Garganelli with Oxtail Ragu,空心意粉挺有咬口,口感挺不錯。意粉內裡藏滿牛尾肉醬,味道香濃,不過質感可再油潤一點,會更為好吃。

Quite good decor and atmosphe in the restaurant, relaxing but lively and open kitchen to see. tables too close together though, feels more cafe than fine dining.

We shared starters. Prawns were fresh and flavoursome. We had the mushroom starter too which was disappointing, lacked seasoning, and included chinese mushrooms which is odd for an italian. Salad ok, but nothing amazing.

Main courses. Linguini vongole arrived undercooked, we like al dente but this was in the " its still flour" category. Good news is waiter agreed, immediately replaced with a new one. Actually pretty good, needs more garlic, but generally well executed. I had the veal which was well flavoured, but a little dry. Sauce was nice and i would order again.

Worth commenting on wine, selection, which was cheap, decent selection, and comes in various carafe sizes which is great. Wine is a plus.

Service, generally excellent in the restaurant. We had a very enthusiastic and helpful waiter for the first hour, but oddly he vanished and for the second half we were covered by a variety of different staff, of mixed quality. The head waiter used to work at shiro in PacificPlace, recognised us, was very helpful. Good if they can assign a waiter to a table and keep them on it.

Overall decent enough, not very excitimg, but won't fill you with anger. Wait staff on the terrace need some smile training. And its oberpriced for what it is, so need to improve food, environment and service for that price, or drop prices.

餐廳a la carte分爲Starter,Primi和Secondi三大類。Starter中還有三種,有Verdure(Cured vegetables) ,Carne(Cured meat),Insalate(Salad), Pesce(Cured fish) 和Fritti(Fried snacks),款式多得很,叫人難以取捨。

掙扎一輪之後,從Pesce選了 Shrimp, Tomato and Fennel,和一份Primi —— Linguine with Clams and Hot Chilies分享,再每人各自叫一份Secondi。我和女同伴皆叫了Duck with Endive and Cherry Agrodolce ,而男同伴選了Braised Pork Shoulder with Averna and Cucumber,再加兩份side dishes分享。

女同伴有意叫餐酒,侍應也很友善地分析幾款紅酒的分別。未懂喝酒的我,便提議要一種果味重的酒,免得要人揹回家。侍應於是提出Franciacorta Rosé, Barone Pizzini NV ,我們便依照他的建議。

點了菜,安頓下來後,女侍應端來一個大大的麵包籃,並給每人兩塊麵包。另一邊的侍應同時從旁邊的長桌,預備橄欖油和黑醋,供我們拌麵包吃。

看到黑白芝麻外皮,立刻將麵包送往嘴裏。麵包之前一直在烤櫃待著,所以是溫熱的,讓麥香更明顯。麵包鬆軟,帶點黏度,可能是酸種所致;麵包外皮微脆,煙韌,比Linguini Fini的更充滿芝麻香,極愛芝麻的我當然沒有收手。之後點了店家提供的橄欖油黑醋,前者橄欖味芳香,苦澀味不重;後者甜度較酸味略高,應該是陳年黑醋,是別一番的風味。

侍應見我的麵包轉眼消失了,便主動走來夾多塊麵包。但我不得不婉拒,要為之後的食物留些胃納,最多待會才加。

我們的前菜Pesce沒多久就端上來。

Shrimp, Tomato and Fennel (HK$118):以Fennel醃過的本地鮮蝦燒得風味十足,沒有因爲冷菜關係而影響了香草的香氣,而且燒番茄帶出了清新酸甜的味道,開胃可口,但肉質不太爽口,較爲淋身。小盅子裏還有一些香脆炸片,和油醃亞支竹心,提高味道層次。

這時候,侍應端上我們的餐酒,先讓我們確認,開酒後讓我們先試喝,滿意之後才正式給我們喝。

Franciacorta Rosé, Barone Pizzini NV (HK$700, btl):色澤漂亮,清透粉紅。仔細看,有連連不絕的氣泡。靠近一些,透出一陣猶如草莓和白桃的香氣,亦有一點玫瑰芳香。慢慢的(也緊張地XD)喝一口,十分冰涼,味道如果汁一樣甜美,又有點在吃蜜糖的感覺。當以爲這是很女孩的氣泡酒時,喉嚨突然爆出一種勁度,感到一些刺熱,看來女孩是不能被小覷的。

