六月上旬.炎熱因為工作關係,最近早上都在正街一帶覓食.很久沒去聯華茶餐廳,就來回一次帶吧!進入極具懷舊味的茶餐廳,在現在很少有的閣樓坐下-這裡雖然樓底比較矮,但有一個空位可以直望樓下,對著吊扇的位置更是開揚和風涼水冷. 與阿姐點了一杯熱鴛鴦少奶和菠蘿飽,聽著她步下樓梯向水吧大聲重複order,感覺是說不出的親切.等了一會,阿姐居然是口裡咬著包的捧著和送上食物!這裡和西環另一老牌茶餐廳-祥香園不同,是沒自設餅房的,所有在櫥窗的蛋撻雞尾飽都是從鄰近餅店買來,新鮮度和獨特性自然大減.這次吃到的菠蘿飽先叮嚀要切開一半,送來的居然是每半都轉了180度的背對背,看來還真像一隻蝴蝶.加上面前的熱鴛鴦,和對著它發呆,還在發夢的人,怎了,今天弄出一個'鴛鴦蝴蝶夢'來?其實從前吃過這裡的菠蘿飽是不錯的,但這'蝴蝶飽'居然是非常之硬,毫不軟淑,上面的菠蘿皮也是實淨而不鬆脆,和普通麵包舖的都差太遠(街口法國餅店的都比這靚仔!),就別拿名牌餅店如金華或壇島的出品來比較了. 飽不行.就連杯鴛鴦也水準下降,一飲居然是酸的?!完全沒有丁點兒奶香味(雖然叫了少奶但還應該有點點奶味吧),咖啡底還真的是酸得不得了,完全不香

這裡和西環另一老牌茶餐廳-祥香園不同,是沒自設餅房的,所有在櫥窗的蛋撻雞尾飽都是從鄰近餅店買來,新鮮度和獨特性自然大減.這次吃到的菠蘿飽先叮嚀要切開一半,送來的居然是每半都轉了180度的背對背,看來還真像一隻蝴蝶.加上面前的熱鴛鴦,和對著它發呆,還在發夢的人,怎了,今天弄出一個'鴛鴦蝴蝶夢'來?

其實從前吃過這裡的菠蘿飽是不錯的,但這'蝴蝶飽'居然是非常之硬,毫不軟淑,上面的菠蘿皮也是實淨而不鬆脆,和普通麵包舖的都差太遠(街口法國餅店的都比這靚仔!),就別拿名牌餅店如金華或壇島的出品來比較了.

飽不行.就連杯鴛鴦也水準下降,一飲居然是酸的?!完全沒有丁點兒奶香味(雖然叫了少奶但還應該有點點奶味吧),咖啡底還真的是酸得不得了,完全不香,濃的是酸味,連喝下去的勁也沒有,餘下半杯收場.唯一多謝的就是它真的醒神,盡了作為'咖啡因飲品'的最起碼要求.

'一鴦酸醒夢中人',這在一老牌茶記出現,還是'細細個就聽過呢個名'的街坊茶檔,真是特別另人失望又感到無限唏噓-兒時的美味,是否只能在記憶中回味?

放工後四圍找吃的, 因為呢期使大左, 所以想找間平靚正的小店食dinner. 行到正街, 見到這裡有快餐, 有湯有飯連飲品都只係$28!! 再望入去都見有7成full, 所以, 即使店面好似舊左一d 都入去try下入到去, menu上見到好多小時候去茶餐廳會見到的東西, 好像滾水蛋~~ 不過我地冇叫, 而係一人叫左一個是日快餐: 菜干豬骨湯 (7分) : 足料, 味道清甜, 應該加左蜜棗 黑椒牛扒飯 (7分) : 牛扒係茶餐廳一貫的薄牛扒, 雖然沒有太多牛味, 但質感仍是QQ 的彈牙的, 並沒有因下太多梳打粉而變得太軟~~茶走 (8分) : 香,滑,濃 不過太夜就最好唔飲, 會失眠呀 另一樣我喜歡的, 就是那懷舊的吊風扇, 看著它慢慢的轉, 感覺很悠閒呢~~

