第一次同男朋友嚟食環境都算唔差 可以再好少少服務麻麻 如果啲嘢食係同時上就會比較好我叫左個角切魚生丼 唔洗幾分鐘就已經上左而我男朋友個丼就等左二十分鐘左右仲有叫左個雞之盛宴但其實就是全部都是雞如果個魚生丼可以同埋其餘既菜品一齊上會更加好 暫時個賣相都還好試完雞之後 反而覺得雞太乾魚生太少 飯乾左啲啲服務員都好似好少用托盤 如果可以落食物或者收碗碟都用返托盤會比較好最後如果埋單既時候唔洗自己行過去會更加好未必會再來食

難得同呀母親大人撑台腳,行完商場就去左食日本野,丸十日本食堂。店鋪幾闊落,有吧枱同大卡位,坐得好舒服。第一樣就黎左燒和牛肉丼,係一碗燒和牛飯再配個溫泉蛋。遠望到有個師傅即場係客面前燒嘅,都幾快就上咗碗牛肉丼飯。 就甘望有血水,似係7-8成熟。都幾新鮮有牛肉味,但燒得比較乾身,但撈反個溫泉蛋濕反就好好食。第二樣就係海洋之盒,有多款海鮮,大大粒帶子、鯖魚、四舊魷魚串著,帶子同鯖魚比較突出,有小小酒味汁(唔太肯定),幾新鮮,然後比較可惜得一條長蝦唔夠分。最後就叫左碟最普通最平既刺生盤,就試試啦,食完唔係好分到,但至少唔會食到好凍成口冰甘。日本野係新都會大商場黎講算唔錯,係葵芳坐低食飯敘餐地方真係唔多選擇。

今日朋友帶了我到了這間在葵芳新都會的丸十去吃好東西。我們入到去坐在舒適的四人卡位之中,打開Menu,樣樣都好似不錯,一於叫佢地推介既美食先。手羽先可以叫我其中一次覺得最好味嘅雞翼,佢熱辣辣剛剛做好咁上枱,燒得剛剛好,裏便非常之有肉味同埋非常之多汁,十分推介之選。煎餃子非常不錯,味道香口有肉味,煎得十分香脆,內裏鬆軟。天婦羅烏冬天婦羅用上了原隻鮮蝦,一樣咁好,味道香口不油,也是很不錯的選擇。而烏冬方面湯底濃厚入味。壽喜燒鍋到了另一個重點壽喜燒了,日本人為左慶祝才會吃的。牛肉份量適中入口有即溶的感覺,很不錯的。他們還為了增加滿足感而包了原隻玉子添,讚好。鐵板燒地雞最後店員送上了一樣咁味道Juisy既鐵板燒地雞為完美的一餐畫上完美的句號!。

逛商場逛到攰,見有些許餓又未到晚飯時間,決定搵間日本野點幾味輕食解吓饞。旁邊就係元氣,以價位比較起來丸十都算貴價,心中自然有期待,相信食物質素唔會遜色。$198六片和牛薄燒,包裹著切段韮菜,表面灑上蔥花及炸蒜。韮菜不多、並無爽脆感,和牛片肉味頗淡,勝在入口帶油香,加上香脆又帶略微韌勁嘅蒜片提香,算係拉上補下過關最平價嘅玉子燒反而唔錯。蛋卷軟嫩、蛋汁充分,鰻魚油脂多、滑嫩不腥,整體口感好嫩好滑好飽滿。愛食刺身嘅朋友恐怕會大失所望唔新鮮又帶腥氣,唯獨吞拿魚夠厚身又唔腥;鮮蝦頭大身細,但蝦頭幾多膏。壽司手勢唔錯,握得結實不散,飯粒大小適中不濕不乾,預先加入豉油同醋拌勻,味道足而淡香,不需額外調味灸燒蝦同中拖無咩特別,中間嘅金目鯛軟嫩又有魚香,吞下後口腔仍保留餘韻,算係失望中嘅小驚喜。