再吃一口燒蝦,感覺很清幽,很和諧,挺搭配的。

店家知道我們的Primi是分吃的,所以預先給我們換新碟。

Linguine with Clams and Hot Chilies(HK$218) :本地鮮蜆雖然沒有外國來的矜貴,但勝在夠新鮮,也很鮮甜,而且多了份辣香。扁意粉也不錯,煮得剛好,達到Al dente口感。即使沒有新鮮手造意粉的蛋香,但麵條已經吸收了豬腩肉的油脂,香辣美味。

休息一會,喝喝酒,好奇看看店員預備紅酒的程序……主菜又準備好了。

Duck with Endive and Cherry Agrodolce (HK$208):油封鴨腿,樣子啡黑黑的平凡樣子,其實内有乾坤。輕輕用叉撕開脆皮,看到粉紅肉絲,光看已覺得美味。

外皮香脆,充滿脂香;内裏的鴨腿肉已離骨,十分軟腍,不用咀嚼已融化口裏,肉味濃烈,油潤感豐富,啖啖鴨肉酥香。這一切,都多虧廚師用鹽和鴨油以低溫長時間浸烤而成。加上酒浸櫻桃,酸酸甜甜。再吃一些底下的苦生菜,由於已焦糖化,味道更甜美,而且不失原來的苦澀,與肉味濃的鴨腿很是配合,顯出廚師的用心。

女同伴怕肥,不吃那塊脆鴨皮,我也毫不客氣請她讓給我吃,延長這些美好,(要借用漏漏的一句)即使知道體内脂肪會溫柔地活躍起來……

貪玩的我,於這個時候喝了一口那杯玫瑰氣泡酒,味道很奇怪,鴨酥味破壞了果酒的清新,又辣又不好喝,看來還是配海鮮比較好。

另一道Braised Pork Shoulder with Averna and Cucumber (HK$208):色彩分明,賣相較爲奪目, 但最重要的還是味道。豬肩肉看來燉煮了很長時間,肉質非常鬆化,肉味也濃,亦帶有蘋果的焦糖味和Averna的既甜又甘的酒味,好吃。其實,這塊豬肉,好中國式,叫我們不約而同說了句:“如果是中菜,用來送飯一流。”

Broccoli Rabe (HK$78):西蘭花苗味道如菜芯,但多了一絲甘苦。蒜香撲鼻,只是可能炒得過頭,質感太腍,我還是比較喜歡帶點硬度的菜苗。

Tricolore(HK$68):即三款沙拉菜,包括我喜歡的Argula。三款帶有各自獨特的苦味,尤其Argula為突出,加了檸檬汁,清新之餘亦中和了苦味。可能因爲他們的苦澀,和我們叫的兩道肉食都很配合。

有我這個甜嘴貓在場,餐後甜品一定少不了。這裡的甜品共5款,有自家Gelato 和Sorbetto 供應,另有6款芝士選擇。他們給了我選擇權,我就按我的喜好選了一下兩款。

Ricotta Semifreddo(HK$98):以同等分量的Cream和Gelato做的冰凍甜品,十分幼滑。味道帶有Ricotta的奶香,但都不能掩蓋最突出的那股橙酸,為已經頗冰涼的甜品帶來多份清新。一向喜歡檸檬酸的我,很欣賞這點綴。另外,内裏有松子仁和已雪硬的血橙肉,添了口感和果仁香。

Warm cappuccino cake (HK$98):貌似朱古力心太軟,一切開,原來真是流心的!雖然流心度不澎拜,但依然讓人心花怒放。味道不是一般的朱古力,而是挺濃郁的咖啡味,咖啡香一直在口裏徘迴。搭上煉奶雪糕和榛子碎,聽來十分奇特,但這種濃縮奶甜,就如喝杯hazelnut latte一樣,一拍即合,甚至多了冰火交融之感。瞬間,又被我們刮清光。

Lupa,外表看來陰森可怕,其實本性溫馴,盡顯母親的溫柔體貼。是晚到這裡來放下緊張肩膀,與朋伴說笑,可真是不亦樂乎。

Service is great. All waiters are very polite and nice and pay close attention to customers.

Walnut & pecorino salad - Mediocre. The pecorino was good but that's about it.

Cured cod - Way too much olive we could hardly taste the cod.

Crab pasta - This was the best dish we had. The portion wasn't too small, pasta was chewy and sauce was nicely infused with sweet crab flavours.

