辣大豆芽,淨飲又悶又寡,咬多注大豆芽送酒,微辣多汁只是有點濁,沒有撈辣粉的更好味。醬油凍豆腐,女神降臨前已經被我完全消滅,冰涼滑滑豆腐搭上鰹魚汁又幾好食喎。胡麻醬雜菜沙律,胡麻醬酸酸甜甜,味道陰沉加上室溫沙律我一向都麻麻地,寧願等一陣食烤肉生菜包啦。


烤雞蛋泡菜粒,我真係非常鍾意食雞蛋架,太陽蛋、荷包蛋、炒蛋、烚蛋、溫泉蛋、奄列、蒸水蛋、等等,每日最少啪兩隻先安樂架。烤得滑溜香噴噴出晒煙的雞蛋,混上咸辣爽爽的泡菜粒,一咸一啖非常夾,撈白飯好食到叫出黎呢。烤芝士粟米粒,半溶的白芝士隱藏多粒粟米在其中,一咬爆出可口甜汁,雖然味道不錯,但我對芝士一般。


醬油蟹,贈送紫菜白飯及昆布湯呢,多謝多謝。原來女神唔食生野架?可以同我講麻。無緊要,我會負責任既,全部等我頂晒去﹗好采女神都免強試一小口,始終接受唔到。呎碼不算小,有肉食仲且蟹膏豐富。


唧出半透明蟹肉,刮出蟹膏,淋上醬油撈飯,甘香誘惑,黏滑彈膠濕百般味道與層次融合,迷得我暈得一陣陣 ﹗失控地搶食著,不停將蟹肉撈飯塞入口中,無可抗控,直致灰飛煙滅,您好野﹗就連伴碟甜椒都被我食晒,好味道啊﹗佐敦醬缸第 1 不能移,炑木榮升第 2 位。


辣拌冷麵,食得水冷麵太多,有點悶了﹗試試新菜色,外觀好靚仔,設置骨子整齊吸引,索一索,聞得到的清新氣味喎。麵條黏成一團要慢慢折解,細心地將所有醬汁及材料撈得均勻,紅卜卜十分搶眼。


不用擔心,顏色來的呢,韓國甜辣醬之麻,香香的甜強辣弱。肉絲菜絲都沒什麼味道,只有單調的辣醬味,麵條黏黏腍腍,齊體使我有不想吃的念頭啊﹗盡晒力,最後還剩一半呢,抱歉。


特級牛肋骨,賣價 $200 蚊份量真的不少!豐富平均的脂肪網紋,一燒油潤甘香無比,嫩滑軟棉無得頂,肉汁澎湃噴射出黎!入口滑到不得了,只係牛味偏淡。女神連牛都唔食,真係有愛心啊,明白的。等我一個消滅全部無難度,真心色香味美,好好好食呢﹗不過即刻即時滯晒飽左。


炑八特製護心肉,深啡色外觀,似足熟成肉一樣。豬肉非常香甜,蒜味護心肉可口多汁彈牙有趙口,不乾不鞋不硬,風味十足。


炑八梨汁雞肉,秘制雞肉感受不到半點梨味,有清香果甜,雞肉滑嘟都夠肥美,烤到 9 成留半絲粉紅嫩肉最好味。


傳統韓式烤肉食法,菜多肉少生菜包。烤雞生菜包第 1 卷,全部食材都要捲在一起,洋蔥、昆布、泡菜、烤雞肉,搽上烤肉醬,好食到講粗口!烤雜肉生菜包第 2 卷,護心肉、雞肉、牛肋肉、泡菜、洋蔥、烤肉醬,天下無雙 ﹗

塊葉係俾我地包住塊魚食,話會冇咁腥味。
另外,亦配有小量薑絲除腥味。
腥味就唔多覺,只覺得唔夠肥美,有點失望。好在有個秘製鰻魚汁幫佢加分。

落單要揾好多人先可以成功落單。樓面上唔知係佢地有好多新人定係分工,重之落單既人就少。
其中有個職員更浪費了一份五花腩,唔小心掉左落地,睇見就可惜。

Other Info. : 邊爐蛋同芝士粟米係無限添加,我地四個人,添加左四次。前菜,沙律同生菜都係無限添加,不過我地四個食肉獸冇乜點理會呢幾份食物。
