到左1pm佢終於俾左張單我地,張單收左5個茶錢,咁我地咪叫佢改4個lor。佢仲理直氣壯話,應該收你地6個茶錢,而家只係收5個!我地即刻同佢講,明明我地得4個人,你呢個位仲要係你地d侍應走過黎擺,關我地咩事,我地只會俾4人錢。

部長一聽到就鬧我地︰你地入黎ge時候係話5個人,就算之後少過5個人黎我地都一樣照收5個茶錢!


呢下真係O曬咀,擺明老屈我地啦!邊間酒樓會有d咁唔make sense ge 做法!

我地咪同佢理論,個部長仲好意思話,你地4個人坐我地6人枱,阻住我地做生意,叫你地轉細枱又唔肯,咪收你5個茶錢lor。有無搞錯,唔係你地個餸整左咁耐先有得食,我地使坐咁耐,係你阻住我地走先真!而且你地真係覺得我地阻住,已經一早叫左我地轉枱,無理由等到而家啦!

部長見我地一直唔肯俾錢,先話計我地4個茶錢,不過係用非常無禮貌ge態度同我地講。佢話︰我自己俾個1個15蚊ge茶錢咁得啦瓜,你地快d俾錢,我地好多人等緊,唔好阻住我地做生意!

嘩!你而家當我地係咩ar,我地唔係俾唔起個1個茶錢,係覺得俾人屈錢!簡直係強搶!

Weekday 12pm, raining outside... and it wasn't too busy. Very easy to get a table, get your hot tea & water and start washing your crockery. Not the cleanest plates prior to our rinsing, but then again, not the worst...

Oh, and the tea really wasn't nice... Way too bitter... not quite sure what was wrong with it... Just your regular oolong...

Anyway, filled in the form, they do have a few starred items to show their speciality, the siu mai being one of them. Ordered my usual medley the har gau, prawn cheung fun, chicken feet & special fried rice. The waitress was kind enough to say that's more than enough for a lunch for 2.

All of it turned up pretty quickly, but the portions were large, fresh + good quality. The siu mai was indeed one of their specials. It comes with a prawn on top!

Polished off my portion of the food, but it probably was a lot of food for two, so we took a doggy bag home for my tea.

Quick, efficient, good portions, I like this place. Next time, I'll try more of their menu or bring a large group of pigs.

晚上兩人到中環金御吃晚飯,人客並不多,可以揀選「電視位」電視汁送飯。甫坐下,還未點菜,侍應已放下一碟前菜($20) ,用芽菜腸仔絲混以麻醬製成,都幾好食嘅。小菜款式方面,一張A4紙寫完,並不算多。加上近年尾,餸菜價格應mark-up左,大概要$80起。最後點了菠蘿生炒骨及海味雜菜煲。菠蘿生炒骨的甜酸汁味道恰到好處,不會過酸搶口,配上至愛的菠蘿及水蜜桃,感覺更見清新。生炒骨方面,約有八九件,賣相幾好。生炒骨肉比骨多,而且夠腍入味,幾好食。至於海味雜菜煲,面上有斑塊、蝦球、魷魚等等,菜蔬有菜心、小棠菜、豆腐等等,賣相味道皆令人滿意。飯後有杏仁茶一碗,口感不夠滑及杰了一點。既然係送的糖水,尚算合符預期吧。

已經一肚火, 原本有d肚餓都搞到食唔落。但係估唔到.....
蒸海班仔 - size正常, 但一擺低, 個待應就想整散d肉淋豉油, 我話唔駛, 等我地自己黎, 因我都聽聞過有d酒樓會預先"偷"走魚腩, 然後上菜時假意幫客人淋豉油, 乘機整散d肉掩飾。結果我真係發現魚腩明顯冇左一忽 (呈長方體, 切口整齊) , 於是即時叫另一個部長 (之前果個已經不肯再過黎招呼我地)
估唔到呢個部長都係用惡劣既態度狡辯:冇攞走魚腩, 果個位係內臟黎架 (內臟响內腔, 唔係出面, 依家外面冇左忽肉) 呢個位唔係魚腩, 係pat pat (!!!!!!!!! 唔係丫嘛, 係個肚位叫pat pat
就算係都唔應該冇左??) 條魚新鮮先係咁~ 蒸熟左咪爆開.....分開左囉(

We argued with the manager about the extra tea surcharge that we had to pay for our friend who was not here today but he refused to waive it. He insisted on the payment and told us as we requested for the 3 people table, we had to pay the requested service charge by the restaurant no matter what happened.


