有些菜式唔知係咩黎,佢都耐心向我地解釋^_^黃錦飯唔錯唔錯,很惹味! 呢個印尼烤雞好好吃,肉嫩,配埋個醬一流!薯餅,食唔到薯仔味,反而有好大陣香料味,麻麻地....沙嗲雞肉串,幾好食,好脆,個醬又好正,百搭!

在配料方面,有咖哩煎乾雞,巴東牛肉,醃洋蔥絲,脆花生伴魚仔乾,半隻熟蛋,魚肉鬆,炒辣豆等,份量雖少但配搭非常豐富,每一種配料都非常有特色,其中要講下個蛋,蛋既外皮炸到好似炸魚蛋果個炸皮,食落去個口感真係好似食炸魚蛋錦,好鬼過癮架。還要講下個巴東牛肉,炆得夠唸夠辣同幾惹味,比一般街既好味,但得一舊仔唔夠喉......
其他的配料也是比較一般,整體成碟飯你可以找到不同的味道與口感,當混合在一起的時候,你會發現許多驚喜的!

Other Info. : 看來她攞得米芝蓮不是浪得虛名的,小細節看到大功架,從一個飯底已經看得到。她平民的價錢,地道的特色,高超的煮法,我一定會再會挑戰沙爹串燒同飲品, 佢係小弟今回重點推介的觀塘餐廳啊!

這天又去了觀塘上課,下課後繼續在舊觀塘覓食,今次來到通明街上,獲 2014 港澳米芝蓮推介的好運印尼餐廳。店子相當整潔(以坊間印尼餐廳的標準而言),冷氣充足,人客也不算少。餐牌就是這個,中文印尼文對照,食物的種類也挺全面的。我點了椰汁菜飯 Nasi Sayur Lodeh ($45),還有加了煉奶的印尼咖啡 (熱) ($22)。椰汁菜飯的菜份量不算太多,就是些瓜菜、茄子、芋頭等浸在椰汁裡,上面加點炸蒜頭之類,用椰汁來撈飯最好。印尼咖啡相當之濃郁,煉奶就在底下,怕苦的話就先把煉奶跟咖啡拌勻才喝吧。至於這家店值不值米芝蓮推介是另一回事,最少我覺得是物有所值的。

約朋友食飯,大家想試特色野這次來到這在觀塘區的印尼菜五點幾,只有我地一枱客好快就上菜首先叻多叻多,簡單講就係印尼沙律 沙律材料生菜、青瓜、芽菜、炸豆腐,而蝦片很脆不是太油 將上述所有沙律材料混個醬汁好惹味,很多花生醬味印尼黃錦飯有幾樣餸有巴東牛肉,烚蛋,雞粒,炸雞,魚仔,花生,菜絲色、香、味俱全牛肉的肉質不錯,黃薑飯味很香濃沙嗲雞肉串燒,,雞肉冇乜味道全靠加了少許五香份和沙爹調味個汁香濃野味取勝,肉都叫嫩滑ok啦印尼炸薯餅脆身真係好欣賞, 唔會食到成口油淋淋蕉葉魚辣辣地, 勁香的香茅味. 但椰汁略味重唔係幾岩口味兩個人試咗幾多以前未食過款式食得好飽, 仲要食剩整體評價不過不失, 可以再試!

這次來到這在觀塘區的印尼菜
五點幾,只有我地一枱客好快就上菜
首先叻多叻多,簡單講就係印尼沙律 沙律材料生菜、青瓜、芽菜、炸豆腐,
而蝦片很脆不是太油 將上述所有沙律材料混個醬汁好惹味,很多花生醬味
印尼黃錦飯有幾樣餸有巴東牛肉,烚蛋,雞粒,炸雞,魚仔,花生,菜絲色、香、味俱全
牛肉的肉質不錯,黃薑飯味很香濃
沙嗲雞肉串燒,,雞肉冇乜味道全靠加了少許五香份和沙爹調味
個汁香濃野味取勝,肉都叫嫩滑ok啦
印尼炸薯餅脆身真係好欣賞, 唔會食到成口油淋淋
蕉葉魚辣辣地, 勁香的香茅味. 但椰汁略味重唔係幾岩口味
兩個人試咗幾多以前未食過款式
食得好飽, 仲要食剩
整體評價不過不失, 可以再試!

