深水埗有好幾間萬發不知道是否同一個老板這間位置很方便 就在黃金的斜對面我們四人總共叫了四道小菜和人頭飯金牌風沙雞 半份聽說是招牌菜之一第一次聽風沙雞很好吃 上面很多炸蒜雞有點像炸子雞很快被搶吃一空薯仔牛柳粒另一道招牌菜非常好吃 有丁點兒辣味薯仔很脆口椒鹽鮮魷出面很多都是細細條這間很大條這個菜忘了名字石窩菜都是招牌菜熱騰騰 有些類似魚香的東西 又有些菇片之類的味道不錯喔

深水埗的小菜館有很多,間中都會相約三五知己食小菜啤啤去。第1次去呢度食小菜,事關朋友極力推薦呢度既黑椒牛仔粒。佢最特別之處係用來炒牛仔粒既薯仔是十分脆口,他果然沒有介紹錯!與其他同樣有名的小菜館相比,的確係較惹味!除了牛仔粒,不可不提的是豉汁蒸鱔及大大煲羊腩煲!價錢上,羊腩煲並不便宜3百多元,但很足料,冬菇支竹馬蹄很入味羊腩很多,我們4個人吃不完。還有我最愛的豉汁蒸鱔沒想到這里的鱔是如此爽口,份量合理!原來他們在餐廳有自己的魚缸,即叫即捉即煮,很鮮味!我們還點了飛天通菜及豉椒炒蜆水準正常。對於經常在深水埗吃小菜館的我來說,暫時是最好吃的

第1次去呢度食小菜,事關朋友極力推薦呢度既黑椒牛仔粒。
佢最特別之處係用來炒牛仔粒既薯仔是十分脆口,他果然沒有介紹錯!與其他同樣有名的小菜館相比,的確係較惹味!
除了牛仔粒,不可不提的是豉汁蒸鱔及大大煲羊腩煲!

還有我最愛的豉汁蒸鱔
沒想到這里的鱔是如此爽口,份量合理!原來他們在餐廳有自己的魚缸,即叫即捉即煮,很鮮味!
我們還點了飛天通菜及豉椒炒蜆
水準正常。
對於經常在深水埗吃小菜館的我來說,暫時是最好吃的

這間餐廳有幾間分店的,之前食過九江街那邊的,今次想座舒服點,於是訂了黃竹街呢邊。近排興羊腩煲一開始就訂定個先,阿姐推介的是日例湯就……無味道。之於椒鹽鮮魷,鮮魷嫩滑味道唔錯。翠塘豆腐,這道要花多少少功夫的很多店舖已經沒有做過款菜式,有的做的隨便交貨,而這店家也做的,對比其他店舖來講已經是做的好,廚師花多點點時間心機,真係食得出的。多款配料味道清淡,當成枱餸菜都肥膩的時侯,這道菜式可以清清味蕾。碟雞也夠份量,煮得剛好唔會過熟,皮滑肉嫩。食得肉多也會點些蔬菜食吓,簡單的炒通菜,。因為有長輩,所以懶點,就點了咕嚕肉(貪佢無骨),容易入口。個羊腩煲的價位幾高吓,不過份量十足,炆煮得夠腍入味,配料也很豐富,還跟配一碟菜香味濃的筒篙菜,真係值得的。如果得4個人食晚飯真係叫一煲就飽晒,可能吃不完!。今晚焦點係最後出場的招牌菜薯仔牛柳粒,聞名了一段時間,今次有機會親嚐了!真係牛柳淋軟入味,薯仔煮得軟硬適中,調味也能突出牛柳薯仔這個配搭。今晚晚飯整體也感覺良好。

講開深水埗大排檔 有邊一個識得萬發小妹我食咗兩次萬發 對上果次都已經係兩年前嘅事還記得兩年前 初食萬發 覺得超級好食印象最深刻就係黑椒薯仔牛柳粒為咗再一嚐美食我決定今日同屋企人再萬發可惜再黎到嘅時候 發現價錢貴左近一倍而嘢食質素 每況愈下薯仔牛柳粒味道無變 但因為價錢貴左嘅關係 性價比低至於其他餸菜方面炒蜆同蠔油吊桶 味道普通同一般跟外面普通嘅大排檔冇大分別 亦冇驚喜個人認為愛文生 真係好食好多如果大家有其他推介 歡迎同我講呀

自己好少會黎呢類菜館,今次一行四人一齊食個晚飯黎呢度食個晚飯。我地嗌左四個菜。有薯仔牛柳粒,金沙魷,金銀蛋時菜同埋馬拉盞炒飯。d菜一上,我地都嚇親,因為我地冇諗過甘大碟,甘足料。不得不說,個薯仔牛柳粒真系好好味,佢個薯仔好冧好有蜜糖味,個牛柳粒都好冧,真係一定要食的招牌菜。而個金沙鮮魷就好香口,好香蛋黃味,非常唔錯。但個金銀蛋時菜就比較普通,唔算有特別的驚喜,唔算特別好味,就只是普通的。馬拉盞炒飯也較普通,不夠香口。整體而言,算是很抵吃,因為真的超大碟,一定要嗌招牌菜!

不得不說,個薯仔牛柳粒真系好好味,佢個薯仔好冧好有蜜糖味,個牛柳粒都好冧,真係一定要食的招牌菜。而個金沙鮮魷就好香口,好香蛋黃味,非常唔錯。

但個金銀蛋時菜就比較普通,唔算有特別的驚喜,唔算特別好味,就只是普通的。馬拉盞炒飯也較普通,不夠香口。

整體而言,算是很抵吃,因為真的超大碟,一定要嗌招牌菜!
