每次去親深水埗的文記車仔麵,次次都見到大排長龍。文記有好多餸任選,我點左一碗四個餸的油麵麵的口感幾彈牙,餸就揀左豬大腸、豬紅、玻璃辣魷魚、瑞士雞翼。豬大腸其實唔似大腸似小腸多d,但都夠彈牙,仲有少少油脂,肥美甘香又冇怪味,必食推介。 豬紅口感偏脆口都幾滑溜。玻璃辣魷魚口感爽彈,但唔太入味,只靠個汁好在個汁辣辣地幾惹味。必食的大熱之選瑞士雞翼,我係為咗佢而去~ 雞翼夠入味,味道帶甜,肉質軟嫩,可惜縮左水好多~

每次去親深水埗的文記車仔麵,次次都見到大排長龍。

文記有好多餸任選,我點左一碗四個餸的油麵麵的口感幾彈牙,餸就揀左豬大腸、豬紅、玻璃辣魷魚、瑞士雞翼。

豬大腸其實唔似大腸似小腸多d,但都夠彈牙,仲有少少油脂,肥美甘香又冇怪味,必食推介。

豬紅口感偏脆口都幾滑溜。

玻璃辣魷魚口感爽彈,但唔太入味,只靠個汁好在個汁辣辣地幾惹味。

必食的大熱之選瑞士雞翼,我係為咗佢而去~ 雞翼夠入味,味道帶甜,肉質軟嫩,可惜縮左水好多~

我哋今日一家三口朝頭早就去食文記車仔麵,因為順便經過就想食,都唔算好多人排隊,等咗大約10分鐘就到我哋。我就嗌咗一碗粗麵,叫咗蘿蔔,瑞士雞翼同埋玻璃魷魚🦑其實啲餸都真係幾好食,因為我經已唔係第一次幫襯,所以耐唔耐我都會想食吓佢個車仔麵,佢嘅辣真係調得唔錯👍🏻但係今次個粗麵就真係有啲失準,食嘅時候夾起嚟仲會有一餅餅嘅感覺,都未將啲面完全分開晒,仲有啲硬,真係有啲失望😖另外我叫咗一杯熱菜蜜,嚟到個杯邊係好污糟,抹極都抹唔甩,咁我就再叫佢換多另一杯俾我,再換過一杯嚟,個杯邊仍然都係好污糟,我唔知佢係有換,定係攞返原本個杯嚟俾我😅咁我最後就冇用過杯嚟飲,倒咗落另一個杯用飲管飲。今次整體嘅感覺真係有啲失準,希望只是今次失準,如果唔係就真係配唔上米芝蓮呢個稱號。
