瑪寶鮮海鮮酒家 飮茶點心套餐又係星期日飲茶食點心時間,叫咗$138午市套餐,兩籠點心加碟牛肉炒麵,再贈送多籠甜品,連茶費再加一,實付$191,以尖沙咀地段,屬於優惠街坊價。食物質素就一般般,牛肉炒麵賣相雖然睇得下,但上枱時唔係熱氣騰騰嗰種溫度,似乎唔係頭鑊親自下廚,牛肉及炒麵份量都可以,牛肉較為煙靭,有少少咬口,食物溫度唔夠,立即大打折扣。三籠點心溫度就正常,蝦餃皮唔夠煙韌,一夾就散,唔知係唔係冇咗竹筍餡,蝦餃缺乏口感。至於蒸排骨份量就真係唔多夠,只係有排骨加蒜蓉,味道還可以,排骨有一半腍一半韌,而紅棗糕就可以唔使多講啦!茶樓衛生整體算合格,枱與枱之間位置較為相近,服務態度有禮親切,比一般酒樓更好。

《炭燒蜜汁叉燒》
睇圖畫已經覺得好靚,圖文相符,叉燒屬於厚切,少少燶邊,肉質鬆軟,肥瘦均勻,加埋個蜜汁,果然係招牌。

《咕嚕肉》
前面有好多咕嚕肉好厚粉,但係呢度外殼夠薄,同埋真係咕嚕肉,唔係生炒排骨,啖啖肉,加上個汁亦都唔會太酸,好好味。

《脆皮雞》
朋友點名叫,隻唔算好大,但係真係皮脆肉嫩,好juicy,感覺好似細個去飲食嘅炸子雞。

《避風塘釀茄子》
朋友話呢一款係小食,真係大大件嘅小食🤣茄子釀嘩花膠,炸得香酥,加上炸香蒜,好有驚喜。

《太極鴛鴦飯》
又係另一個兒時回憶,以前家酒樓先有呢味。一邊白汁雞皇,另一邊係蕃茄底,記得一碗飯要兩樣味道有哂,大大碟,味道剛剛好,醬汁誤會過杰,好滿足。

今次與舊朋友聚會及慶祝生日,舊朋友選了一間酒家,這間酒家我很喜歡,地方雖然唔大,食物質素很高,真係覺得是舊朋友,舊同事聚會嘅好地方,朋友之前已在酒家預先點了菜,因為有啲食物需要提前兩三天預訂,朋友點了四款餸,雖然唔太多,但每一碟都分量十足。堂剪妙齡乳豬,乳豬皮很脆,皮與肉中間沒有肥膏。翡翠功夫大海斑,這條魚真是考刀工,將全條魚起晒骨,然後砌返成條魚,魚肉又滑,勁!!蝦兵蟹將腸粉煲,蝦不是一般的,又彈牙又大舊。另外,就是壽桃包,朋友生日梗係要慶祝一下啦!整體這間酒家食物一流

中學同學生日飯🎉,我地差不多每個月都有生日🎂飯食,每次都非常丰盛,今次搵左瑪寶鮮海鮮酒家係尖沙咀寶勒巷。每次去邊食我都唔擔心唔好食,因為佢地揀的未未衰過,今次都唔例外。妙齡乳豬塊皮好脆好香👍,紅燒乳鴿每人半隻超好味,龍躉球都好好味平時食果啲會好漏,唔知點解呢個食左幾舊都唔覺,炸蟹鉗都唔錯啖啖肉,不過有啲同學就話一般😅,咕嚕肉、魷魚鬚….都有水準,最後的壽包好好味,我平時麻麻地唔鍾意食壽包,但今次比面試下,點知食落好好味我成個都食晒😋,仲打包一個返屋企添🤣

瑪寶鮮很久沒有到來,朋友突然提起這個酒聚的地方,一於舉腳贊成。蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子~朋友帶來Smith 2009 白,打開餐牌,便點了蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子王,在這有個好處,就是帶咩酒,再在餐牌內點咩菜。椒鹽豆腐~皮脆內軟,喜歡脆皮外的點點黑芝麻,下酒小吃好拍檔。薑蔥煲仔羊膝蓋:由於今晚酒友有主題,所以點菜交給友人負責,薑蔥蒜爆得香口,大大塊骨頭連著點點肉嘅騷香,配紅酒份外惹味。乳豬半隻~店員推介,乳豬剛剛燒起無法抗拒,影完全相,斬件即食,美味甘香。梅菜蒸菜心~梅菜帶點點薑汁味道,筆者很喜歡。整體來說每道菜式都熱騰騰,食店免開瓶,而且在尖沙咀區,所以吸引了不少酒友到來坐上客。但注意的是,我們當晚是星期五晚,未知是否因為疫情,食店九點多已是Last order ,所以唔會收得太晏。