We told him we would be willing to pay for the extra cost if his staff had informed us about the compulsory tea surcharge that we would have to pay at the first place (i.e. before we got the table). However, this was not the case and he turned around and forced us to pay for the requested bill. This is not about money, its about whether the restaurant is being reasonable to customers.

Given this is a restaurant in Central, the staff should have been trained to provide better services. However, the manager and staff in general were impolite and inconsiderate to customers' needs. I highly recommend all the viewers not to try this restaurant unless you want to have a dreadful experience.

全城反對吃魚翅的風氣,大有直逼美女以身殉道,用全裸來反對皮草之勢.在這一類酒家眼中,梗係睬你都戇x.如果套餐無翅,仲使做生意?這個餐內有紅燒竹笙花膠生翅,翅針少得可憐,一小碗內都不知有沒有兩三條,竹笙份量最多,花膠佔很少.不過質感則沒有飲宴豆粉翅的杰,就是真的.

清蒸大海石班水準極差,肉質粗到咬不開,魚味欠奉,連豉油都淡得離奇,問你怕未?鮑汁金錢螺鮑片最可取的,是伴菜的冬菇.叫什麼泰式海鹽雞?鹽焗雞就鹽焗雞啦.好地地為何加個泰式在前面,泰拳好抽過詠春的麼?這個自稱用海鹽焗出來的雞,肉質很"鞋",雞味全無,連鹹香也欠奉.

伊麵夠乾身,但不入味,炒飯非常之油,不過味道極淡.最後的紅豆沙,一比九十九,不如叫紅豆水吧,才最貼切.

一早不對此頓晚飯寄予厚望,可是未想過水準是差到去如此地步.大家旨在聯誼,手上的啤酒紅酒喝光,便即刻去樓下超市補倉,根本志不在食.最慘我又不會"吹喇叭",又不會一罐駁一罐生力,真是難為我肚皮了.

金御離開公司有一段距離﹐但仍然吸引到我和同事久不久就來一次﹐是因為﹐它的點心在中環區來說﹐最得﹗菜苗餃、炸魷魚蘇、蘿蔔糕、各樣廚點﹐都很精緻和好味。普通點心的價錢一點也不便宜﹐所以我覺得叫廚點比較著數。缺點是中午十分擠迫和嘈吵﹐而且一定要訂位。相片是晚市叫的炸子雞和炒勝瓜。

今晚同屋企人食飯,叫4個餸,無兩個餸.算!唯有再從Menu選過新菜式.落單時,部長好不願意地落單,像我們客人做錯什麽.餸菜味道不錯,只是部長態度極差.以下又一example,叫了"山根豆腐".我們發覺山根的油"益"味很重,不能接受.於是要求換菜.部長竟然質問我們: "你知唔知乜野叫山根!?! 你知唔知乜野叫山根!?! 山根係用油炸的"油"益"同油炸味,我們識分別囉!!! 嬲到爆!!己經Black list 咗呢間嘢.

同班同事去食晚飯,發覺茶杯有漬,冲水洗一洗.伙記又不取容器來讓我倒走污水,(很多酒家都有此服務),員工企在旁邊又睇唔到碗水.(等了很很久),諗住費時麻煩人,將碗水倒在隔離空枱上碗內,點知部長即時寸我,應該叫佢倒水.還把空枱即時換布.(倒水時濺了幾滴而己,真是幾滴,一點也不多).真是好心犯惡意.又無冷氣,要叫才開冷氣.真是踢一踢,郁一郁.餸菜又麻麻...唔怪得,整個酒家,只有約十枱客,下次只有9枱客.因少了我們.