Pork shoulder - Meat was dry and tough. This dish tasted very similar to the 鎮江骨 you get in Chinese restaurants. There were no sides, except a few slices of cucumber and chilli. So we were expecting the meat to be really spectacular, that melt-in-your-mouth-goodness you get with pork cooked in this way. But let's say that my grandma could do a better job with her pork stews.

I visited many bars & restaurants but this one seems to have an exceptionally bad attitude! Their unfriendly Maitre' D did not acknowledge or greet arriving customers. After finally got a table outdoor, didn't realize it was such a hard work to get their staff's attention. The staffs avoided customer eye contact and focused solely on big groups. It took me about 25 mins to get a drink's menu and after that staff disappeared for a long time and could not get them back to order. Next table experienced the same frustration and they got so irritated and left.
When my friend turned up and we ordered a bottle of wine and still their staffs provided no service for us. The wine was left in the ice cooler on our table and staffs walked past our table a couple of times but with no intention to refill our empty glasses.

When I asked for the bill, the staff turned up with the bill in a flash.....so they could be efficient !!
The bill was charged with 10% service charge and complusory $1 donation (for what) ! I didn't even know if this is legal ?!

The whole experience was bad and unacceptable.

I feel a bit ashamed to say this as I am Italian, and it is a New yorker who had to come here to show HK what a pizza should taste like.The margherita was so good that I ate 2 .The first time I went there, they had run out of pizza, so I had the Crispy duck instead, the portion was abundant and it was really good. The pasta dishes were good, they tasted like home made but not big enough to fill u up.

The wine selection is good and reasonably priced

The service by the New York staff was great, the local staff still needs some improvement.

忙了一天,晚飯前與友人到了Lupa內(正確點來說應該是'外')的La Terrazze輕鬆一下。La Terrazze,顧名思義是一個terrace。露天座位加上簡約自然佈置,還有一幅仿草牆,頗有身處花園的感覺。四周雖然是高樓大廈,幸好這餐廳座落的樓數不高(3樓),因而在上空方面可以與週邊的石屎森林高度上有一段距離,空間感是蠻足蠻開陽,不錯。這部分的餐廳只在晚上開放,提供一些輕食和飲品,正是我們所想要的。翻過menu,最後我們決定分享一隻薄餅,口味方面選了經典的margherita。薄餅餡料有蕃茄醬,mozerella芝士和羅勒,對板又清新;而餅底香脆煙韌有咬口,不錯,唯獨稍嫌餅邊過厚和有點硬。看著天色漸暗,初夏的黃昏有點微風,喝著清新果香凍白酒,確實幾舒服寫意。

The staff was not well trained or well groomed with greasy hair. The pizza was not hot when it got to our table, and it tasted like cafe O's. The wine took 20 minutes to arrive. Would NOT go back . There isn't much decor to talk about but the tables could've been positioned better. The two of us were seated in a table next to a large drawer and throughout our meal, the servers kept asking me to move my chair so that they can access the items they need from the drawer. A small nuisance there.

The menu itself was quite disappointing - a bit lacking in selections. We started with grilled mushrooms. Friend's comments were it tastes like the mushrooms her mom stir fries. Wasn't bad but was uninspiring.

Then we moved on to share a pasta course and a meat course.

For the pasta we ordered oxtail ragu with some square pasta (forgot its name in Italian!) The pasta was al dente (to my liking) and quite interesting. The ragu could use a little hint of sweetness. Overall it's okay. Friend said the pasta is very 得意. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing for a serious restaurant.

Next comes the braised pork shoulder - supposed to be a signature dish, or as someone has told me. It tasted very Asian ~ and being Asians in an Asian city eating at a western restaurant ~ that feel didn't go too well. If I had that in NYC it probably would have been on the interesting side. The taste was like a cross between balsamic and chin kiang vinegar (鎮江醋), the texture of the meat, as my friend had described it, was like the meat from Chinese soup (煲湯肉). Even the cucumbers accompanying the pork felt too Chinesey.

It was too bad, if we had a larger party could've ordered more dishes to try. Heard the pizzas are great.

Having heard such mixed reviews about Lupa, my friend booked a table for 4 to see what the fuss was all about. Unfortunately, we have to agree with the negative reviews - Mario Batali or not, the food is mediocre at best, and the place seems to be resting on its laurels relying on the celebrity name.Our dining experience did not start well with us being seated right by the toilets, on a tiny table for 4 which would have been a squeeze for 2. Having heard such mixed reviews about Lupa, my friend booked a table for 4 to see what the fuss was all about. Unfortunately, we have to agree with the negative reviews - Mario Batali or not, the food is mediocre at best, and the place seems to be resting on its laurels relying on the celebrity name.

