娜娜平日喜歡選一些有「獻」汁的送,貪它好拌飯嘛!在餐牌上見到這個金瑤琵琶豆腐賣相不錯,便叫了一試。味道不錯,而墊底的菜芯也新鮮好吃。

中銀信用咭不用2千元, 實在係好抵, 還包兩渣橙汁.
份量都好大好足夠的, 大蝦都好大隻的, 幾爽口呀, 好大碟, 烏冬OK, 個汁好香芝士味的, 好味道.
花枝丸係有些麵粉包住嚟炸, 都好香口, 不過花枝丸冇咩味.
鴨胸好香, 同埋都好多的, 好食呀, 有淮生的, 又爽口, 這個好啱口味.
個羮有點似火鴨絲湯米的湯, 只係加左些花膠絲, 其它的材料都一樣, 咸咸地, 但怪怪地.
鮑菇都好片的, 好爽甜, 草苗好好味, 好甜, 唔漏. 隻雞都好入味, 都夠滑身, 唔肥的, 條魚OK, 幾滑及多肉, 唔會過老.
最後的湯水係芋頭西米露, 冇芋頭料的, 好水好水咁, 西米好少, 呢個真的唔掂, 好難食, 食滯好大窩係度呀.
到呢日中午,美心打電話俾我,話6:00pm有枱,因有人取消booking,問我要唔要?我問有冇限幾點交枱?佢答有,8:00pm要交枱.我答我遲少少覆佢.佢話好的,但快,因唔多枱,而且第一個就打俾我.
咁我問屋企人早唔早到啦,但唔得,趕唔切,於是維持8:00pm,當然,我都同美心講返,唔好拖人o地.
最後佢o地7:45pm俾到枱我家人,我o地,研究完menu後,就決定要$598.00o晚樂聚天倫四人套餐再點啲菜,點好後,好快有:

上到枱好精緻吓,o岩o岩有8粒, 佢唔係好熱,口感同味道都正常冇問題;個雀巢就用春卷皮炸成,原以為唔脆會’益’.但原來唔係,係新鮮炸,脆口o既.

其實我o地原本叫$78.00o既南乳溫公齋煲,$108.00o既金枝襯玉葉(金菇瑤柱扒豆苗)同$68.00o既菠蘿生炒骨,落單時侍應即刻話金枝襯玉葉(金菇瑤柱扒豆苗)冇晒,之後食食吓又分別話另外兩樣都冇.而我o地將菠蘿生炒骨改為要欖梅砵仔骨後,等同追o左好多次都未有,都有半個鐘,我o地就直接問經理,唔出到o個句”未整就唔要”都唔跟,卒之一分鐘內o黎到. =.=”
Book位o既服務俾我印象唔錯,但除o左上面追單o既經驗外,佢o地俾錯o野我o地,然後另一枱好似話叫o左白飯都等好耐而不滿.
冇辦法啦,情人節又星期六,又年尾,提早食團年飯o既人多嘛.
我o地8個人亦叫o左7個飯,埋單$1,226.50.
先嚟一碟生炒排骨, 點解細碟左咁多, 再嚟片皮鴨, 細碟的鴨, 一籠皮, 醬一碟, 冇啦, 家姐問仕應那些蔥及青瓜有沒有, 仕應說依家咪俾你, 態度已經不友善.
再嚟係翡翠花姿蝦仁, 又係好細碟, 一碟黑松露醬脆皮上素卷,只係得八件, 我們係一圍, 起碼有十二件吧, 我們一路食一路討論點解D餸細碟左咁多的, 又唔夠分, 鴨皮只有六塊, 問仕應可否要多一籠鴨皮, 佢話你地個餐係咁多架啦, 要另外加錢, 咁我地就加左一籠皮啦, 但越食越唔對路, 問仕應究竟呢個餐係咪十二人一圍的餐, 她竟然答係呀半圍六人呀麻.....
我們訂的是十二人一圍,唔係半圍, 她話咁我叫廚房補番果半圍俾你啦. 然後繼續來那半圍的菜, 馬上叫他們叫廚房停止再出半圍份量的菜給我們, 我們要完整一圍的份量. 那些仕應只是不停說那負責落單的在廚房跟進中.
過了一會兒, 那負責的四眼男仕應生定部長定甚麼走過來跟我們說已經幫我們跟進, 會補回那半圍給我們, 我們問他那片皮鴨是否也要補回, 他說片皮鴨是一隻的, 冇得補, 那麼叫半圍及一圍都係一隻鴨, 咁點解要叫一圍呢?? 還不停的說甚麼補給我們, 又完全沒有悔意, 只是不停的找藉口推搪, 家姐要發火鬧佢, 先說那麼再送一隻片皮鴨俾我地. 這樣就是美心大集團的服務, 水平真的這麼高嗎?!完全唔掂, 一堆仕應係度, 但我們一大圍十幾人, 難道十幾人食六人份量不會覺得出奇嗎?!只可以說真的係失望, 混乱. 有沒有培訓員工呢?

