一碗米線加上一杯熱飲下午茶時段只賣HK$36(週六、日,平日只賣HK$35),作價算是相宜,點了五香牛腩米線,牛腩每塊都有麻雀大小,共五六塊,香料味濃,炆得入味焾滑,咀嚼時並無絲毫黐牙,證明纖維條條炆得軟滑。桂林米粉煮得頗好,爽口卻沒有譚仔米線的粉中帶有一絲硬的Al Denti 口感,相形見絀,湯底濃味厚身,跟淡味的米粉襯絶了。

之前聽朋友話陸記嘅雙豬飯同白涼粉好食,個日經過就試下,店鋪並唔起眼,搵左一陣先見到。我點左朋友推介嘅絕代雙豬飯同水晶涼粉。雙豬飯真係好大碗,秘製鍋燒肉超厚切,豬皮燒得好脆,燒肉唔肥膩,肉質鮮嫩,真係啖啖肉香。而滷水豬頸肉亦整得恰到好處,滷水汁香,成功令豬頸肉更味美。兩種豬嘅唔同部位再加上入味嘅肉燥汁送飯,令人好滿足。再試埋鎮店甜品水晶涼粉,我第一次食白涼粉,感覺好新奇。透明嘅水晶涼粉對比普通黑色嘅涼粉味道較淡,無草藥味,但口感好爽,質感較軟身,有少少似啫喱,水晶涼粉配花奶,味道的確唔錯。套餐除左甜品,仲有飲品附送,最後我飲左一杯熱杏霜,依家出面已經好少有杏霜飲,再者出面更幾乎無水晶涼粉,大家有機會可以去陸記試下。我食到好飽,埋單都只係$54,絕對價格相宜,值得嘗試。

我點左朋友推介嘅絕代雙豬飯同水晶涼粉。雙豬飯真係好大碗,秘製鍋燒肉超厚切,豬皮燒得好脆,燒肉唔肥膩,肉質鮮嫩,真係啖啖肉香。而滷水豬頸肉亦整得恰到好處,滷水汁香,成功令豬頸肉更味美。兩種豬嘅唔同部位再加上入味嘅肉燥汁送飯,令人好滿足。

再試埋鎮店甜品水晶涼粉,我第一次食白涼粉,感覺好新奇。透明嘅水晶涼粉對比普通黑色嘅涼粉味道較淡,無草藥味,但口感好爽,質感較軟身,有少少似啫喱,水晶涼粉配花奶,味道的確唔錯。

套餐除左甜品,仲有飲品附送,最後我飲左一杯熱杏霜,依家出面已經好少有杏霜飲,再者出面更幾乎無水晶涼粉,大家有機會可以去陸記試下。我食到好飽,埋單都只係$54,絕對價格相宜,值得嘗試。

卡比仔一直都好鍾意食辣野,星期日去到元朗,本身想去又新街掃街,但中午見肚餓想食碗麵,見到呢家桂林米粉,就心郁郁想試試。這裡的下午餐都抵食,$38 有一大碗麵,包飲品,涷飲都不用加錢。配料的選擇也不少,一般牛豬雞都有,任君選擇,嗜辣的我當然要食辣野,選了麻辣雞絲桂林粉。湯底來說不能說很特別,但加入的花生和蔥花,令湯底更香。麻辣汁很出色,又麻又香,令整碗湯都生息不少,吃起來很過癮,也很有北方的味道。至於雞絲不算鞋口,也可以。好的桂林粉通常口感彈牙,而且表面滑嘟嘟,這裡的粉都做到這點,掛上辣湯吃麵,再來一啖湯,愛辣的人會覺得很爽很治療!這家店的麻辣汁其實也挺正宗,下次掃街不夠飽,也會來這裡吃個麵。

配料的選擇也不少,一般牛豬雞都有,任君選擇,嗜辣的我當然要食辣野,選了麻辣雞絲桂林粉。

湯底來說不能說很特別,但加入的花生和蔥花,令湯底更香。麻辣汁很出色,又麻又香,令整碗湯都生息不少,吃起來很過癮,也很有北方的味道。至於雞絲不算鞋口,也可以。

好的桂林粉通常口感彈牙,而且表面滑嘟嘟,這裡的粉都做到這點,掛上辣湯吃麵,再來一啖湯,愛辣的人會覺得很爽很治療!

