雞髀肉係成隻雞最滑既部位,食極都唔厭,大廚👩‍🍳燒完递比我仲出煙,雞皮煎到金黃色好似薯片咁脆,雞肉仲好嫩滑。大廚調配左兩隻醬一個係辣醬,一個係美乃滋,比我地有一雞兩味,我個人比較喜歡辣味。

🥢三文魚子大蝦黑松露海膽醬炒飯。每次食鐵板燒去到炒飯都差唔多,但是一定會試吓個炒飯,呢個睇得出大廚功架。大廚話呢個炒飯係參考左煲仔飯有小小煲仔飯焦香,味道方面偏重,海膽醬係由三種海膽調配出嚟,澳洲,日本馬糞,珀斯。大廚炒完飯最後加埋大蝦同三文魚子,我已經急不及待啦。

食物質素都唔錯,呢個餐包好多唔同款式食物。服務員細心介紹每一道菜式同醬汁。大部分位都係吧枱,可以望住師傅整鐵板燒比你。

向職員低調反映,佢表示:”我哋冇收到message喎!”

另一位中年廚師大聲表示:”唔緊要!我哋Miss咗,依家整返俾你囉!我哋冇問題㗎喎?”

原本有一刻考慮想麻煩補寫,但因廚師聲量較大及其態度,令我感到非常尷尬,唔想再糾纏,我表示唔需要,中年廚師同一聲線並自以為有趣繼續表示:”唔緊要㗎!聽你講~聽你講唔使,但係我哋唔會因為咁,而收到個負評掛!?哈哈~”

另一位職員上前表示:係囉,我唔想一接手就收到負評啊哈哈!

我微笑並沉默望住佢哋及後結帳離開。

原本冇特別後續想寫任何評論,但見到職員同廚師全晚嘅表現同回應,令我有非常失望的體驗,所以大家可以考慮一下先決定去唔去呢間餐廳。

我早一個星期嚟食到一肚氣坐立安排嚴重地差鐵板燒爐頭邊坐夠十幾個人坐到膊頭貼膊頭衰啲講食爭鮮都唔會坐得咁迫喺正我頭上大大聲播住Kpop100蚊食晏都唔會係咁樣嘅用餐體驗食物質素一般埋單八百幾蚊一個人我只可以話你想試下就隨便否則可以skip週圍太多廣告真正食評唔多

用kkday book左22:00點鐘食飯,21:35左右到左門口,諗住報左到先,一同個侍應講book左22:00,佢問點解book咁夜,我答佢個apps得返22:00揀,佢啊一聲就行開左,我已經心知不妙。一坐低啲位好窄,我個位同我套餐具係打斜而唔係對正既,唔通我成餐飯要打斜食?我老婆個位就通道位,係咁比人撞!啲侍應講野又好執野又好,唔明點解要咁大聲囉。講返食物質素,差唔多$1700 二位,但係啲質素好似$300人頭咁,由前菜到甜品冇樣係叫得上好食既,特別差就有幾樣。Gillardeaun no.1 ,未食過咁難食既Gillardeaun ,如果我第一次食Gillardeaun,我估我以後都唔會食。龍蝦,霉霉地,啲汁又咸,完全食唔到龍蝦既鮮味。A5和牛 ,起晒渣連臨尾個炒飯都唔係即炒,係番熱返個飯再撈啲汁。P.S 佢戈條抹枱布啡黃色既,點解可以接受咁既衞生情況?
