萬發係佢未搬之前食過一次對佢既薯仔牛粒留下永不磨滅既印象事隔兩年,終於約到幾個朋友去再食喇本來想叫個滷水拼盤,不過賣晒,因為又係另一推薦既菜因為我唔食蝦,所以叫左個金沙九肚魚軟滑既九肚魚被甘香既咸蛋黃包裹著食落唔會好似椒鹽咁驚𠝹親個口一個字:好好味!平時我唔係好鐘意食豆腐,因為我覺得豆腐一係冇味,一係就有陣臭豆味,所以我好少好少會食豆腐但朋友介紹話琵琶豆腐係加入左菇等等食材同豆腐搓成球製成,咁我就試下喇,又幾好食喎,雖然搓成球,但又唔會覺得佢好鞋口,加上個汁,真係無介紹錯時菜炒肉片朋友叫錯左,本來應該叫個石頭窩,不過都冇所謂喇,都係想食個菜姐不過都有驚喜喎,佢個肉片唔會好乾好鞋,唔係講笑咬落有少少汁今晚既主角薯仔牛粒識食既我梗係食左薯仔先,薯仔切到岩岩好一口一粒,薯仔夠焾,加上一層甜甜地既糖覆蓋著,所以唔會一夾就爛仲有少少脆口牛粒肉汁豐富,絕地唔會咬唔開,誇張啲講冇牙呀伯都咬到,加上甜甜地既薯仔,呢碟餸真係冇得頂

但朋友介紹話琵琶豆腐係加入左菇等等食材同豆腐搓成球製成,咁我就試下喇,又幾好食喎,雖然搓成球,但又唔會覺得佢好鞋口,加上個汁,真係無介紹錯時菜炒肉片

都好幾個月無去食飯 萬發搬左新鋪都唔知,仲同屋企人白行左一趟。對比起舊鋪,新鋪的環境及裝潢真的令人感覺舒服而且冷氣充足。現在還有卡位坐。今次一行5個人,我次次黎都總有幾個餸必叫的,薯仔牛柳粒、可頭鍋雪女紅丶撈魚皮丶西蘭花花枝帶子(唔係好記得全名了)。但今次的餸菜真令我大失所望,講一下令我失望的菜式。先講撈魚皮:魚皮不爽口,仲要有腥味,仲要唔夠味,以前會比埋胡椒粉及鼓油自己撈,而家三吹四請個侍應組姐都唔拎調味料比待地。鼓椒炒蜆:蜆殻仲多過蜆肉,仲要有腥味,好難食。啫啫雞煲:雞煲送上時沒有香味及煙,沒有鑊氣雪女紅:石鍋好似無燒熱,把雪菜同芥蘭撈的都好幾個月無去食飯 萬發搬左新鋪都唔知,仲同屋企人白行左一趟。椒鹽九肚魚:炸得不錯好鬆化,但係叫極個侍應都唔拎醋過黎。薯仔牛柳粒是我最期待亦令我最失望的。牛柳粒切的好大粒,薯仔不夠味沒帶外脆內軟的口感,香味欠奉。一向保持水準的萬發,真係令人大失所望。過一排再去過先

薯仔牛柳粒是我最期待亦令我最失望的。牛柳粒切的好大粒,薯仔不夠味沒帶外脆內軟的口感,香味欠奉。

成日聽人講話萬發真係好好食,今次就讓我試一試佢,睇下佢係真唔係啦⊙⊙叫左佢既招牌菜,薯仔牛肉粒。薯仔的確係外脆內暖,但係就稍為過分乾身,而且牛肉粒數量有不足,好快食晒。 確實令人稍微失望。 蠔餅油分略多,成張底紙都係油。不過蠔仔真係好多,而且食落去唔會成口都係粉,係可以encore 魚香茄子煲味道略為少甜,反而較為辣,用黎餸飯,真係一流。茄子就反而唔太入味,口感有啲過硬,食落口反而唔算吸引⊙℃⊙

呢間萬發小菜,等咗40分鐘都未到我哋,又冇俾飛,淨記名同電話,我哋7個人,人哋遲嚟嗰啲都入晒去,8個人枱又話大得滯要搭枱,6個人枱又話我哋坐唔到,到有個7個人,問個小姐點解人哋遲嚟先有,又話人訂咗,明明睇住個客同佢登記,擺到明我哋小朋友(3個小朋友)多食得少唔想做我哋生意,走人!永不幫襯!(小弟從未响openrice寫過評論,不過今次真係好慶)

十點左右來到,不用等位,我們位即叫了蝦仁炒蛋,蝦醬蒸豬頸肉,啫啫排骨,豉椒炒蜆,估不到會一樣都很難吃,炒蜆唔新鮮超腥,豬頸肉有雪藏味,啫啫排骨炸得太乾,唯一蝦仁炒蛋算是不錯,真係後悔去咗呢一間,比起九江街那一間真是差很多。

由吉舖到完成裝修只不過短短一個多月,今天終於品嘗返萬發嘅菜色,例牌叫招牌菜薯仔牛肉粒,並且叫生炒骨,薑汁介蘭。星期二,九點左右,不用等,即刻有位,場面相當熱鬧,冷氣明顯不足夠, 等了很久侍應呀姐才奉上茶杯,筷子…………等,匙羹還有上家的食物殘渣,再次承請呀姐給我一壺熱水,一洗,杯,碗起潺,明顯還有洗潔精未過清。餸菜很快送到,一試即灰了,招牌菜薯仔牛肉粒嘅薯仔炸得唔夠火喉,沒有外脆內軟(似烚熟多),牛肉粒過火變柴皮,牛炒骨不是排骨,似肥豬扒切成一條條,但七成喺肥膏。薑汁介蘭太硬兼有臭青味又無薑汁,好明顯介蘭冇出水。這間新萬發比起以前耀華街嘅水準爭好遠,亦相對九江街遜色