之後我o地拎返屋企喇,睇睇個盒,好細個, 但裝潢幾靚,打開睇, 個月餅比迷你月餅更細件, 度一度,直徑只有4.5厘米, 真係超細件,即刻覺得有啲被搵笨. 就算佢唔寫迷你,都已經有心理準備係咩size,但唔係咁囉.
31-8-2014(Sun)朝早,我終於忍唔住要攞o黎食,我同男友先食半件,打開睇,個皮都幾油,切開埋,內裡真係半流心,顏色亦比較深. 食落,蛋黃味好香濃,口感幾滑,但太甜,如果佢唔咁甜同做返大件啲,咁就好完美.

而雙黃白蓮蓉月餅呢? 其實我o係公司都已經成日食,因為老闆送o左一盒俾我o地.而自己呢盒就o係尋日(6-9-2014 Sat)朝早11:45,我o地食完裕滿人家o個個,爸爸要開多個月餅食,我即刻提議食美人呢個,因即時對比到兩間月餅o既分別. 影好相又食喇.呢個明顯蛋黃油份高啲, 口感自然鬆啲,而蓬蓉o既味道都比較好食,爸爸都讚.

翅,都OK,唔會好結好多漏汁的感覺,都多料的呀,有些蟹肉,魚肚,翅等
花膠鵝掌,好大好大好大隻花膠呀,不過我覺得好厚,好膠,可能我麻麻地花膠,可能細件小小,或者用刀叉食好D呀,鵝掌都幾大隻,好味的
豆菜苗,好好味,好鍾意食,力埋芽菜一齊食,正呀
魚,條魚好大條,不過蒸得太耐,好老呀,D肉都唔滑呀.
最後的甘桔馬楴露,好怪的味道,可能又係我地唔鍾意食馬碲露啦,所以覺得唔太好味,甘桔味道又唔夾,總之好怪的.
套餐還包兩渣橙汁的.
美心係大碟夾抵食的呀,服務又好.
睇過開飯,地鐵站附近的南豐中心有兩間酒樓,一間服務差到會問候家人,一間等點心時間冇半個鐘都九個字…基於食飯時間有限
突然醒起綠楊坊有間美心皇宮,所以黎左
入到去已經下午茶時間,兩點九到…已經有位…坐低d阿姐就叫我快d去d推車仔度拎野食…三點就冇車仔
這個年代還有這些點心車的酒樓真是小之有小
我即刻去拎d燒賣,雞扎,鳳爪…
大家即刻唔客氣…食左先!
由於大家都係點心怪的關係,三個人都叫左超過十籠點心
講番食物
大部份都係不算大碟
燒賣,雞扎,牛肉球,叉燒包…不過不失
炸物叉燒酥,咸水角…不會覺得油膩熱氣
還有點了兩碟小炒,55蚊一碟:
火鴨炆米…湯好清好味,不是味精湯,但鴨肉好像不太新鮮有點霉味
咸魚雞粒炒飯…足料,雞肉好大粒,我覺得可以,但兩老都話咸魚味唔夠
驚喜位:鮮竹卷…開頭望個樣以為灌湯餃,睇真d先知係咩,超多汁…仲有舊菜膽
整體黎講可以接受…一個鐘內黎齊晒食飽飽食埋糖水走人
總括而言,美心冰皮的餅皮的確是改進了,口感煙韌更佳,但除了熱情果柚子的流心問題外,另外三款雖然流心,但餅底卻看到明顯的冷縮熱脹做成的凹陷,雖然不會影響味道,也希望明年能有更改良的版本吧。 吃過冰皮,是時候試試我喜歡的奶黃月。今年的美心尊貴奶黃月餅包裝很高貴,用來送禮,對方應該很開心吧? 和冰皮一樣,奶黃月面上有美心二字,今年包裝上多了一金屬圓圖案,真如名字一樣尊貴了很多。
今年,每一盒尊貴奶黃月裡都有一張問卷咭,客戶可上網頁填妥問卷,可得一份小禮品。 奶黃月要熱的才好吃,把它放進微波爐加熱十秒左右,就差不多了。輕輕切開,雖然已經經過微波爐加熱,但切下去的感覺餅皮還是有點過濕過腍。
切開後,中間的奶黃餡偏向黃色,蛋黃味有但不重,甜而不膩,味道還是一貫的美心水準。
冰與火的交融,先吃冰,後嚐火,兩種不同口感味道的月餅,各有特別,也很滿足。今年的美心月餅,我就只差最喜歡的雙黃白蓮蓉還未吃,就留待中秋節才吃吧!