起初對此餐廳有點期望,因為OpenRice 裡沒有劣評。到達餐廳門口,見到是2013米芝蓮推介,更打了強心針。餐廳須要等齊人才可進去,另外由於餐廳狹小,我們6大1小要被迫分開在靠近的枱坐。我們點了的菜式有: 1)加多加多 :此菜式我不太喜歡,沒有試味,所以不能評價。 2)印尼炒貴刁: 偏油,吃完成口油 3)印尼黃錦飯: 雞塊很乾,是一塊塊硬塊,黃薑飯也偏乾 4)印尼春卷: 這款還可以,有泰式甜辣醬點 5) 沙嗲串燒 (豬,雞各6串):全晚最好味的菜式,醬料美味,可惜上碟時沒有講解豬,雞的擺法,我吃了兩串雞的才意會到底層應該是豬,面層應該是雞。7) 印尼燒雞:味道不錯,可以推介 8)珍多冰:綠色的粉條做得不正宗,這是第一件上桌的東西已令我失望。 總結: 由於是與家人聚餐,突然變了吃快餐,狹小通道不斷有人在背後來往,吃得不自在。由於部分家人安排在另一桌,食物沒有停留在一桌太多時間,快快夾了就遞走了。另外,餐廳侍應漏單,重複問了兩三次先有。店員其實應該是印尼華僑,期望的原因是希望可吃到正宗和美味的印尼菜,但最後服務質素和食品水準都不達標,實在失望。

星期二晚約左男友的媽咪在觀塘食飯,上呢度搜尋下,搵左幾間比男友揀,大家都不約而同揀左好運印尼餐廳,大家都想試下。

今天迎來好消息,剛好又身在觀塘,便與baka大人一起到了這間平民米芝蓮吃晚飯。平時很少在觀塘區出沒,對附近的環境不太熟悉,加上好運的地理位置有點難找,所以我們找了一陣子登上段小斜坡才到達。去到時客人還未算多,我們坐在近門口的二人卡位。店內環境很小,是一般茶餐廳的格局,牆上有很多印尼特色的掛畫,令人意外的是環境很整潔,值得一讚!第一次吃印尼菜,事前當然要做足功夫!見到大家都推介這裡的印尼黃錦飯($52)。飯如其名,集多種配料之大成,有巴東牛肉、炸雞件、炸雞蛋、各種菜等,色彩豐富的賣相看來賞心悅目。媽媽有時在家中都會弄黃薑飯,我很喜歡黃薑飯,除了對身體有益外,吃起上來會食慾大增,這裡的黃薑飯也不例外,炒得乾身可口,黃薑味不算重,適合不想太重口味的食客。另外,配料的巴東牛肉也留下深刻印象,巴東牛肉原來是印尼有名的菜式,用上牛腱肉,肉質煮得軟腍爽口,而且非常入味,好吃!我也很喜歡蘿蔔絲,味道清甜。唯一缺點應是炸雞件,肉質粗糙很乾。另外,還點了半打沙嗲雞肉串($50)。總共有六串,每人三串,份量剛好。花生沙爹醬調教得惹味,同樣是雞肉,但相對剛才的炸雞件,這個肉質鮮美嫩滑得多。之後再點了一個喇沙雞

喇沙雞絲麵

之後再點了一個喇沙雞絲麵($45),來一個全雞宴。
喇沙的湯底不算濃郁,但味道滲透到每一條麵條,麵條似是用了日式拉麵,咬起來彈牙,跟喇沙很配。配料還有大量的豆卜、炸蛋和菜心。但主角雞絲則寥寥可數,有點失望。


整體來說是不錯的印尼食店,因為之前未曾吃過印尼菜,當然不能知道是否正宗,但只以食物質素來說我認為值得一試,尤其是味道不太濃郁,怕重口味的食客也應該很易入口。另外,上菜時仍冒煙,熱辣辣,相信是即叫即製。
當天所見,雖然是平日,但訂位的客人頗多,之後走的時候更有些客人在門外等候,可見有一定人氣度。如果再有機會,下次一定要邀請多些朋友一起來試試不同的印尼食品!