茶走 (8分) : 香,滑,濃 不過太夜就最好唔飲, 會失眠呀

另一樣我喜歡的, 就是那懷舊的吊風扇, 看著它慢慢的轉, 感覺很悠閒呢~~

所以,今天跟同伴衝了進來,是懷緬也好,是果腹也罷,總之要再度光顧聯華。我們從最簡單的吃起:特餐。

再來嘅意粉, 以為係好西式, 但原來味菜就係梅菜, 似足梅菜扣肉嘅獻汁, 再加上幼幼嘅牛柳絲~ 因為汁太多嘅關係, 而意粉又唔索汁, 所以搞到好似湯意粉咁, 個汁本身係幾惹味, 不過過多就變得太濃太鹹, 應該叫飯可以索汁就會好d~ 牛柳絲整得好淋, 好入味, 所以整體個餸係好味的, 只係叫錯咗意粉…
凍奶茶好夠味, 奶又夠think又有茶香, 傳統港式奶茶~

好耐都冇食過咁好味嘅焗豬! 比起美都感覺上更大件抵食~ 晚飯時候人流唔算多, 又有電視睇~ 不過可能太悠閒, 收銀個呀伯成日都唔理我地, 又落漏咗單, 不過都算, 咁先係街坊生意麻~

男友在西環工作,因此常常找他到聯華吃午飯。西環雖是舊區,但和中上環相比,他是少了一些用心的老字號茶餐廳/冰室選聯華的原因,並非因為他很好,主要是正街附近沒有更好的茶餐廳罷了。是次到聯華,點了:蛋牛治:麵包烘得剛好,包面有一點烘紋;牛油塗得均勻;蛋亦煎得有原度,雖不能和澳洲牛奶公司的蛋治原度相比。支竹班腩飯:很鹹,支竹很乾奶茶:屬中上,做到香、滑,但稍甜。由於常在此用膳,也順便評評其他的食物:- 茶餐建議選擇通心粉,公仔麵常有發脹的情況。- 麵通常會跟菜,抵讚!- 碟頭飯常有不足料的情況,例如涼瓜火腩飯會只有一件火腩,可向侍應要求加一點。 值得去程度:在西環區內尚算值得去吃的茶餐廳,吃完可以走到隔離的源記吃糖水。

九月上旬‧晴以前只知這裡的焗飯很好,是推介,也早起了,來這裡吃這個甜餐包。包幾大個,摸上手是結實的。摵開來看看,又見幾鬆軟。吃起來,有微甜及蛋香,越吃越好吃。熱咖啡也很不錯,始終是有水準的茶記,不枉專誠而來。我想,無論何時何地,都會懷念這個推介。

外表如一間有三,四十年歷史的老香港茶餐廳,內裏竟藏著受人頌讚的豬扒飯?說了都幾年,終於找到個下午來,此間聯華同好些舊冰室一樣,有樓上雅座.雖然西環正街一帶不算是商業區,但一到中午,食客坐滿兩層.典型舊式風格,門外賣麵包,入面賣乜餐物餐,大多人在中午,也是點快餐,當然一味夠快,是香港上班一族午飯之法則.我的目標豬扒飯,即叫即焗自然等得耐一點.餐湯是羅宋湯,混混盹盹,只有微溫,完全不熱,味道頗酸.焗豬扒飯不是很靚仔地連焗盅上,而是預先替你倒落碟上.賣相當然不夠靚仔,但是吃落肚的感覺最為實際,只有少數好像我,或者是其他開飯會員,開飯之前事無大小,什麼都影一餐的.飯底是炒飯底,做得比較濕,好些位黐埋一舊,而且炒得不甚入味,豬扒是炸豬扒,外表是脆,同時亦幾硬,肉質鬆化,但沒甚特別.茄汁份量偏少,不夠撈飯.吃罷之後我真的不明白,為何此等焗飯水準,有什麼特別可以被人吹捧?是不是又是"集體回憶"作崇?舊,不一定是好,個人覺得美心的焗豬扒飯,做得比聯華更好.而且價錢更平,美心焗豬飯連餐湯$35,而聯華就貴$5.