這家店的麻辣汁其實也挺正宗,下次掃街不夠飽,也會來這裡吃個麵。

依家只此一家咋講起佢既絕代雙豬 其實都有少少泰國feel咸肉炒椰菜苗果種咸肉佢同燒肉比到既感覺完全唔同可能因為佢既肉 大而無甘咸個皮次次食都係脆既 唔洗求神拜佛先食到脆口既燒肉仲有佢既酸辣豆角米線 酸酸辣辣好好食台頭仲有菜脯可以加落去食添重點係食完仲可以食佢既水晶涼粉係落花奶架!!

身邊嘅朋友成日話依間嘢好食,今日打完波,佢地就帶左我去食。竟然有一間好嘢係身邊,但自己一直唔知。叫左個袐製燒肉米粉。湯底係清湯,好多葱花,好香,好有屋企感覺。而且米粉好好食。啲肉更唔話得超大份。。重點係好食!仲有碗涼粉仔。四十幾蚊!好值!

元朗又新街附近有好多食肆,呢日就嚟左呢間陸記正宗桂林米粉食lunch。估唔到舖頭唔算大,但呢度餐牌都算幾多選擇。我揀左個家鄉酸豆角肉碎粉($41)配凍擰茶(凍飲加$2)米粉好快上枱,望落酸豆角、肉碎同花生幾乎鋪滿面,入面仲有頗多椰菜都算多餸。呢次係我第一次食酸豆角,食落咸、酸、爽,加上肉碎同炸到香脆的花生,都幾有風味,湯底亦唔覺有味精,食落不俗!凍檸茶飲落亦唔錯,有茶記水準。下次有機會我會再食下其他嘢。

另外,仲叫左絕代雙豬飯,超足料,有袐制燒肉同叉燒,叉燒好食過燒肉,整體都係米粉好食過飯嘅 !依個餐可以跟餐或者係水晶涼粉,我地就揀涼粉,其實似大菜糕多啲,不過份嘢真係幾好食! 整體好好!我一定會再返去食的!

元朗陸記都係一個小時候嘅回憶,你又知唔知桂林米線同雲南米線原來係唔同?桂林米線係粗身啲有咬口啲,而雲南米線就係譚仔個種,主要係幼身賣點係滑溜啲。所以好少可有機會食桂林米線,但陸記就可以提供到,仲有最重要係雙豬米,有脆豬腩肉加豬頸肉,聽到都覺得好飽呢,不過佢米線份量唔多,所以多啲餸都好嘅。雙豬米嘅餸真係冇得輸,豬頸肉好爽脆,豬腩肉軟腍,皮脆。同埋哩渡最特別係白涼粉,真係好特別,有甜品送,仲有啲飯嘅套餐,所以唔食米線都有其他選擇。

陸記,差不多每兩星期總會光顧一次通常都係外賣不過晚飯長期多人,如果遇到大批外賣單,大家就要有心理準備長等啦!同埋記得走既時候 check check 齊唔齊,如有漏,職員都會有禮地補番俾你既今次就揀咗三鮮米線食三鮮分別係豬肉,粉腸,豬膶餸量適中啦!豬肉同豬膶可能外賣焗耐咗唔太滑粉腸味濃,甘香。米線係粗米線,軟硬適中,同時唔會將湯索曬。愛辣既可以加辣粉,加辣粉有別於辣椒油,辣粉辣味更持久。除咗三鮮米線,另一個常食既係雙豬飯。
