走入今次試果間食堂,第一樣叫咗份茶碗蛋,個解構簡直靚到不得了,食落又系滑溜溜嘅,正到爆!👅然後係個海膽軍艦,海膽鮮呀姐,黏豬手咁,一入口即係海嘅味道。噢,勁正!跟住試咗呢個牡丹蝦,彈牙度同淡淡嘅甜味,真系叫人停唔到口。嚟到精彩部分,我超愛嗰盤自家製鰻魚玉子燒,滋味完美融合,每啖都滿足到呢!啲忌廉芝士鰻魚卷?講真,芝士融入得啱啱好,又唔會搶嗮鰻魚星光。再講吓個炸蝦卷,外脆內軟,蝦味濃郁,真系好開心!😍雜菇炒嘢樣樣齊,每款蔬菜都保留到本身嘅爽口,響味蕾上踢咗個小漂亮。至於丸十豚肉丼呢,講真咁多肉丼我食過,佢哋個豬肉又香又滑,仲有種誘人嘅甜味喺度徘徊。最後個抹茶雪糕配紅豆白玉丸子,由始至終,港人味道冇離手!🥄咋,平民化嗰種食評,我就嚟咗呢一篇。行開飯堂,又食到咁靚仔嘅日本菜,幸福味道!希望下次再嚟,都可以咁正! continue reading

最近吃過這家丸十日本食堂~Meun種類非常的多選擇~點了一個5種類刺身set🐟🦐有三文魚,油甘魚,帶子,吞拿魚同埋甜蝦~每一種刺身有兩片,每片刺身都很厚身同新鮮👍🏻另外再點了個廚師發辦盛合12貫🍣😋~有我最愛的海膽壽司🧡還有拖羅跟三文魚籽壽司❤️刺身壽司都很新鮮👍🏻🍣🦐熟食方面就點了最愛的燒牛舌串試試🐮👅~忌廉蟹肉薯餅🥔🦀還有日料必食既鰻魚玉子燒🍳😋玉子燒超級Juicy!總結:味道不錯就是正常水準的日料🤭價錢偏中上,所以CP值並不算高。但店內環境坐位舒適闊落👌🏻 continue reading

上星期去飲嘢,諗住叫枝清酒飲吓,餐牌上有好多款,但最終都係得兩款選擇,叫咗枝獺祭飲啦,飲第一杯時都覺得啲味同平時飲開嘅唔同,以為未夠凍啦,隔多一陣飲第二杯,真係怪怪哋喎,於是乎攞枝酒睇吓,嘩!枝酒制造日期係2018年囉。於是叫個類似嘅經理同佢講啦,睇吓有冇第枝換,佢竟然話全部都係2018年制造嘅酒🫣。佢要求自己試吓枝酒,我俾佢試,佢話冇問題喎。但係成枝酒都變哂味啦。清酒一般制造年份一年內就要飲,但呢枝係五年囉。雖然佢哋有取消枝酒,但係佢哋都真係要check 吓啲貨囉。 continue reading