係觀塘想食印尼野搵左呢間來試, 搵間鋪既時候先發覺, 有d遠離個mtr, haha碟頭份量一般3-4人用的我地一行5人, 所以可以叫好多個菜沙爹牛串, 味道唔錯巴東牛, 正常的辣, 幾惹味, 不過牛肉本身的質料唔高, 所以差d, 不過呢個價錢, 好明白既格多格多,家鄉風味, 作為前菜, 3一食一碟應該ok, 人多就可以叫多碟,開開胃 粟米餅, 唔夠香口, 粉多, 而且太厚, 可以整薄d香口d咖哩雞, um... 汁稀而啖, 普通的雞, 如果想汁撈飯, 用沙爹汁會比較好個魚, 唔記得左個名, 唔辣的, 好香口, 唔錯, 有點像咸魚, 馬介休個d, 不過無咁濃味同無咁咸的印尼春卷, 入面係素的, 口感很好, 由不同的菜絲組成鋪比較細, 一路都好多人想入來食不過無位, 果然受歡迎

4月第一個慶祝日「媽媽生日」。媽媽想食家鄉餐,特意去觀塘找這間地道印尼餐廳。因為我們都不熟悉觀塘, 所以找了一會才找到餐廳的位置。餐廳不算很大,裝修也很樸實;幸好預早訂位,老板預留了最大最入的一台給我們6人。媽媽發板的椰汁雞,肉質相當的嫩滑,椰汁味道剛好,不會太濃郁。巴東牛肉,很辣但又很惹味,送飯一流。黃薑飯,有雞肉,牛肉,肉鬆,青瓜,花生等的配料,薑味沒有媽媽煮的濃,但色水十分足,味道也不錯。串燒(雞,豬,羊),非常好味道,必食推介!!羊肉串有點點羶味,始終羊都是有羶味的,但味道還是可以接受的。雞和豬,都很嫩滑多汁,加上特製花生醬,難怪我們要再番單一次。印尼燒雞(ayam goring),老板娘的推介,醬汁非常香濃,我個人比較喜歡椰汁雞多點 。還有,加多加多,印尼炒飯,全部都很好味呢。有機會一定要再光顧啊~!

This cosy little eatery is very pleasant and has a nice set of staff.  The food is OK, but not quite what we were expecting.

When we arrived, we were immediately seated in a booth.  The restaurant has bags of character and is basically a small warung.  The menu was in English as well and we opted for three of our go-to Indonesian classics.

First we ordered a nasi goreng (fried rice).  When it came to us it was actually a chinese-style fried rice.  It had an egg on top and had chicken and shrimp throughout.  It tasted perfectly fine (better with sambal added), but it was not Indonesian.  It was missing all of the lovely spices used in an Indonesian nasi goreng.  We were a little disappointed.

Next we had some ayam goreng (fried chicken).  This was great.  Normally, you get a whole leg or other sizable chunk, but here we got lots of little pieces of chicken.  It was really good.  The skin was crispy and the meat oozed juice while falling from the bone.  We were very happy.

The last item we had was soto ayam (chicken soup).  It was fine.  It had a good, but not excellent, flavour and the chicken was poached perfectly.  The crispy onions and the beansprouts added good texture and the half hard-boiled egg was a welcome ingredient.  The broth itself was a little thin and got better with the egg being broken up and the yolk enriching it.  It wasn't the worst soto ayam we've had, but also not the best.  

So far Warung Chandra (or New Indonesian Restaurant) on Keswick Street (opposite the Indonesian Consulate) is the best we have had in Hong Kong.  Lucky Indonesian, while being OK, is definitely toned down for the local market.
