住在太子已五年多,真的察覺不到這間小店,門面不太突出,也非常平民。竟想不到原來這樣出色!單看lunch set的菜名,已覺得是很有特色的菜。是日餐湯是甘荀香橙湯香橙湯?!第一次試。湯十分creamy濃郁,一入口就感覺到很鮮的橙味,估不到甘荀跟香橙這麼匹配,甚有新鮮感。 法國香橙鴨配薯泥($48)汁的味道很有層次,應該除了橙,還混入很多香料。鴨肶很嫩滑多肉,更愛下面的薯泥,很有薯仔味,點少少汁來吃非常好味~新奧爾良蜜汁豬扒配意粉 ($48)豬扒煎得很香很惹味,蜜汁做得很出色,跟普通茶餐廳的蜜汁豬扒完全是兩回事。旁邊的白汁意粉味道很淡,也很合理,中和豬扒的濃味,可是意粉太"林"身了。這個lunch set價錢,有如此的main course水準,有湯,有飲品,真是超值了~

新奧爾良蜜汁豬扒配意粉 ($48)
豬扒煎得很香很惹味,蜜汁做得很出色,跟普通茶餐廳的蜜汁豬扒完全是兩回事。旁邊的白汁意粉味道很淡,也很合理,中和豬扒的濃味,可是意粉太"林"身了。

這個lunch set價錢,有如此的main course水準,有湯,有飲品,真是超值了~

is a little bit disppointed, layers are too salty & overbaked after 20 mins come to my table, seafoods are too small & non-chewable at all; tiramisu as a partner to my cup of coffee which is blended by the machine come with a spoon inside it
taste not bad but can be more performable

tiramisu ($10) is not the orginal recipe form : its just layer of chocolate cake with ordinary cream only

well, when I find I'm the only customer inside the cafe, Mrs boss start prepare next day's job with her husband after move all the table aside, then meat & french-bread (half-cover with plastic-bag) pack out from same fridge through on the the table
Btw, take-away: clam chowder is really tasty & thick with clam ($18)

Other Info. : 在我們用餐期間,最令我不滿意地方,大多是此餐廳的服務上! 第一:說話態度。 我有不明白地方,向她問問時候,她會很輕佻回答,我聽完感到好唔舒服。我不知道此餐廳是否做街坊生意,還是睇人做生意,無論點都好,完全無禮貌可言! 第二:對客人以外態度。 我們進食期間,有街外人入內想查詢一些事,但是遭到惡言相向!我不知道問了什麼,但是知道她們說自己很忙很忙,在繁忙中,還問了和本餐廳沒有相關問題!我真是不清楚這是否適當理由。 第三:服務態度。 我們踏入門口前,以至訂座時候,完全沒有提過用餐時間是多少!這間餐廳只有一個人負責煮,一個負責服務客人,所以上菜方面是比較慢的,但是我們可以接受。 我最不能接受地方,就是嘗試「吹」,什至「趕」我們,因為我們都差不多吃完,時間上只用了1小時多,我們正在享用飲品時候,佢竟然講「坐多一陣好啦」,我聽完真係好嬲,原來佢係留左我地將枱比下一班人,你要做生意我無問題,但我覺得應該要事先通知,而唔後「先斬後奏」! 最後,呢一餐我真係食得唔高興,一是服務影響,二是食物質素,名大過實,想做到高級餐廳質素,但是茶餐廳比它還要好。 最後一句,冰飲要加4蚊。

小時候居住加拿大﹐常常到Richmond的漁人碼頭吃Fish & Chip(炸魚薯條) 和Clam Chowder(周打蜆湯)。回到香港後﹐未有一間餐廳的clam chowder味道﹐能比得上我在加拿大吃過的﹐直到我吃過這間餐廳的周打蜆湯後﹐我終於都回遺失已久的味道﹐在香港找到了﹗其實周打蜆湯最難控制是湯的濃度和落粉的比例﹐這間小店做得相當出色﹐做得好creamy和好滑。如果可以加上一面海景﹐我還意為自己回到漁人碼頭呢﹗因為自己太愛吃的關係﹐所以都是吃光後才記得拍照。但好吃的東西﹐根本就來不了拍照﹐請多多見諒﹗因為每次來到這餐廳﹐只能快速吃過湯後﹐就飛奔去上夜學﹐希望下次試食其他菜式﹐再給食評﹗

然後系沙律. 個醬汁系自家製. 佢同我地講話有 Mustard + 蜜糖 + Whisky, 味道不錯, 賣相也很好

之後就系主菜

我自己食青口墨魚麵, 佢個醬汁又系好好食, 可惜青口有點略老

母親ge牛肩要6成熟 (其實老闆話最多六成熟, 母親即要6成-.-), 肉質不錯, 不過6成真系過熟, 去吃這個ge話可要4-5成

弟弟ge羊胺味道很濃, 薯仔也十分好吃

父親ge比目魚才是驚喜, 魚肉鮮甜, 肉質很滑, 非常有水準

甜品方面, 我們要了紐約Cheese Cake, 義大利Cheese Cake 和朱古力蛋糕 (餐可加$10 要一樣). 得別一讚紐約Cheese Cake 芝士味濃郁.

It's such a good experience to have dinner there!

很久沒有寫食評了、但看到一間這樣用心經營的食店、實在不寫不快。這裡前身是Ms Cafe、但越做越差、所以沒有再打算幫襯;早前看到轉了名稱、原來已轉了老闆、老闆也是大廚、前身是某大食店的主廚、所以食物的水準、也可以保證。今次我們叫了二個晚餐、包括忌廉湯、沙律菜、羊胺加原個薯仔、青口墨魚麵和咖啡。忌廉湯 - 味道很濃又很多料、須然細細碗、但很好味。沙律菜 - 個醬汁很出色、加上沙律菜、很開胃又好食。羊胺加原個薯仔 - 今次要了五成熟、感覺是熟了一點、還是上次的四成熟好一點、羊肉味道唔會太羶、很入味;最喜歡還是那原個焗薯、加上那特別的醬汁、有口感又香濃、但份量對我來說是少了一點。青口墨魚麵 - 墨魚麵是一般現成買的、但加上大廚調控的醬汁、味道就提升了不少。咖啡 - 唔會太苦和太酸、但淨飲還是唔多適合、比一般算是好。價錢唔貴、食物水準物超所值、最可惜是地方太細、只有三張(12個位)、如多人的話、可能要等很久。老闆很用心的經營、食物又出色、實在值得推薦!

老闆很用心的經營、食物又出色、實在值得推薦!

朋友說一直想試下LEE間餐廳,但係OPEN RICE上面又冇咩人氣,所以都冇抱有好大既期望黎LEE到食野,上網睇左食評話LEE到既牛三角好好食,我從來未食過牛三角,所以貪新鮮既我即時點左一個牛三角,另外重叫左個香橙鴨晚餐。牛三角,真係好好味,好似肉眼既口感,但比肉眼UN 少少,好JUICY,肉味比肉眼更濃香橙鴨,個人不是太喜歡食鴨,但佢隻鴨都整得幾好味,由其係配合埋D香橙汁,不過個人黎講都係比較鐘情牛三角多D...整體LEE間餐廳真係唔錯,值得一試,重點係平,以LEE個價錢食到錦既質素真係好抵~

其實樣樣都好好味。尤其是份牛三角。我們初頭都唔知道牛三角係乜,但侍應極力推薦,我抱著姑且一試的心態叫左,真係超好味!

仲有Rib Eye同羊鞍我都好想試下,一定會帶其他朋友再食!
