一班舊同學懷念起韓國菜,,當然不會少了韓燒的炑八韓烤。最近試了銅鑼灣的炑八韓烤,通常食韓燒都係以肉為主,今次有驚喜,因為呢間主打海鮮!最大特點,是燒爐旁的芝士爐端燒。爐外兩邊的坑位分別放了泡菜和芝士。烤爐燒熱後,十多分鐘後便吃到香濃可口的泡菜蛋漿,而半熔的芝士則可以用來沾燒好的肉來吃,吃起來更《芝味》。最開心是食完還可以免費再添,相當值得讚抵吃內裝修走年輕路線,在木系的主色配搭上鐵感覺很潮流。食左個芝士生蠔,入口蠔味重,索晒芝士味,好肥美。只因本人比較懶惰, 所以愛好像醬油生蝦比醬油蟹多,因為啖啖肉呀嘛!!  哈哈.......醬油生蝦和醬油蟹。「醬油生蝦」新鮮而肉甜,口感嫩滑彈牙。加上醬油本身的貼香,已經可以食一碗飯。當然少不了燒肉拼盤,肉類比較遜色一點,因為肥肉比較多再配上旁邊的芝士感覺有點滯,食不了幾片已經停手了。但好在加上海鮮中和一下,原隻八爪魚燒值得一讚!鮮味!最差的竟然是水冷麵,難道最低但卻做得最差,"林林的"沒口感,一整個麵粘在一起能分開 PS: 店舖唯一的弊處是抽氣通風不夠,導致呼吸有點辛苦煙霧彌漫真的好難得才成事的一餐終於約齊人, 完全聊到不想走

醬油生蝦和醬油蟹。「醬油生蝦」新鮮而肉甜,口感嫩滑彈牙。加上醬油本身的貼香,已經可以食一碗飯。

前菜個碟泡菜,越整越甜,可能就返香港人口味掛,記得上年第一次泥食係最好食,而且有三款前菜,其中一款係醃漬海帶添,宜家得返傳統泡菜同麻油芽菜呢兩款。
嘢飲飲過兩款,檸檬梳打同柑橘柚子,叫做幾正常,可以叫少甜。

本人向來係無湯不歡嘅,餐餐都要有湯佐飯,所以揀咗個大醬湯。其實喺韓國大醬湯嘅地位就好似日本嘅味增湯,味道相近但稍辣而濃厚。好多人鍾意飯後先飲湯,我係鍾意跟住飯菜一邊飲一邊食。佢嘅味道係溫醇嘅豆醬味後隱隱透出少少辣味,入面有好多豆腐、雜菜等等,佐飯一流。

阿媽太耐無出城,我建議帶佢食韓燒,佢耍手擰頭勁話唔好,煙霧瀰漫、烏煙瘴氣……勁反感,我同佢講,阿媽,而家D新派韓燒再唔係你N年前係果隻架喇,等阿囡帶你去見識下啦~!!!!!!!帶左佢黎呢間有好多分店既餐廳,明亮光猛既環境已經令阿媽改觀,坐低之後見到個爐有條邊覺得好新奇,我話佢知呢個係一邊係放爐邊烤蛋燒,另一爐邊放芝士粟米,係免費既,佢聽到免費兩個字對眼即刻發光~之後開始入正題,首先點左個芝士生蠔($88),用錫紙兜將芝士同生蠔放埋一齊燒烤,望住D芝士慢慢溶化,我地都開始吞口水勁期待 ...喺呢個芝士大行其道既年代,咁樣先算係韓燒既正道嘛!由於有芝士,可以防止生蠔既水份被抽乾,所以熟咗之後入口仍然保持到濕潤嫩滑口感,正。知道阿媽鍾情海鮮,所以再點左大蝦,都係$88,肥大厚肉既花竹蝦,燒完之後SIZE都無嚴重縮水,咬落肉質爽彈,阿媽連個蝦頭都唔放過。肉類選擇都幾多,牛、豬、雞我地都點左各一款,阿媽最LIKE豬排骨( $115),話肉嫩同味道偏甜,見佢勁吮指好回味咁喎~不過由於佢好容易燒乾,所以燒果時要好好mon實,燒到少少了骨肉分離就PERFECT!@@食完之後,阿媽好似迷上左韓燒咁,女人

The staffs are very kind and serve well, believe they recognize us...This was so much fun to DIY, grill the food and wrap inside with the fresh lettuce with my daughter. The chuncheon chicken meat was very juicy, not fatty and flavourful. Also, we ordered the fried rice with cheese. The chuncheon chicken meat was very juicy, not fatty and flavourful. Also, we ordered the fried rice with cheese. You have to try this if you are the cheese die hard fans.

The peach snow ice was generous portion, we normally waited for 15 minutes, the caramel sauce was in the middle of snow ice, it supposed too sweet but it was quite match with the peach juice but it was the best option for summer time!

The chrysanthemum soda was very dramatic, we all put the daisy next to the ears and selfie! LOL!!!

This place is awesome. Food is so good and there's so much of it! There were five of us and we ordered a large seafood combo, crab marinated in soy sauce, fried rice wif cheese, premium cold noodles and different kinds of soda and some snow ice.

I recommend for both main course.

Seafood combo (L) $490 - a giant octopus, small fish, giant shrimps, abalone pieces
- Very generous portion with fresh and ''real seafood'' taste after grilling, the scissor didn't very sharp enough to cut the octopus but the most yummy was the octopus. Meat texture was nice and a bit spicy and flavourable as well.

Crab marinated in soy sauce $198
- Crab meat was very soft and tasted fresh, the sauce was bit salty but all good to eat with steamed rice.

Fried rice wif cheese $128
- Quite heavy but generous portion, kimchi favour tasted special.

Premium cold noodles $128
-A very elegant presentation which is the same as traditional Korean dishes! The noodles were firm and elastic texture, we all loved chewy!
