-公仔麵 - 8/10 times i order is 軟硬識中, but maybe 2 times is hard
-凍檸檬茶少甜: 夠大杯, need to ask for less ice too, the sweet level of less sugar is prefect for me, good (their hot drink is large too, but i usually order cold ones)

 夜晚想吃 Light meal 立即想到味皇魚蛋粉,喜歡這裏有多種的選擇。灣仔這間分店的味皇,主打是湯粉,有聞名的魚皮,也有魚蛋牛丸等等湯粉提供,晚餐也有抵食的咖喱套餐以及焗飯精選,我就想吃湯粉,所以點餐時點了紅燒豬軟骨配冬菇米線(HK$30),另加時菜菜心(HK$5)。紅燒豬軟骨配冬菇米線(HK$30):味道:不得不讚這裏的份量很多,如果是兩位女士,可以一碗湯粉Share另外再叫其他小食都夠食。紅燒豬軟骨有三數件,炆得好冧好軟熟,醬油也非常之入味,但吃落口也不會覺得咸。冬菇有兩件,都是炆得很軟很滑,有蠔油的香味。至於湯底似有雞湯的香氣,濃郁得來並不覺油膩。最貼心是米線已經配有些生菜,即使不另加時菜,也可以均衡一些飲食。這個餐加時菜也只是5元,有菜心供應,可配蠔油。菜也煮得清綠,吃落很爽脆,實在不錯。現在百物騰貴,能以三十多元吃一頓晚飯實在不易。所以我本人也是很 appreciate 這店在附近。

家裡辦火鍋聚會,有數人指定要吃的火鍋料包括了炸魚皮,參考了《全港食材最強》秘笈中推介了味皇魚蛋粉的越南龍利炸魚皮,就買來一試囉!店子就在灣仔地鐵站附近,檀島咖啡旁近,算是非常方便的地點炸魚皮就放在店門口的當眼處,是用密氣獨立包裝封好的,六人火鍋本來想買一包,結果發現一包的份量好少!一包大概只有六七片魚皮,所以我們決定買兩包!越南龍利炸魚皮($15 一包)到底這個又貴又少的炸魚皮有什麼特別呢?真正剪開包裝拿出來時,確是讓我們每個人都驚訝不而:從沒吃過這麼厚、這麼堅脆的炸魚皮!一片魚皮的厚道足有平常魚皮的三倍,但還是很脆,有硬度的那種脆!放在湯中煮了十秒還不會軟掉!令我們各人都嘖嘖稱奇!也難怪一包少少的賣這麼貴了,成本大概也不低吧!總括來說,這個魚皮相當特別,也不錯吃,值不值得買則見人見智!試一次絕對無妨!

到底這個又貴又少的炸魚皮有什麼特別呢?真正剪開包裝拿出來時,確是讓我們每個人都驚訝不而:從沒吃過這麼厚、這麼堅脆的炸魚皮!一片魚皮的厚道足有平常魚皮的三倍,但還是很脆,有硬度的那種脆!放在湯中煮了十秒還不會軟掉!令我們各人都嘖嘖稱奇!也難怪一包少少的賣這麼貴了,成本大概也不低吧!

即叫即煮~~所以都等左有5分鐘~~~雖然唔系話什麽驚為天人的味道~~~但系個番茄湯底調得剛剛好~酸甜適中~質地又唔會太杰或者太稀~~仲可以食到唔少番茄肉同洋蔥~~~
生菜同菇菌就新鮮好味~~~~~~米線亦都剛剛好~~~

對於一個病人既味覺來講~~依一餐真系好好味~~因為無胃口到後來都食左一大半~~~食完人亦都精神翻好多~~~~

去睇新城頒獎禮前吃個五點幾的早飯, 朋友未到自己在灣仔搵食...味皇記得以前是吃粉麵的, 尤其魚蛋類, 現在卻轉了為多樣式的茶餐廳...叫了個燒雞扒飯拼紅豆綠茶~~~~叫了少飯所以剛剛好, 雞扒算多汁同幾林, 而且有蔬菜濕濕地唔駛咁乾...綠茶唔係太甜, 而紅豆都唔係太硬~~~~~三十幾蚊的晚餐, 不錯了!!!

