值得重點推介就係棉花雞,去過咁多間酒樓,未試過有一間魚肚多到咁,成個底都係魚肚,無芋頭墊底,雞都好滑,真係每次食都好滿足。

其次推介係牛雜,味道調得好,配以桂林辣醬,一流。不過今次牛雜少了牛腸,感覺就差咗啲野咁。

意外之處係美心竟然都有特價點心,20蚊。所以點了牛栢葉同炸雲吞,水準正常。

炒飯原來都係正常,但喺美心,就對品質有一定期望,因為碟飯無乜特別,三文魚有啲啲腥,所以就有點失望了。

以前有車仔一定要坐地下,但無咗推車仔,坐2樓環境闊落啲,仲要人少好多。

服務環境都屬好。 而家物價貴,所以食美心反而已經唔覺佢好貴了。以前就係覺得好貴,所以好味。而家係合理價錢換好味。

病毒關係吾想四圍去山長水遠走入深井裕記食燒鵝,在屋企附近揾好食燒鵝原來吾係咁容易,切鷄就除時揾到,但燒鵝好食真心難揾,試過幾間燒味店都吾掂,太興,廣東燒味,林記燒味都幾好,最差係如心廣場如粤,如廋又乾及凍,最慘係一定有貪起部份,份量少得嚇人,只得美心今次吾錯,價錢合理,隻鵝份量足無貪起,肥廋適中多汁入味,拿到返屋企一會吃仍暖,低讚希望繼續保持此水種。

Well worth waiting for in the queue which can be long. First impressions are of a high class restaurant. The food is good but not exceptional for Hong Kong with a wide variety of dishes supplied by ladies pushing trolleys around the restaurant, very helpful if you're new to dim sum. The decor is traditional chinese. Sadly this restaurant is let down by the rude and unhelpful staff.We would eat here again but with lowered expectations of the service.

周末一早醒左,時間尚早,試下用手機取票,去美心飲茶。然後先梳洗出門,去到美心還要等5張枱,等左大半個鐘。這裏特色系仲有推車仔賣點心。來這裏最愛吃鳳爪,夠爽口。牛肉球上有冬菇。叉燒腸用料十足。帶子菜苗餃皮薄。牛栢葉稍為遜色。

經過荃灣綠楊坊,不得不想起美心皇宮,今日是平日,但是等位的人潮也很多,好不容易才找到位置飲茶,這間美心皇宮仍然保留推車點心的制度,很懷念過往小時候茶樓的情景。今次點了荷葉飯、蝦腸、素粉果,先說荷葉飯,乾身而且份量也很足夠,味道不會太鹹,飯粒亦不會太硬,可以試試,蝦腸的粉是很滑的,蝦也很大,不過蝦的醃法多,吃不到蝦本身的味道,素粉果與其他酒樓分別不大,美心的茶是很有茶味,其他酒樓在這方面實在比不上,所以我還是很愛去美心集團的食肆。

老朋友兩公婆帶我們去荃灣綠楊的美心皇宮原來他們熟悉的介紹食孖寶波士頓龍蝦會 e 面粉葛陵魚濃湯湯料照奉上讓人客看以示有材料的龍蝦有肉另一個寶是北京烤填鴨這種填鴨太瘦不是專門做烤鴨的肥種所以皮比較少油脂差少少就係差距天地肉也鞋皮不夠酥脆是脆的只是油與香濃度不能與正價烤鴨比美心的薄餅亦是沒有什麼味道不香不甜也沒有咬口如同雞肋食之無味棄又可惜咁樣填鴨包頭個涼瓜豆豉炒鴨肉遲到成二十多分鐘瓜很苦不過男生倒欣賞綠楊美心非常旺唔憂做
