Corn Dog

忘了全名,只記得是Corn Dog。

外表小巧可愛,雖然經酥炸過但沒有半分油膩,裡面填滿特色肉醬,吃時沾上一點廚師的秘製醬汁,配上酸酸的番石榴沙拉作配菜,恰到好處。

店員是委內瑞拉人,卻操得一口流利的廣東話,總是很詳細熱心地介紹每一道菜的精髓,好讓食客能更了解廚師每個細節安排的用心。

野菌忌廉湯配松露油

精緻的擺盤,富有層次感的味覺享受。一端上來便有股淡淡的香氣,口感很濃郁綿密,廚師將蘑菇與忌廉打碎成糊,因此淺嚐時是忌廉的香滑,再細嚐時野菌的味道才漸漸揮發,松露油更是神來之筆。雖然份量看似不多,但每一口都很扎實,還能嚼到細細碎碎的蘑菇。

我們一邊喝湯一邊和店員聊起來,才知道餐廳開業頗久,由大坑食店剛起步之時,到人流興旺坐無虛席、需提前數天預約才有機會入內品嚐美食之時,到如今客源銳減、冷冷清清,她都說不出這種變化的原因。

黑毛豬豬脾配天使麵

豬脾經長時間細火慢炆,肉汁融入肉裡的骨膠原,肉質十分軟稔,入口即化,味道與口感都極佳。天使麵以紅蔥、羅勒輕輕炒香,麵條軟硬合適,又以露荀、茄子、小蕃茄作配菜,整道菜非常平衡。

三道菜式水準極高,我們聽到店員說只經營到年末還有點難以置信,今年再去,才發現人去樓空,可惜了。

First time been to this cozzi dinning place last Sat to celeb my bf's bday. Though it has only a limited choic on the menu, personally I would highly reommend you to pick the chef's recommendation of the day. (1) Started off w/ the oyster platter (for which you shouldn't missed), 12 oysters and two "fa lor" on selection by the chef from 6 countries, suggested to be taken from the weakest taste to the most concentrated. (1) Started off w/ the oyster platter (for which you shouldn't missed), 12 oysters and two "fa lor" on selection by the chef from 6 countries, suggested to be taken from the weakest taste to the most concentrated. They're just so fresh and you can really feel the difference!

(2) Grilled Tiger Prawn from the chef's recommendation in the size slightly larger than a hand, taste so sweet and needless to be taken w/ sauce and pepper.

(3) Mussels in cream white sauce. The sauce is excellent w/ its light texture that wouldn't be too heavy. For those who wishes to enlighten the freshness of the mussels, serving w/ the tomato sauce would be your choice!

(4) Scampi angel hair with lobster sauce on the chef's recommendation. The amount of sauce are just right to serve the pasta, neither watery nor dry at all!

(5) Chocolate pudding w/ a candle (as per request) on top of a scope of vanilla ice-cream. A desert that not to miss!

We had a very decent dinner w/ excellent service (esp the explanation on the chef's recommendation) and high quality of food. What a tremendous place to go w/ your beloved! I would definitely go back to try the sea urchin sashimi which was sold out this time!

兩個人, 坐的士去左呢間野, 地點唔易搵, 的士佬都唔係好識去, 加上大雨, 都幾麻煩.餐廳冷氣開到好似雪房咁, 建議體弱人士帶多件jacket.海鮮拼盤好好味, 好新鮮, 海鮮最緊要就係鮮, 你想食新鮮海鮮, 呢間唔會令你失望.所有既熱食, pasta, 扒類, 湯類 都係一般般, 以咁既地點, 咁既質素, 如果唔係因為d海鮮, 一定會無晒客人. 招呼十分之周到, 簡直令人賓至如歸, 如果我會返去食既話(但我唔會), 服務態度一定係原因之一.

Read about all the great reviews in the forum.... But dinner that night turned out to be a disaster...(1) Poor management... Booked table for 2 a week in advance. I, personally called to re-confirm the night of the dinner and found out that there was no booking!!! (2) Bad location... Located in a dark alley with garages all over.(3) Horrible service... (1) Poor management... Booked table for 2 a week in advance. I, personally called to re-confirm the night of the dinner and found out that there was no booking!!!

(2) Bad location... Located in a dark alley with garages all over.

(3) Horrible service... Seated less than 1 inch away from the next table. Eventhough there was another 6 inches of space to our right, the waitress refused to move the table a little bit to give our table a little bit of privacy.

We bought a bottle of nice wine to the restaurant... Fine if you charge me $80 for cockrage. But at least give us decent wine glasses... We got some tiny glasses, eventhough I saw some nicer ones at the back hanging on the top shelf. But I was told they were dirty and they don't have time to wash right now?!?!?!

(4) Under par food quality and limited selection... Ceaser salad was ok... But again, how can you go wrong with a ceaser salad? The clams recommended to us were ok, but tasted like any ordinary baked clams... The soup, sirloin and lamb were no special either... And at the end, we had a souffle after reading about the dessert on this site... We got a chocolate souffle after ordering the original.... The waitress did not charge us for the dessert... which is pretty much the only highlight of this evening...

Will definitely not go again...

     夠軟夠香,外層完全冇焗燶o既味道,100分!