Our dining experience did not start well with us being seated right by the toilets, on a tiny table for 4 which would have been a squeeze for 2. Everything appears to be in kiddy portions in order to fit on the ridiculously small tables - tiny plates, tiny forks, tiny bread. Maybe they are trying the good old dietary illusion trick - make the plates and cutlery look small so the portions look bigger than they are!

We ordered a selection of small bites to start, and they appeared at the table so quickly after we ordered that we had to conclude they were all ready made, and they tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. Arancine is one of my favorite things in the world, but their version had bland filling (my friend mentioned it reminded him of baby food), and the crust tasted quite stale. The sardines turned out to be tiny anchovies, and their clams dish tasted mostly of greasy pesto.

The mains were a bit better - at around $200 a main, it can be considered cheap for the location. Duck confit was competent, the homemade pasta with crab was good although could have done with more actual crab, and the roast chicken weirdly tasted of pure Szechuan peppers. Their long beans side had the same stale crust that ruined the arancine.

The service is also a mixed bag. I heard that they had imported some of their New York staff for this restaurant opening, and it is so clear which ones they were. We had some great service from the NYer in glasses, very charming. Unfortunately, he was helped by some rather unhelpful staff who seemed to lack both food and attire training - the waitresses in particular all needed to go and brush their hair, and we felt like we had to ask for every little thing, e.g. our mains arrived, but we had no cutlery, so cue the embarrassing 5 min wait staring at our food, waiting for cutlery.

The saving grace for the restaurant though is their terrace, which serves a smaller menu including pizza, vs. the finer dining room. The terrace is absolutely lovely to spend a few hours, and the pizza that my friend ordered was probably the best dish of the day (although at $198 not cheap). I would gladly return for drinks & pizza on the terrace, but the dining room itself needs a lot of work.

After all the hype and hoopla surrounding the opening of Lupa restaurant by a celebrity NY chef, expectations were understandably high.
Lupa did not live up to the press releases.
The restaurant space is large but spread out so that diners in different sections are experiencing dramatically different venues.
Near the kitchen the tables are fairly well-spaced and conversation with your table mates is comfortable. However, the temperature from the open kitchen is so high that people sitting here had sweat dripping down their backs and faces.

Walking towards the restrooms the temperature gets bearable but the tables are so close together that it is akin to sitting at a crowded diner. The restrooms finally offer some true relief from the heat!
Interestingly, some people in the crowded areas were dressed in jeans and t-shirts and very casual clothes. Near the hot kitchen there was a true smart casual vibe.

The food was non-memorable. Hard to think of this as Italian. The pasta with clams was so ordinary it was laughable. A large plate of what looked and tasted like spaghetti out of a box had only a few clams. The sauce had chillis which is certainly not the norm for this dish which in typically served with a wine/butter reduction sauce.

The duck was ordinary and greasy. The fish in parchment over unwilted spinach was like any piece of white fish served at a ladies lunch. Just steamed fish with no spices except for too much salt. The arugula "salad" is a pile of arugula with no discernible dressing just shavings of cheese. The mushroom starter is a dish of sauteed button mushrooms heavily salted with no other seasoning. Disappointing.
No vegetables or sides accompany the main dishes.
There are no true green vegetables, mixed leaf salads , or soups on the menu.
The Italian ice cream was also a disappointment since it came out melted over the top of the dish (though the coffee was cold).

Nice waitstaff was very attentive.

For HK$1200 per couple the nice decor and lovely staff did in no way make up for this ordinary food.
Save your money- so many other true and excellent Italian dinners to be had in Hong Kong. And the celebrity chef Mario Batali has long since left the kitchen.

although i always wanted to try this new restaurant i was always intimidated by the bad comments written on openricefinally me and friend said we ve got to try this and see how choatic the menu goes so we arrive there at ard 6:00pm , the tables were fully booked but they managed to get us a table endless ceiling to floor windows , and the classy furniture created a strong vibe of chicthe subdued light and soft music sooth our mindsthe service was good , staff would recommend the signature dishe

( we took their word !) the fried truffle cream was absolutely delicious , crispy on the outside and very creamy with a rich taste of truffle inside
tis is my first time having gnocchi made wf cheese i must say i m not a big fan of it s texture but the sauce is good . the saltiness of the duck confit was well balanced with the slightly sweet sauce , i would definitely say it s a must trythe dining experience was great and we decided to come cisit nxt time and might sit at their terrace

Heat of air directly blown to customer's face and traffic of people for salad bar - and staff describing this table as the one with privacy?!

