上年2024大家工作都辛苦,決定同友人好好獎勵一下自己!今次嚟到蘭桂坊新開嘅鐵板燒!一坐低就比左3小碟我地,包括有中華沙律、麵鼓蒜頭同酸薑,我地特別欣賞個麵豉蒜頭,甜甜地,咬落好脆口,作為前菜的確好出色,可以開下胃,又有小小野食下!至於酸薑就可以作為每道菜既間隔,清吓味蕾,係一個好好既omakase 既設計! 季節廚師發板套餐(七道菜)$788👉🏻招牌沙律:煙三文魚黑醋卷廚師已經預先卷好方便我地食用仲配埋柚子黑醋係側邊,等我地可以自己選擇調味。煙三文魚肉質唔鬆散,唔會一夾起就散晒,魚味亦好濃郁,係一道唔錯既沙律卷!👉🏻前菜:白松露海膽蘭王溫泉蛋日本蘭王蛋一向出名有香濃嘅蛋味,而且可以生食冇腥味。今次加上白松露醬同埋黑魚子醬,仲有金箔嘅點綴,唔止食得仲睇得!廚師教我哋要撈均一齊食,一入口有好香嘅白松露味,之後尾隨蘭王嘅蛋香,呢個配搭都幾唔錯!👉🏻鐵板海鮮兩品:北海道帶子及南非鮑魚今晚嘅海鮮有2款,包括鮑魚仔同埋帶子。廚師已經預先幫我哋配搭好,特別係佢用咗黃瓜墊底,提醒我哋可以切啲黃瓜同埋帶子一齊食,咁樣會令帶子更加鮮甜!至於鮑魚上面鋪滿咗炸蒜,肉質鮮美極度彈牙,食得出非常新鮮!而且側邊有一堆蝶豆花泡泡鹽,我哋可以加少少落去帶子同埋鮑魚一齊食,咁樣嘅鮮甜味會更加出,Yummy!👉🏻澳洲牛柳粒我哋可以見到廚師拎咗一嚿3/4手板咁大嘅新鮮牛柳出嚟,佢會好貼心咁問你食幾成熟,今晚我哋揀咗五成!廚師用咗櫻桃蘿蔔伴碟,仲切到好似粒蘑菇咁樣,好有Mario嘅感覺,不過呢粒櫻桃蘿蔔用嚟解肉膩既,係個好細心嘅挑選!至於舊牛柳肉質超淋,充滿肉汁,廚師特別推薦我哋夾少少佢哋每日新鮮磨嘅Wasabi一齊食,咁樣食落會更加香同埋牛肉味更加出,而伴碟下面仲有啲黑椒鹽,如果覺得唔夠鹹,可以自己加少少,咁樣肉味就會更加出同埋更加香,超級好食!👉🏻黑松露海鮮炒飯食完肉品同海鮮之後就到炒飯啦,我哋可以見到廚師由白飯開始炒起。佢落咗幾隻蛋,將一部份落喺白飯上邊炒成黃金炒飯,而另外幾隻蛋就將佢炒蛋再加入飯度,最後加入海鮮同埋黑松露醬翻炒,香氣四溢。每碗炒飯上面都有一隻超級爽彈嘅鳳尾蝦,臨尾仲加上一對三文魚子,帶有飯焦嘅炒飯再加上黑松露嘅香,試問點樣抗拒呢碗咁香嘅飯呢?👉🏻菊花豆腐白麵豉湯喺每一碗豬骨麵豉湯入邊佢都放咗粒帶子,令到碗湯更加鮮甜,而且由於用豬骨熬製,所以碗麵豉湯好濃郁,佢用茶杯送上,暖笠笠之餘又方便我哋去飲。即使用咗豬骨熬製,個麵豉湯都唔會太鹹,可以直接飲,唔錯。👉🏻柚子海膽雪葩呢個配搭好得意,完全冇諗過海膽係可以用喺甜品,但係又好夾!食完鐵板燒,食返啲柚子雪葩酸酸甜甜,感覺即刻清新舒服晒,而且佢仲有紅豆味嘅爆珠,3樣一齊放入口,層次感同埋口感都昇華左!為呢一餐畫上完美嘅句號!👉🏻金龍梅酒(300ml) 呢支梅酒一入口好重果味,而且甜甜地好似果汁咁,連平時唔鍾意飲梅酒嘅友人都忍唔住一啖接一啖咁飲咗唔少!不過要小心都有13%酒精㗎!味道超級推薦!龍亭嘅服務非常好,無論係廚師定係服務員都好細心,佢哋會留意到我哋飲完酒同水,就自動幫我哋添,而且每一道菜佢哋都會仔細介紹食材同埋食法!而且主廚仲會同客人有講有笑,好識得搞氣氛! continue reading

無意發現蘭桂坊開了間鐵板燒~見到呢間餐廳做緊好多優惠 五道菜入門鐵板燒廚師發板 $588都幾抵食,女仔食一定好夠飽😋再叫杯日本清酒飲,可以輕鬆過一個觀樂的晚上(彩蛋:同場有小朋友慶祝生日,餐廳職員好有愛,又請小朋友飲飲酒,主廚不但讓小朋友炒幾下飯打咭,更在切生日蛋糕時大唱韓文生日歌)• 招牌沙律 (煙三文魚配黑魚子醬沙律)
一開始有沙律開一開胃,煙三文魚配搭魚子醬,再配沙律菜同黑醋,味道👅好夾,更一試龍珠果,酸甜開胃,似百香果• 鐵板海鮮兩品 (鮑魚+帶子)
海鮮兩品有鮑魚同帶子~ 鮑魚放上少量生蒜蓉,新鮮得黎好香脆,而帶子亦好嫩滑~ 師傅已經輕輕調味,都已經覺得好入味😚 旁邊更有蝶豆花泡泡伴海鮮~•澳洲牛柳粒同樣烹調得相當出色的一道菜,牛柳外層炒得帶點焦香,與內裡香嫩的肉質截然不同,肉味適中、肉汁豐富,伴碟有店家自製的炸蒜wasabi,兩者同樣為牛柳粒帶來惹味無比的層次。當中那可愛蘑菇造型的是櫻桃蘿蔔,作用是清新一下味蕾• 黑松露炒飯

第一次食鐵板燒d野食係唔熱既,由一位廚師mass production一次過整俾10+個單位,煮好之後由於要時間逐個上碟,野食拎到面前已經唔熱;唔知咩原因明明餐廳有extra位置都set位set到迫一迫,同隔離唔識既人張凳係貼住大家,轉身/隻手一郁eg用刀切野食都會撞到隔離,貼錢買難受😅 continue reading