聞說此焗豬排飯非一般大,一家3-4口食唔晒打包返去畀人再食多餐都可, 咁我呢日終於去試試.可能佢畀細碟左我, 我一陣子就把它ko了. 再吃了女友的半碟牛肉炒米.....雖然很油. 我個fd就唔知係咪冇胃口, 食極都食唔晒咁...咪道不錯, 可返食.果度羅宋湯比較辣, 怕的可揀中湯.

今日特登去食佢個焗豬扒飯。 其實佢應該叫焗豬扒 • 飯,因為個豬扒就真係焗0既,但係飯係分開炒0既。0的飯多到食靜0個0的可以帶返去再比一家四口再食。除非你平時食飯要叫多飯,如果唔係記主叫少飯。個飯重緊湯,either 中 or 西湯,都幾足料0家。食焗豬扒飯我最鐘意的佢個汁,但係佢就唔係好多汁。豬扒就一般。但係就好愛佢0個個好懷舊0既環境。

我吃的那個餐沒有腸蛋,但另奉來一對雙蛋,要求了反蛋但不要太熟,店家果真做得到,蛋白外層雪白亮麗,一點微焦帶來的焦香也沒有,只好怪自己很在意的吩咐不要那麼熟,但蛋白吃起來有蛋香,而蛋黃汁是全流體的傾瀉出來,入口一陣蛋黃香,不錯!

吃過了不少的膽固醇,再來的就是看來平淡的雪菜肉絲米,但原來絕不平淡,因為其實湯底是帶點油份的濃鹹湯底,雖然也是味精的味道,但喝起來很鹹,都是不喝為妙,至於雪菜難得的不是滑潺潺的那一款,入口爽口而帶鹹香,沒有死鹹的感覺,想不到在這個月內吃到兩次不錯的雪菜,雖未至於昌記的好,但個人認為絕對不差;米粉沒有特別,但至少沒有煮得過腍。

女友的腸蛋公仔麵加兩元改了丁麵,店家果然也將那丁麵十足十的奉客,連湯吃一口麵條,吃得人一口麻油味,丁麵雖然煮得腍了點,但依然有點嚼勁,一點沒油味也沒有,比公仔或福麵也要好,至於那腸蛋,蛋煎得比之前的熟了點,所以有點蛋白焦香,而蛋黃仍能保持少量的流芯,實是難得,吃起來美味,至於那預先煎過的腸仔,也是一貫的勁鹹,乃廚師牌雞肉腸的味道。

其實此時已是吃光兩個早餐的食物,早應談喝的了,但其實本人對於吃不了焗豬飯,真的有點耿耿於懷,所以最後折返再吃,吃不到就不罷休,阿姐見我咁神心,就送了個西湯給我喝,邊喝邊等,但都真的不要說笑,這碗茶記羅宋湯,非常夠熱又很濃有點油香,喝起來是甜多過酸,而椰菜、甘荀及鮮蕃茄片煮得非常軟腍,有點驚喜。

千呼萬喚的焗豬扒飯終於來了,店員事先幫我舀了在碟上,但個人較喜歡原盅在鐵碗上吃,說回這客飯,飯粒可以再乾身點,是焗得未夠乾之故,所以飯粒也是偏軟,但炒底是非常之認真,非常之多的蛋絲,吃起來有啖啖蛋香,另承接上述不夠乾身之說,那炸過的豬扒外層的皮已經是濕得被蒸氣焗得軟軟的,是焗製過程溫度不夠猛之故嗎?爐內的濕度太高了吧,加上豬扒本身都不是太軟腍有脂香,整件炸豬扒未能予人鬆化入口甘香的感覺,而汁太少,吃到尾有很口乾乏味的感覺,如果加多點鮮茄汁一起來猛火焗,整體來說會好吃多。

店家在送焗豬扒飯來的時候,再送多碗中湯給我喝,今回真的大滿貫了,又食了人家兩個早餐,又食了大大碟的焗豬扒飯,然後連人家的中西湯都喝勻,這中湯是菜乾豬骨湯,湯頭清清的一點也不油,有着菜乾甜味,加點薄薄的豬骨味,味道淡了點也還不錯,加上勁多煲至軟腍的菜膽,吸飽了湯入口,又會難吃呢?