五月上旬‧熱約了雜誌做訪問,地方就在附近。就在上去之前,行經這裡,看到成箱的炸魚皮,全部是畢直樣子,薄薄的,看似很脆,很吸引,就買一包來吃。直直的一塊,吃起來不很脆,卻很硬。似乎是適宜拿去打邊爐又或是放麵湯吃較好一點,淨吃的話,幾考牙力。一包十二元,份量不少。吃了一塊,就將之弄碎,拿去酒吧睇波時當薯片吃,是下酒良品。

灣仔有多家味皇,這一家不是茶餐廳,賣粉麵為主,不過我在這兒多選一個飯,就是豬軟骨飯。豬軟骨的汁做得杰身香濃,有些肉碎更滲在汁中,骨邊的肉很淋身,不錯,唯一不好是軟骨位不夠淋,而冬菇也厚身好吃有菇味。午市不算人多,如果不想在百伏棧台灣小吃等半小時,來這邊吃也不錯。如果吃得較少,魚皇五寶也好吃,我特別喜歡那個長長的炸魚皮,一看就想吃。

近排都幾多煩事。今日麻煩哂大佬同我買野,之後就一齊遊港島,最後黎到呢間野食返餐。要了一個牛肉魚餅撈及一個日式雞扒加蟹餅飯。前者,我都食左舊牛肉,普通肥牛也。淡左少少,但都正常,因為撈麵D汁我無食。後者,個汁幾好,但D肉同餅就好麻麻,雞扒好硬同蟹餅係幾無味。但三十幾蚊有埋野飲,覺得都合理呀。而且服務都OK~我地試相機都無被人煩,幾好啦。做朋友很講緣份,突然的一個話題,很可以拉近彼此。唔該哂,大佬。

The noodle set I ordered came with Organic beanshoots, making it a balanced meal of meat, carbohydrates and vegetables. The portion of beanshoots was quite decent too, a bowl of beanshoots in soup with strong sesame oil seasoning.

講座過後,時間不早,找點簡單的東西吃過便回家.想起了這店,上一次味皇的海南雞飯叫我失望,希望這次的魚蛋粉能挽回一點點滿足.五寶河 - 是一個適合心多的人,不用煩要吃上甚麼. 魚皮餃,炸魚皮水準一般.反而較喜歡魚片頭,爽口,彈牙亦不失鮮味.墨魚丸亦很不錯,不會粉粉的.魚蛋亦是心水之選,不會遜於江仔記.河粉則如江仔記的,是半透明的河粉,感覺特別滑和薄.湯底也不錯,很鮮甜,喝後亦不會口渴.給其他食友所言,河粉裏還有兩條芥蘭,但愛吃菜的我也多付了$5多要一碟芥蘭. 芥蘭灼得太久,變"淋"了,幸好只是$5.咖喱牛腩+雞肉串米線 - 賣相不討好,看得出沒有甚麼心思.只是在湯米線加了一點點的咖喱汁,完全吃不出咖喱味,實在是可有可無.雞肉串味道一般,跟在超市買的沒兩樣.牛腩可以,煮得頗軟身.取名味皇魚蛋粉,沒有說錯,魚蛋粉的確不差,至於其他食物,建議在別的地方吃好了.

這天下午~我路經灣仔想醫肚, 一諗起就去了味皇魚蛋粉啦~因為食物質素有保證~價錢亦比其他食肆相宜, 我點了一個下午茶餐:照燒豬扖湯烏冬加紅豆冰~豬扖煎得香脆, 燒汁和湯底都十分美味~一試難忘
