服務極差👎👎👎👎👎第一次幫襯,就列入永不會去的黑名單中,如今飲食業競爭激烈,相信這間店好快會消失!飲食業最講究有回頭客,昨天是星期一,相信食肆不會滿場,故沒有預訂留枱。下午5:45抵達,場內已燈光明亮,報上人數4位,竟不讓入內就座,而是讓我們在門外電梯口位焗熱且無冷氣的細小環境等😣6:03我推門入去再問幾時開始,才不情願地安排入內就座,因我們是第一枱客,照理可安排較舒適位置,但却安排我們坐沒有靠背的圓櫈。我們問可否安排其他較舒適位置,却遭到冷面對待,於是全家離席,轉去厚福街H8的食肆。

先黎兩碟燒肉,豬頸肉同五花腩,一黎就有好多配菜,芽菜,泡菜,生菜,白羅白,同埋幾樣醬汁,侍應會幫我地放泡菜爐邊蛋同芝士粟米。

另外叫左個菠蘿冰,普普通通,菠蘿係罐頭菠蘿,杯野飲落似係罐頭菠蘿啲糖水加冰。

六月二日,友人就黎生日,就同佢食豪啲慶生。人蔘雞湯,仲有個飯跟既。成隻雞,睇落都正,入面有紅早。好補咁。雞肉好嫩,雖然成隻雞上,但都好易撕開黎食。仲叫左醬油蟹,我都係第一次響香港食,之前係響韓國食,念念不忘 。呢間都做得不錯,味道略嫌咸左少少,亦都係有個飯跟既,但呢間就無紫菜供應,可惜可惜,如果有紫菜就可以包住啖飯同啲蟹一齊食,成個口感同味道會更好。強烈要求要有紫菜提供!!!!!

以前我都唔係幾食牛舌,覺得好恐怖咁,不過朋友帶過我黎呢度食牛舌之後就開始飯上左喇,之後次次黎都一定要叫,無既,一黎貪佢薄切好靚,好似一片片辣肉腸咁,快燒快食唔洗點等。燒脆之後加D青蔥,黎個蔥燒牛舌,或者灑D海鹽,就令牛舌既香濃肉味更突出,爽口彈牙,隨口就食左幾片落肚,我夠膽話:自己食一碟都無難度!

朋友們叫左牛舌、牛肉眼同霜降牛小排,特登揀三款口感唔太似既,等食落無咁膩。牛舌應該係用燒烤汁淹過,所以好入味,爽口彈牙,牛味極重。肉眼味道好鮮甜,爆晒油脂好香,員工細心提醒唔好燒得太熟,先會食到最正既肉味。

至於牛小排呢......雪花紋好靚好均勻,肉質鬆化、肉味濃郁,如果要排名次,我會首選牛小排,為左佢破戒一次都值得既!

阿豬媽幾年前戒左牛,呢度d海鮮又唔係好吸引,於是叫左個厚切五花腩同雞肉,驚唔夠飽諗住叫多樣熟食,阿豬媽即刻發揮慳家本色,話唔夠飽就食多幾轉前菜……真係唔知好嬲定好笑~

主角厚切五花腩上場,初時諗住得150g會唔會好少,原來都幾大舊個喎,仲好细心幫你中間切開左幾刀,呢個時候阿豬媽仲同d前菜搏鬥緊,唯有我呢個做仔既燒啦,由阿豬媽聲音指導下,都算燒得幾靚,燒完直接放入口,充滿肉香,肉質彈牙又唔會太um, d肥膏燒完之後已經無左七七八八,d油香完全入晒落d肉度,一d都唔覺得油膩
呢個時候阿豬媽竟然教我係要用生菜再加d泡菜蒜頭包住食先正宗……我都知,不過麻煩吖ma, 不過見佢咁自豪個樣,等佢開心下啦~但係跟住阿豬媽既方法食,又有另一番風味,先係食到生菜既爽甜,再食到泡菜既脆辣同腩肉既鲜香,一次過滿足你幾個願望,不過可能我包得唔好,一路食d汁一路滴,搞到成手都係泡菜汁同肉汁……
跟住到燒雞肉,賣相唔錯,食落好嫩滑,帶少少甜味,用生菜加理蛋同芝士粟米包住食,非常之夾,好似食緊一個好豐富既芝士雞肉漢堡走包~呢度食野有樣好,你可以隨自己鍾意加唔同既配料用生菜包黎食,我自己就最鍾意加泡菜同芝士,咁樣食法又健康又飽肚,一改我對韓燒既睇法~
阿豬媽食完都好滿意,見到佢個開心同滿足樣,我呢個做仔既都好開心

I wanted to eat Korean food today! I brought my fds here to hv a try since the comments of this restaurant were quite well! First, i ordered Korean eel because I love eel so much! The eel is so fresh and it doesnt have strong fishy smell(that's good becoz i hate this smell). The amount of eel is suitable for 3-4 ppl to eat. First, i ordered Korean eel because I love eel so much! The eel is so fresh and it doesnt have strong fishy smell(that's good becoz i hate this smell). 最近迷上了韓國菜,亦很想在香港多嘗一次在韓國嘗過的拌飯,便和友人拜訪了這所位於尖沙咀的韓國特色料理我們一人點了一個韓國雜綿伴飯($98),另外二人夾份要了個芝士泡菜煎餅 ($90)。因為怕熱氣的關系,我們没有點烤肉。這個拌飯微冷,配上芝麻,蛋,青瓜絲紫菜及醬汁,十分清新爽口,讚芝士是韓國菜的重點,配上泡菜和香草,味道很夾,很韓國! 不太辣,我不太吃辣的也能吃!點的食物都很滿意,價錢比在韓國吃的高,但在香港吃的話也不算高。拌飯有韓國的水準,真的值得一試!

芝士是韓國菜的重點,配上泡菜和香草,味道很夾,很韓國! 不太辣,我不太吃辣的也能吃!


點的食物都很滿意,價錢比在韓國吃的高,但在香港吃的話也不算高。拌飯有韓國的水準,真的值得一試!
