今日放假無約朋友出去,係屋企做嘢做到肚餓又唔想煮,於是決定去樓下商場醫肚。見到好大個廣告牌寫著呢間泰國越南餐廳,望落好似幾好食,於是決定食下。見到有個餐係喇沙麵配無骨海南雞,感覺呢個配搭好少見所以就點左試下。個喇沙都幾香,帶少少香辣的味道,豆卜完全吸收左個湯汁,幾好食。唔知點解個麵有2款粗幼,幼d果款幾好食,不過粗少少果款整得有d太淋無咩口感。海南雞就真係麻麻,雞肉一d都唔嫩滑,食落好’鞋’,而且無雞味,應該唔會再黎。

想不到漂亮的紅黃綠三色伴碟也是睇得又吃得, 新鮮菠蘿十分清甜分, 青瓜和番茄仔清新地中和了肉的肥膩。

銅鑼灣嘅Mee...lemongrass一直無機會試,估唔到今次會同屋企人嚟將軍澳(朋友話開業一個月晚晚排長龍)食呢度最出名嘅馬來喇沙!$188足爆版喇沙足足夠三個人份量,湯碗有兩隻手掌咁長,上面佈滿各種海鮮和其他配菜,海鮮包括青口、虎蝦、扇貝、顯洗、原隻魷魚筒,仲有好多豆腐卜!個麵底係傳統馬來摻摻,米粉和油麵都爽口又滑嘟嘟,喇沙湯底另上,可以加入自己隻碗到,唔會令到大碗裏面嘅麵條浸腍。喇沙湯底簡直是極品,非常濃郁椰奶香,加上超級鮮甜蝦頭餚製的上湯,鹹甜平衡恰到好處,入口帶點微辣,香濃惹味,食完個麵想飲啲湯,但已經好飽,唯有下次再嚟食😂👍🏽另外叫咗個泰式蠔仔蛋,$78食個蛋好似有啲貴,不過係睇得出個成本喺邊。每一隻蠔仔都好肥美,入口清甜,咬落去冇沙,個蛋口感亦都好滑,滿意!