也回帶談回喝的,熱奶茶用上了厚身瓷杯盛着,但茶溫不算很熱,茶溫可以再高一點,也是先用鼻子嗅,店家用的是黑白淡奶,怪不得已經嗅得出奶香很足,再用匙羹舀一下,已知茶身夠挺夠滑,奶肯下得夠多就成了,可是茶香卻有點不足,喝得出有不澀的茶味,但就是太薄了,喝起來一定沒有回甘帶來的快感,茶味就被奶香遮掩了,茶絕對要再濃一點才好喝呢。

而我主力喝的是咖啡,這杯港式的撞啡,嗅起來有點香味的,呷一口咖啡味很出很強,是十足勁度的一杯咖啡,味濃是味濃,但不代表喝得我一口啡香呢?香味不夠不新鮮,是港式咖啡的老問題,可以說是一個死証,唔通你叫茶記即磨咖啡粉撞啡?奶香方面是中規中矩,奶香勉強足夠,但未能為咖啡帶來滑口挺身的感覺,但至少是不嚡口的,所以總括來說是一杯很夠力的咖啡。

在同一所茶記吃了兩餐,雖然最有名的東西反而不太出色,但其餘的質素也不差,服務又是難得的貼心,坐久一點也不會給面色你看,實在是難得的服務,每人幾十元吃兩餐,還想怎麼樣?

Walking past this shop 1 day in September because another preferred shop was closed by 6:30pm - I read the Clippings outside this shop. Someone wrote that the 'baked rice quality' here is better than 美都冰室 so we were tempted to try it! 焗豬扒飯 -
The pork was bread crumb coated before frying. It was a little bit too 'hard' on the crunchy surface but the pork chop was tender enough though lacking real pork's taste.

It was obvious this Baked Porkchop Rice was already turned-over by the kitchen after baking, as the Gratinated Sauce one desires is sticking to the bottom of the plastic dish
The rice - despite the hype by 飲食男女, was wetter than the version at 美都冰室 and had no rice taste. The Eggs were in chunks rather than shredded up into smaller pieces and intermixed with the rice. The Sauce was really bad, not of fresh tomato based taste but reeking of commercialised sauce bought in bulk.

乾炒牛河 -
Their other signature dish here. When this arrived, it lacked Wok Chi and the beef were overly tenderised and tasteless. The Rice Noodles stuck together 3 strands at a time despite the over usage of oil. Complete disaster. For some reason, it looks much better on the photo than in real life.

HK Milk Tea -
Their hyped up tea! So how was it? Its actually better than the quality of the above food dishes but not special. The Tea taste was a bit weak and single dimensional, it was also slightly too Sour in the end palate. I would say the Tea:Milk taste ratio is roughly 2:3, but real Volumetic ratio is around 5:2.

people always say that the australian dairy company serves the best scrambled eggs in town-i have never tried it out, yet my mum said it was nth too special and it was not too worth it if you have to deliberately travel to the kowloon side for it. anyways, enough with rubbish talking-this cafe serves one of the best egg near my home. i always order the egg sandwich while my family have breakfast here. the egg was not overcooked and was very tender. it was juicy, yet not with a very strong flavou

i always order the egg sandwich while my family have breakfast here. the egg was not overcooked and was very tender. it was juicy, yet not with a very strong flavour of milk-unlike the eggs served in hokkiado dairy restaurant. but its already good enough for me, or for anyone else who live in the district with not too many cafes serving good cooked eggs.

however, the eggs mysteriously tastes a bit sour....perhaps its because of the iced milk tea i drank along with it. btw, the iced milk tea was of a very high quality as well.