Escarole, Walnut and Pecorino (Bitter Lettuce with Toasted Walnuts and Sheeps Milk Cheese) $98: 7分, 先要了一客沙律, 生菜不算太苦, 幾爽口的, 配上大大塊的羊奶芝士同吃, 芝士是幾香的, 但還不算太濃烈, 始終作為頭盤, 實不宜一開始就吃得太重味道. 另外還加入了合桃, 但不夠脆口, 也拉低了分數.

Arancine (Saffron Risotto with Veal Ragu and Buffalo Mozzarella) $68: 7分, 在LUPA, fritti的菜色是推介之選, 當然要一款來試, 就揀了Arancine. 是炸得幾香口的, 皮是脆卜卜, 不過就油了點. 入面的餡料包括有番紅花risotto, Ragu汁的小牛肉以及水牛芝士, 嫌risotto的質感實了點, 有點難咬得開, 也不太吃得到番紅花的味道, 被搶味的水牛芝士掩蓋了.

Linguine with Clams and Hot Chilies (Local Clams with Cured Pork Belly and Spicy Chili) $218: 8分, 來到primi的部份, 先試的是蜆肉linguine, 份量其實不太多, 我們四個人分, 真的兩三下就吃完. Linguine質感相當不俗, 做到al dante的效果, 加入了點辣椒, 辣度適中, 是更加之醒胃. 配料方面, 蜆肉新鮮, 豬腩肉片其實只是點綴的作用, 有沒有也影響不大.

Ricotta Gnocchi with Fennel and Sweet Sausage (Cheese Dumplings with House Made Pork Sausage) $208: 5分, 跟著來的也是primi, 就是店子的招牌菜色Ricotta Gnocchi, 也因為菜色來頭大, 實在幾有期望的, 出來的效果就更加令我失望. 先講的是熱度不足, 一上檯已經是溫溫吞吞的程度. Gnocchi質感不夠煙韌, Ricotta芝士的味道也不夠香. 配上的香肉腸只吃到酸酸的番茄味, 但又不太見到茴香的痕跡.

Braised Pork Shoulder with Averna and Cucumber (Glazed in Apple and Sicilian Bitter Liquor) $208: 6分, 到了secondi, 也要了店子的另一道招牌, 怎知道水準也是一般. 豬肩肉的火候控制得有點問題, 肉質是實了點, 而Averna的酒香也不算突出. 加入了青瓜, 但怎也好像跟豬肩肉扯不上關係.

Crispy Duck with Salsify and Saba Confit (Half Duck with Grape Viniagrette) $198: 7分, 另一客secondi要的是鴨, 掛名是crispy duck, 但鴨皮是不太脆, 還好的是鴨肉火候剛剛好, 幾嫩滑. 另外用上了婆羅門參, 再加上葡萄醋, 其實這個配搭是令到全道菜色的味道是非常之濃烈, 一個人吃完這道菜也不容易呢.

Bavette Cacio e Pepe (Thin Linguine with Cheese and Black Pepper) $168: 7分, 因為Min姐不夠飽, 唯有再追加一客linguine, 這次要的是Bavette Cacio e Pepe, 比之前吃的蜆肉linguine更加簡單, 沒有任何配料, 只是簡簡單單的加上了芝士及黑胡椒, 相比之下, 這客linguine味道實在是重一點, 黑胡椒味是非常之濃烈, 基本上不太吃到芝士的味道了, 還好吃落口還算是香口的, 而linguine的質感仍繼續是al dante, 當然兩者相比, 會推薦大家吃Linguine with Clams and Hot Chilies.

終於來到大家期待已久的dolci部份, 共有5款選擇, 就揀了其中4款一試. 或者Bavette Cacio e Pepe是我們追加的項目, 店員又沒有跟甜品師傅那麼溝通好, 就在我們剛剛開始吃linguine的時候, 四款甜品就突然殺上, 加上我們將張檯不是太大, 一時間大家都幾狼狽, 成檯都是食物, 要先吃linguine還是要拯救甜品呢? 來到這裡已對店方的服務起了個疑問, 怎知道好戲在後頭, 暫此按下不表.