不過又唔係太多人鐘意坐2樓~因為無推車仔點心..要剔點心紙
但對我地黎講真係無所謂~反而仲覺得幽靜好多^^ 我地點個"一盅兩件"
菜乾粥+潮州粉果
粥底比較杰~通常自己都會加少少水中和濃稠度
粥底夠味~料好足..最鐘意食脆脆~伴粥食特別正~香口又唔會炸過火 潮州粉果皮層好薄..有一隻薄到穿左~味道正..料足皮層夠煙韌 "芋角" 傳統 酒樓炸點心~今次個味道ma ma..唔夠五香粉
而且味道好淡+無乜料~外層就夠鬆脆 "蓮蓉包" 美心既包類本身都做得好好~由其中式包包層..好軟綿綿帶彈性又有包味
黃蓮蓉餡好香..唔會好甜~餡料份量剛剛好..不過有蛋黃仲正(以前細個食有架)
煮蓮蓉既時間都掌握得好好~因為試過有d食店既蓮蓉..燶+酸味的 整體食物依然有水準~只係個芋角比較失色左
That being said, I didn't find the experience all that satisfying. I can't say that it's Maxim's fault-- but there were language barriers. At other dim sum places (like Jade Garden) you get little paper menus to check off what you want. Maxim's still does the push-cart thing, which is big in the US-- but of course, there's no language issues in the US. Mostly you can just point at things you want, but there were a couple of times where they came by with a cart where you couldn't see anything and they wouldn't show you anything except signs, which were written in Chinese. There were other minor issues too-- I think we got two dishes free, because they forgot to write them down on our card, but I couldn't really explain that to anyone.
From subsequent reading-around, it seems like not all Maxim's are created equal. The one in Central has computerized images of dishes on the trolleys, and English AND Chinese. That's just not true at the Tsuen Wan location. Here's what we got though:
Rice sheet rolls: They were a little crispy from frying, which I liked, but also a little bland-- not much filling.
Sesame balls: Sometimes these have bean paste in them. Not this time
Shrimp dumplings: What can I say? It's a prawn in a dumpling skin.
Fried crab rolls: These were actually great. Unfortunately, they were a little lukewarm.
Shrimp wontons: I like fried things as much as the next person, but there wasn't much going on here.
Cha siu buns: Classic. And tasty.
Siu mei dumplings: Meh.
At the end, I recommend going to Jade Garden instead. Maxim's says they have "over 100 dim sum dishes" but I didn't see much more than 15. The push-cart thing is bothersome if you speak only English, and none of our dishes were as hot and fresh as I would have wanted them.
