真係香港見過最差嘅服務!第一,經理唔以身作則,喺客人枱隔離枱食唔係自己餐廳嘅食品。第二,管理有問題,客人未食完野已經關燈,侍應最後說餐廳五點收,點解4:30已經關燈,我哋係4:10坐低!坐低時為什麼無講什麼時候會收,或者會關燈,服務有問題亦唔識處理。第三,竟然喺客人面前隔離枱講客人不識時世,完全冇後悔道歉嘅意願。

咁嘅服務唔知道可以喺香港生存幾耐。而家飲食業慘淡,竟然仲繼續有見到一啲咁嘅服務質素。

All restaurants have different open/closing times. Is this the way to treat a customer? Staff even said that in fact the restaurant closes at 5pm, so why turning off the lights for customers half hour beforehand? When we responded the manager then said ‘oh I’m just having a private conversation with my colleague’ yeah right about the closing time we ‘just happened’ to be complaining about at the very same moment…?!?

Anyhow, let's talk food. First thing first, is the Braised Beef Honeycomb Tripe 蘿蔔金錢肚, only for those who aren't afraid of trying internal organs of animals, and definitely not for faint hearted!! lols...  This tripe with radish dish is fully soaked with flavours and you know they have slow stew this dish when the white radish is soften enough to melt in your mouth.

The Glutinous Rice w/ Meat wrapped in Lotus Leaf 瑤柱珍珠雞 was the last dish we tried, and warn you, I was almost 100% full and don't really have much room for extra food. So, it didn't taste as good and didnt carry much flavou compared to other dish, but disclaimer again, my full stomach may be the reason.

人多食飯多數都去酒樓上個happy friday都唔例外見呢度唔洗好似其他地方咁排長龍就一於去呢度試下叫左好多野食最令我驚喜既係個奶皇包同燒賣真係好好好好味佢既奶皇包係可以媲美 美x皇x既 流沙奶皇包。佢係熱辣辣超級流心嫁🤤🤤🤤🤤燒賣好食就係因為佢有好大粒蝦係面,成舊好彈牙,又熱辣辣,唔會過多豬肉,搞到粒燒賣膩得濟!

見呢度唔洗好似其他地方咁排長龍就一於去呢度試下

叫左好多野食

最令我驚喜既係個奶皇包同燒賣

真係好好好好味

佢既奶皇包係可以媲美 美x皇x既 流沙奶皇包。
佢係熱辣辣超級流心嫁🤤🤤🤤🤤

燒賣好食就係因為佢有好大粒蝦係面,成舊好彈牙,又熱辣辣,唔會過多豬肉,搞到粒燒賣膩得濟!

今天老細突然痴起條根話要跟我地去食晏!大家o左咀,咁就一齊四個人去飲茶,系中環來講食個午餐!真的價值不菲,茶錢每位十六元,最平點心三十九元!不過選擇唔多,其餘大部分系$49,$59!老闆就話他第一次來這款酒樓,當然啦⋯⋯因為他是老細🤪拿住張點心紙就好似填六合彩。不過唔系擇六個字,系不停click! 四個人食13碟㸃心。唯一風沙雞翼我覺得價錢合理六十八元,八隻,味道唔錯,其他㸃心一般,並沒有驚喜,茶亦一般,環境光猛。幸好,單系老細比!四個人午餐𠄘恵$782!回公司查單意然收多左一位茶錢😔

一個肉絲炒麵,令到我幾年都冇黎呢一間酒樓飲茶,今日行到呢度,俾個機會佢啦!酒樓裝修過,光猛過以前,都算開揚。好想食燒鵝,就嗌咗個鵝至叻套餐菜心冇苦味,都尚算脆綠。燒鵝真係有半隻喎! 而且有熱的感覺,啲肉都唔韌,有燒鵝的香味,有啲酒樓夠膽死搭夠俾你,即大部份雪藏搭幾舊新鮮鵝。 呢點值得讚: 呢間冇咁做,真係同一隻鵝嚟! 瀨粉係幼身嗰隻,口感爽滑。金御鮮蝦餃我唔係想講隻蝦有幾大隻,而係想話佢嗰個皮都未夾已經散咗喇! 呢度真係要注意下。 不過蝦係彈牙,個皮都唔係腍。鮮蝦春卷個皮炸得好脆,材料好豐富。蛋黃流沙包個麵包軟滑,係師傅做,入面真係有流沙和有一粒粒細細粒的蛋黃粒,唔會只得甜味。不過服務費要加12%, 再嚟飲茶要諗諗先。
