今非昔比,疫情關係,蘇豪區已經好多餐廳都已經易手。呢間餐廳其實係好多次嘅Restaurant Week都見到。但係最後都冇揀到,今次真係機緣巧合,見到價錢唔使三舊水,餐牌又有咁多嘢食,先至有機會試。有吧枱坐,有近窗邊玻璃大窗位。我哋嗰日雖然係第一個客入場,但都係得返幾張望住廚房嘅枱仔咋。再肥啲就坐唔落呢個枱仔位。。$298有Welcome Dish,前菜、主菜、拌菜、甜品or咖啡。比起其他餐廳平咗成舊水呀!咪話唔吸引!Welcome Dish 🌮Fish Tacos墨西哥軟餅上鋪滿紫椰菜洋蔥+炸魚塊香脆,加上莎莎青醬,酸酸地,開胃先。Starter🍖Smoked Pork Spare Ribs(+25)詞窮,我淨係覺得幾好食,仲好食過主菜。Starter🫙Chicken Liver Pate雞肝醬好滑好香,酸種麵包可以俾多啲我就好啦。我忍唔到口不停食,真係好正吖!表姐話我梗係飽啦,淨係食包都爆曬。Main🐷The Works邪惡焗烤豬腩肉,不過只有兩片薄薄都覺得有啲硬。做法好似班尼迪蛋咁上面有隻糖心蛋。但同網友之前介紹嘅烤豬腩肉卷係有所分別,可能餐單改咗啦!Main🐔 ½Rotisserie Chicken因為食肉眼加錢$120-,食威靈頓又要加$110-,唔合乎經濟原則下就揀咗半隻雞。不過我同表姐都好飽所以我哋連部份伴菜都外賣返屋企。返到屋企同表姐兩個人食,我食咗隻雞脾係好滑,有好香嘅Rosemary。不過表姐食雞胸就話啲肉好柴,冇上次Rosewood食嘅雞咁好食。Sidedish🥦Grilled Broccoli 就係菜一碟,冇乜特別唔講。Sidedish🧀Truffle Mac & Cheese不得了呀!我同表姐食得好滋味,好重嘅黑松露呀好香嘅芝士呀,同通粉焗埋一齊真係好好食。真係好飽吖,但係又忍唔住口。Dessert🍫Chocolate Brownie朱古力Brownie係細細舊嘅,一啲都唔甜只有朱古力香。正正常常。Dessert🥥Coconut Lime Pie雪榚下有椰絲及檸檬雪葩,係好開胃。但係我真係好飽囉,我已經食唔落。 continue reading

捉緊restaurant week spring 嘅尾巴,試咗間《MEATS》嘅西餐廳,去到先知係一間酒吧,環境非常嘈吵音樂勁大,餐廳開晒窗但無開冷氣超熱,而食物又不似預期,只係覺得服務呢樣好。Starters=======🍴Grilled Caesar⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️凱撒沙律sharing都幾大兜,加咗好多蔥同芝士變得好香,好一個開胃前菜。🍴Porchetta⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️估唔到呢個意大利燒肉卷會出色過意大利餐廳,肥瘦均勻皮又夠脆,醬汁仲好惹美,主菜變小食認真大方。🍴Duck Salad⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️鴨肉配西瓜好清新,鴨肉香滑入味西瓜夠甜,好有驚喜。Main=====🍴Flank Steak 180 gr⭐️至於主菜,我用垃圾嚟形容,medium竟然變咗medium well,塊扒無肉味之餘,仲要煎燶咗,焦燶味好苦囉!🍴USDA Ribeye 250 gr (+$128)⭐️⭐️肉眼完全唔值加錢轉,medium變咗well done,肉乾噌噌之餘口感仲帶點韌,我極度懷疑個廚唔識煎扒囉⋯⋯Dessert=======Coconut Lime Pie⭐️⭐️個批我覺得一般般,椰子雪糕好香濃,但檸檬批越食越酸,鍾意食super lemon嘅我都頂唔順食咗半個就放棄咗。二人共消費:$797 continue reading

在这个被天气毁掉的Happy Friday,也就只有吃点好的犒劳自己了。晚餐无计划,无意中走到Soho,看到Meats就做了个casual的决定,降温真是唤起了大口吃肉的欲望。·主打吃肉的餐厅,做法融合了各种菜系。环境和氛围都还可以,但是味道太一般了。想来这是我刷过的Pirata里最难吃的一家,再这样下去它就要失去我这个(并不忠实的)老粉了。·【Duck Salad】手撕鸭腿肉西瓜沙律,人气菜品之一,搭配思路奇清。如果不是鸭肉咸到怀疑人生,我可能还觉得不错,西瓜甜不甜没感觉出来,因为味觉被麻痹了。酱汁有坚果的醇厚和奶香,也有一些腰果碎丰富嚼劲。·【Pan-fried Salmon Fillet】煎三文鱼配白酒酱汁,可能是菜单上口味最淡的一款,而且酱汁味道还不突出。肉质无功无过,更糟心的是皮一点都不脆。找不出一个优点,虽然量足但价格也不便宜。 continue reading
