如果佢地加返多少少人手應該會服務更加好。
不過以美心皇宮黎講2千幾蚊全包食到一圍12人嘅餸真係算抵。

星期日去美心皇宮飲茶向來都是挑戰耐性,首先是排隊,取票排隊入座動軋便要等2-3小時。其次是就算入到座都未必可以食到想食的點心,因為大部份點心都是從點心車拎,所以點心車沒有基本上就是無得食現在有遙距排隊已經比以前好很多,一早用手機取票再計好時間去到茶樓入坐就可以,今次取票時間同入座時間相差了2.5小時入座時間約12:30,時間尚早應該可以食到想食的點心向來是美心皇宮的茶客,一早已製定好了必吃的點心清單,2人份量為灌湯餃、叉燒腸、奶黃包、咖喱尤魚魚蛋及叉燒飯。結果只有最愛的灌湯餃沒有首先流心奶皇包,包皮非常鬆軟,皮薄料靚,一咬流心奶皇即出,正!接著是叉燒飯,叉燒肥瘦度剛剛好,叉燒汁用來送飯,很好吃,幾乎每次去都會叫這度菜,見到茶樓很多客人都叫,這度菜的口味真的很大眾化!最後是咖喱三寶(魷魚,魚蛋,蘿蔔),剛才叫的叉燒飯的白飯也有用處,這度菜的咖哩汁送飯最好不過,咖喱汁很香口,魚蛋很彈牙,魷魚又滑,配合咖喱汁很好吃午茶大合照美心皇宮的點心一方都保持一定的水準,今次能食到大部分想食的點心已經很不錯了,期待下次再去

今天一早決定要找家還有點心姐姐推著點心車叫著"蝦餃!燒賣!"的酒樓懷舊一下。還有想吃竽角,千層糕和馬拉糕。這四樣就是今天的重點。一時三十分去到,拿了號碼輪候二人枱。要等大約一百個號碼,足足等了一小時多一點。其實真正有人的號碼很少,可能不到十份之一。四人枱的更少,每每叫二十個號碼也沒有一個客人真的出現。這情況可能部份是因為那手機排隊的app所賜。建議大家下次想去美心的酒樓飲茶,可以考慮下載它的排隊app, 值得的。美心皇宮就是美心皇宮,裝潢設計及服務質素永遠沒有驚喜,但亦不會令人失望。只要不是要靠它去取悅女友或未來外母的話,不會有問題的。入坐後,還未開好茶就已經急不及待四處張望,看看各點心車上有什麼吃的。"一小時的等待"絕對是令人開胃的前菜。原來今時今日點心車只是一種可有可無的裝飾,大部份點心還是要用點心紙叫。車上來來去去都是那幾款點心。再加上我們入座得遲,很多想吃的點心也賣光了,包括最想吃的芋角。不過賣晒都係好事,唔怪佢,唯有下次請早。很可惜,整體點心都唔合我口味,除了那XO醬煎腸粉我喜歡外,其他都不想多說。那灌湯餃最失敗,既然要古法製造,就唔好未上枱已經穿左啦,啲湯唔知去晒邊? 唯一

環境同服務是可以的,不過以百五蚊一個頭黎講,佢既食物質素真的連美心一般的水準也不能達到。

攞飛呀姐黑面、執檯呀姐只顧與熟客傾計慢手慢腳,我企響度等佢等咗10分鐘、食物質素差、伙記只理熟客、埋單埋20分都唔嚟!係我飲過最差既美心集團,極火火火,離曬譜無下次!

今晚有突登入去食一食個晚餐,點知野食勁咸,服務態度超差...連經理級都係一樣完全唔樂意聽取客人意見幾張台先得一個侍應,野食試錯晒,又要等勁耐,地方又迫,一定唔會再去

星期六 2:30開始70%以上點心沒有。粉果比街邊差,皮不夠爽,太細粒!服務員對可提供點心認知低,落一次訂單,才看點的那些是沒有,再向客人說那些沒有!出現多次點單多項沒有!實在各大連鎖酒樓中未曾遇過的服務,有那些沒有不能一次說明!

星期六 2:30開始70%以上點心沒有。

粉果比街邊差,皮不夠爽,太細粒!