Mi Casa服務一向週到,由訂位到當晚都非常貼心。唔單止每一dish教晒你食,冷氣凍又會幫你熄(其實佢地話冷氣一定要凍去保持生蠔新鮮),踏入門口前o既阻滯同不滿都一掃而空~

The coziness, the space, the painting, the music, the table cloth, the narrow path, the old manlike waitress, and most important, the dishes!!!
Excellent! Strongly recommend you to try one oyster bar when you are in a good mood, and a small one, just like home.
Here is the detailed list of Oysters of last night:
Start with French Special - smooth, tender and sweet
Second comes American Bald Eagle - the biggest, still smooth, but no sweet taste
Third Irish Gigas - very cute, the last bite was sweet to heart, but not as tender as the French one
Then followed by two types from Australia, South Pacific - just OK, everything was fine with it
And the last, Australian Tasmanina - I have to say I almost threw out when I put the whole thing into my mouth, it's too salty and too strong, at least not in my pool.
Not only the Oysters, their lamb rack and rib eye were fabulous as well, especially with their special source.
One last thing, you can never forget in such a wonderful dinner - the desert!
Souffle, original taste, 简直香溢满口
Strongly recommend: Go with your beloved!

幾個月前去過依度食嘢, 感覺唔錯, 無論食同氣氛都好好feel! 上星期同個friend再 去, 覺得食物質素好似無以前咁好, 後來問朋友先知道佢地個廚已經無喺到做, 聽講之前個搞手喺銅鑼灣新會道開咗另一間舖叫Su Casa, 嗰名咁似, 唔知係咪分店. 我找日都會去試下有無"以前micasa"啲嘢咁好食 ! 有無人試過 Su Casa?

,我仲叫佢寫底個酒名,等我下次都識買,再食個和牛5成,依然冇失望,仲有碟我最鍾意食嘅pasta,last整個心太軟就夠滿足啦,2人價錢千幾蚊,可以講係貴,但我同我honey都覺得物有所值,不過佢搬左冇通知我呀,好彩我都有介紹d朋友去,佢地有通知我朋友,咁我先知咋

來這裡已是半年多前的事,全因為這裡有個不錯的蠔吧。差不多九時來到,店內沒有一個客人,但坐了下來,沒多久也都滿座。餐牌也不用細看了,因為來這裡的目的非為熟食,而主要是為試頭盤。先來這裡的必試菜色﹝是晚見檯檯也叫,故稱之為「必試」﹞的冷盤併盤,六款蠔,每款兩隻,加一對翡翠螺及白酒兩杯,索價298還不收加一,是相當之抵吃。6款蠔,來自4個地方,分別是法國、愛爾蘭、美國及澳洲,遺憾地,大部份俱已忘記了名字。總括來說,也都新鮮。最有印象的是來自花旗國的Bald Eagle,蠔身夠份量,海水味雖淡,但都幾爽口及蠔味不錯。有一段小插曲,就是發現其中一隻Bald Eagle味道甚差,向主理人反映,立即開來另一只體型及味道俱滿分的「補中」,從善如流,值得一讚;以季節來說,澳洲蠔正漸入佳景,是晚的Coffin Bay就海水味及蠔味俱濃,口感爽脆,甚討好;歐洲蠔連水尾都已過,故法國的Fine de Claire及愛爾蘭的Gigas俱疲態漸露,前者仍入口有「奶油」的感覺,而後者也海水味淡但蠔味鮮甜,唯俱體型廋削,看來也是下季再見的了;也要了櫻桃石蜆﹝Cherrystone Clam﹞,體型豐滿,吃落是口感及味

餐酒是紐西蘭的Sauvignon Blanc,喝起來乾身,香味夠而不是太甜,用以清洗吃過蠔的味蕾,也很適合。

吃過冷盤,拿餐牌來研究一番,對一眾熱盤興趣不大,再來也只要了個田園煙薰鱔沙律及白汁煮藍貝。這裡的薰鱔是切薄片的,口感不及Bravo Latata的豐腴肥美,但煙薰味做得夠味道之餘也不過火,有水準。墊底的沙律菜灑上油醋汁,幾清新,不過個人覺得,跟味道濃郁口感豐富的煙薰鱔,似乎不大配合。雖則如此,這味煙薰鱔,也算是吃得過的;白汁煮藍貝賣相不俗,藍貝雖小,但肉質嫩滑鮮甜,是好貨色。忌廉白汁也甜美,滿有白酒香味,吃完藍貝也要喝幾口才罷休。這味藍貝,也不錯。

自擕酒雖不收開瓶費,但亦有冰桶供應,喝白酒及甜酒也有會換杯,而喝house wine就是另一套杯,態度認真,沒有什麼可以批評的地方。

埋單六百多,服務態度好,冷盤食物新鮮,還不收加一,值得一試。

星期4訂了枱同老公來到這間餐店,裡面裝修很有身在外國feel,真的很喜歡這間餐店設計.我們點了生蠔盤,五款生蠔,兩隻翡翠螺加多兩隻青口,好正...很想吃多一盤!青口,加了點酒,牛奶煮,細細隻吃到吃不完,很美味.南瓜湯很甜,很香口,很滑.日本和牛,五成熟剛好,很嫩.心太軟,遠遠已經聞到朱古力味,很香.雖然這間餐店的食物水準不錯,服務一般,因我和老公看到很肥的黑女人(穿黑衣黑褲黑鞋的老闆娘)總是在店內對她的男人(老闆)依偎著,在店內大笑大叫,還聞到她口的煙味,真的很討厭,希望身為老闆娘注重儀態吧.
