筍同流心蛋意見同上。

雖然我寫到好似覺得一般, 其實已經比好多所謂日式拉麵好好多, 呢間絕對有去日本食拉麵嘅感覺, 而且佢同日本一樣係*唔收加一*, 值得推介!

另外加既小食炸雞我自己覺得還可以,
食落雞肉有肉汁,有少少辣味😋
只係外表唔夠脆,唔知係麵粉定個油温問題🤔

價錢方面,人均消費大約$20-$110左右,
而家午市優惠凡惠顧小食一客送罐裝汽水一罐😃

其實大致上都唔錯,
只係我覺得店鋪位置開得唔太適合,
因為葵芳店外面係街市,
外面賣生肉既腥臭味飄左入店,好影響食慾😣
店員既服務態度幾好👍🏻👍🏻

如果我住附近既話應該會買外賣多吧!
因為外賣街市既肉腥味我真係頂唔順😅😅😅

Eating ramen does not necessarily require thick pork bone soup. Occasionally, eating ramen with soy sauce soup is good.

This time I came to Noodle House Marukyo in Kwai Fong. I think in addition to the soup, the slow-cooked pork can be said to be the characteristic of Marukyo. Just looking at the presentation has won.
However, the only failure of the whole bowl of noodles is on the noodles. Although its taste is refreshing and elastic, the taste itself is not thin, and the taste of clear soup is a bit out of place with this noodle.

呢間拉麵店嘅一大特色就係佢哋嘅「真•叉燒」,佢哋話係用咗真空低溫烹煮技術整叉燒,所以叉燒會係粉紅色,6片叉燒圍咗喺碗邊,睇落真係好吸引🤤佢哋嘅拉麵有3款湯底同4種叉燒嘅配搭可以揀,配搭都算多,不過就無得揀拉麵嘅粗幼度同軟硬度~拉麵偏幼同偏硬,個人覺得軟硬啱啱好,而且幾掛湯!•🥢 真•叉燒拉麵 (濃湯) $103豬骨濃湯幾厚身,飲落唔算好濃,但好夠味。溏心蛋好入味,蛋味幾香😋叉燒有6片,調味唔多,肉味好濃,而且整體唔太肥,因為切得好薄,所以唔會好柴好韌,但肉質都唔算嫩~•🥢 豚骨拉麵 (+黑蒜油湯) $73+12黑蒜油湯睇落同食落都唔會好油,黑蒜味超香濃,仲有少少焦香味🤩呢碗嘅豚肉比較嫩同肥少少,但肉味就無慢煮叉燒咁濃,唔知係因為黑蒜油湯嘅濃味蓋過左肉味,定普通叉燒嘅豚肉味真係冇咁出嘢~•🥢 大板燒風味餃子 $37沙律醬+燒汁味道稍酸而且太鹹!食拉麵已經濃味,但個餃子更加濃味😖 餃子係普通日式菜肉餃子,因為太多汁嘅關係,脆面嘅餃子都淋左😭

黑蒜油湯睇落同食落都唔會好油,黑蒜味超香濃,仲有少少焦香味🤩呢碗嘅豚肉比較嫩同肥少少,但肉味就無慢煮叉燒咁濃,唔知係因為黑蒜油湯嘅濃味蓋過左肉味,定普通叉燒嘅豚肉味真係冇咁出嘢~

今日突然想食下拉麵,見好耐都冇去食呢間葵芳拉麵今日下午差唔多6點就去試試真叉燒拉麵 (之前同朋友食過2-3次左右,都只係覺得合格左右)真叉燒拉麵整體普通  叉燒雖然慢煮,但冇咩肉味    而其中8-10片只有1片比較好食同比較有肉味   整體算係嫩滑既肉片 隻蛋就係一隻沒有醃製過的流心蛋,流心的效果有少許但吃起來帶點苦味我就叫左清湯,至少不太咸      另外麵既口感我覺得唔太好,所以整體算合格   5/10

Other Info. : 呢個價錢就唔算太平或貴,但對我來講性價比唔高 (基本唔係想就近腳食拉麵就唔會再幫襯了) 另外我係X田到買包拉麵返去自己煮,果包36$2個人食用既拉麵都比唔少拉麵店既好 當然都比呢間更好食同更香既麵味 如果要我找拉麵店來食,都係有緣去日本或台灣到試吧-__-