Peanut Chocolate Bar (Chocolate Lemon Sorbet) $108: 6分, 掛頭牌的是花生朱古力條, 相當濃烈的一道甜品. 這塊Peanut Chocolate Bar包括有花生焦糖, 榛子蛋糕, 再加上朱古力. 花生焦糖已經不是輕宜的材料, 配合上朱古力之後, 實在是偏重的組合, 而質感也是一般, 偏硬. 其實本身在旁邊的朱古力檸檬雪芭是用來中和一下那份濃烈的味道, 但檸檬味不太突出, 效果也不太明顯.

Panna Cotta (Blood Orange, Ladyfinger, Basil) $98: 6分, 至於panna cotta, 就不是我喜歡的款式, 奶凍還算幾滑的, 也有奶香, 但加入了血橙後的味道是不太懂得欣賞, 實在偏酸, 個平衡是做得不太好. 見Min姐還對這道甜品有興趣, 留給她去清掉吧.

Ciliegie e Cioccolato (Bourbon Flourless Cake, Vanilla Cream, Amarena Cherries) $98: 7分, 跟著試的是無麵粉蛋糕, 質感不俗, 不會太實. 當然甜度是比較輕宜, 對愛甜的大家似乎就不太合適了. 相反地, 蛋糕加入Bourbon這款威士忌, 酒精比例不輕的, 會是喜歡喝酒的朋友的心水. 加入雲尼拿忌廉, 是加強甜度的好幫手. 當然, 只放在一邊的安排令到客人能自己選擇甜度. 另外, 伴碟的還有Amarena cherries, 酸酸甜甜的, 也豐富了蛋糕的味道.

Date Torta (Mascarpone, Roasted Almonds, Red Wine Sauce) $88: 7分, 再來的是Date Torta, 蛋糕包括有Mascarpone芝士及杏仁, 是幾香口的, 配上紅酒汁同吃, 是個特別的配搭. 旁邊還有球雲尼拿雪糕, 夠香滑, 正好中和一下那份酒香. 不過上檯時已經開始處半溶的狀態, 是店方應該要注意的問題.

來到這裡, 就解釋一下第二樣有關服務的問題. 本來一早已經跟Min姐夾好來個surprise celebration, 也預早打電話跟店方確認在其中一款甜品上加上蠟燭, 但怎知吃完四款甜品也無動靜, 沒有任何慶祝安排. 起初還以為店方會另外安排一客甜品給總管, 但越等越耐也不是辦法, 還是找來經理去了解, 當然, 到了這程度, 甚麼驚喜也沒有了. 還好經理也免費請我們吃一客甜品及一支酒, 態度也相當誠懇, 不過對店方的安排就始終相當失望.

Espresso Bonet (Crème Fraiche, Cocoa Nibs) $88: 8分, 原來這客店方送的甜品就是餐牌內的第五道甜品, 吃完這個, 剛好掃了一轉甜品. 本來大家對這道甜品的興趣不太大, 想不到的是水準反而不俗, 以香濃的可可粒做成, 吃著這個甜品, 就像在餐後喝杯espresso一樣的感受, 再加上面頭的鮮奶油, 是減輕了咖啡的苦澀味, 簡單的組合, 但就令人最滿意的.

Montefalco Sagrantino Passito (Colpetrone 2007), 375 L, $750: 到了最後, 大家也飲飲這支酒, 是香醇的, 酒精濃度不太高, 見平日不喝酒的總管都能淺嚐就知道這支酒是比較易入口. 見時候尚早, 大家也慢慢的飲酒, 輕鬆的傾下講下.

整體來講, 店子好像是來頭好大, 但事實上, Mario Batali的店子在紐約也不算是最高班的那一級別, 他的名氣應該更加因為是他的電視節目吧. 來到香港, LUPA也不是走fine dining的路線, 而食物的質素只算是還可以吧, 特別是幾款招牌菜色也未能令人留下很深的印象. 服務方面, 其實整體態度還算友善, 但上述的兩個錯誤又幾難令人在這一欄上給予高分. 至於價位, 計給食物的份量, 是不便宜的, 加上飲品的話, 怎也不算是Bib Gourmand的水平.

不算是令人好滿意的一餐, 不過能夠一班好友相聚一晚, 掃掃甜品, 怎也是愉快的一晚.
